365 Days To Love-Chapter 88 - EIGHTY-EIGHT:Can He Let Go Of Sophia Knights?
Nathan couldn’t take in what laid in front of him as soon as he opened the bathroom where his mother was hiding.
Things were more complicated than he thought,his dad didn’t give him enough information about what was wrong about his mother
His mother is a Cannibal.

Sitting on top of the lid of the toilet ,her entire body was filled with blood and in her mouth was the flesh of whosoever she killed this night as she was busy eating it up without knowing she had been caught.
His stomach did a backflip as he felt bile in his throat as the gross scene before him made him lose control of his body.
His mother stopped when she felt the presence of someone and that was when she raised her head to acknowledge his presence, the look on her face scared him.
This wasn’t his mother’.
This is definitely not her,because his mother wouldn’t drug his dad just because she’s out to hunt,and besides he saw the way her eyes twinkled in delight over his form,her eye colour changed which made him scared.
She was looking at him as if she was going to eat him too,she wouldn’t do that right?
As much as she’s not herself,there’s still a part of her inside that monster took over her body,what went wrong with his mother for her to become like this?
He noticed the way her eyebrows were raised in a really cheerful manner. She was happy that he was here but he wasn’t sure if the smile was sincere or if she was actually happy that another prey was here.
Who did she kill?
He knew it wasn’t Hazel because Avery and Zaiden would have caused a commotion once they noticed she wasn’t in the house,then who was it?
"My baby"she called while standing up but she didn’t take any step in front of him,it was as if she was debating whether to come close to him because of her appearance.
Was she ashamed of what she did or is she pretending again?
His throat suddenly became constricted,making it hard that he couldn’t speak to her at the moment,it was a lot to take in,how could he walk to her when she’s looking this dangerous,it’s not as if she’s going to kill him because her strength wouldn’t match his if eventually she attempts to eat him too.
He saw her drop the knife which he figured out was what she used in carving out a piece of the person’s body for her pleasure,she figured out he was nervous about coming to her.
"Mother"the words finally came through when he walked in fully into the bathroom,the door closing which trapped him in there with his mother who was a Cannibal.
She starred with slow steps as his chest pounded heavily while gulping down nervously, he’s no saint but he hasn’t actually killed anyone talkmore of eating raw flesh.
What will Grandpa do once he finds out about this?
How did she come back into the room without the cctv getting her in this mess?

He didn’t notice she was already standing in front of him,she didn’t touch him rather her hands were fidgeting as if she was afraid of doing so,no,she’s feeling guilty.
His mother was back to herself.
"What happened?"He took the courage this time to hold her two bloody hands in hands trying not to act like it was nauseating for him,but this was his mother and he didn’t care if she was some crazy cannibal, she’s still his mother and would protect her.
"I needed to make them pay son,they made me angry"she said cupping his cheeks staining his cheeks with her bloody hands and retracted immediately when she noticed what happened.
Mom.."He called in a really tired time,he didn’t have the strength to ask what really happened,the damage has already been done and in no time soon,if the body was still out there it wouldn’t be long before the police would be here"let’s get you cleaned up"He added dragging her to the bathtub,and turned on the water,washing her hands vigorously trying to get the blood off her as fast as possible before someone walks in on them with her looking like this.
The door swung open and she gasped when her eyes came in contact with that of Elijah,she didn’t know if he would shout at her for doing that to him but she doubted if he would do that,because he won’t tell to live for another day if he dares doing that.
"Dad"Nathan called, stepping away for him to come closer to the duo,it was no use telling him what his mother was or what she did because her mouth was still bloody and there was a small piece of flesh at the edge of her lips.
He noticed the horrified look on his father’s face which gave him the idea that he didn’t know about this side of his mother,he too didn’t have the knowledge that she was this way.
Nathan didn’t want to address his mother as if she was any monster after all whoever she killed tonight had it coming their way when they decided to piss her off,that would teach them a good lesson not to mess with everyone they see.
"Sophia"his father addressed her in her name which meant that he was not in a good mood,was he going to hit his mother?
No,he wouldn’t let him do that.
"Babe,I’m sorry"she apologized,tears forming in her eyes but Nathan was fast in noticing the smile on his mother’s face before she decided to start crying.
She’s not guilty about what she did,that he figured out and he’s sure she would go out on a hunting spree again if things were not curtailed.
His father surprised him by pulling her into a hug, when he thought that he was actually angry at her.
"I thought I lost you, don’t do that again ’’Elijah said hugging her tightly not minding her bloodied form,he didn’t care,he actually thought she would be caught by one of the guards.
How did she end up here without been caught?
"I’m sorry baby"Sophia said, smiling onto his shoulder,happy about the fact that her two babies weren’t mad at her for what she did,but she was still doubting Nathan.
He may look cool on the outside but she knows him too well that he was contemplating if what he did was good or bad,but that would be taken care of later for now,she’s happy.
"Who did you kill?"Elijah finally asked when he broke the hug,cupping her face to look directly into her eyes to know when she’s lying, Nathan’s interest was high when he asked her this question.
He was afraid to do that when it was just ge two of them becuse he didn’t knew of his mother would act up again if he called her a murderer.
The least he knew about this kind of people was that they usually detest people calling them what they are,but here his dad was, doing him the honors of asking his mother without any fear in his eyes,figures,she’s his wife,duh!
"Are you that anxious?"Sophia teased loving that she had the two interests pinged in her waiting for her to talk,what a lovely sight!
"Mother"Nathan called.
"Hazel"She started and that was when she noticed the horrified look on Nathan’s face which made her become suspicious of him,why would he care if she killed Hazel,it’s not like he likes her right?
No it’s not possible!
Looking away from her son,she turned to face Elijah who didn’t have any form of regret on his face if he killed Hazel.

She touched his cheeks``Grandpa"she said and that’s when she saw the look on his face and busted out laughing.
"Sophia!"he called this time in a serious tone which scared her,he looked as if he was holding himself from slapping the shit out of her,that’s a first for Elijah to raise his voice at her.
What’s wrong with the two of them,they should be grateful to her for taking care of their problems but here they are looking at her as if she did something wrong.
"It’s just a guard,calm down"she pushed Elijah out of her way,annoyed at him as she went to wash the blood off her face,the thoughts of what Nathan was thinking towards Hazel crossed her mind but she still unsure about her presumption,Nathan wasn’t that stupid to do that.
"We are going to the hospital tomorrow Sophia"her movement stilled when she heard the declaration from Elijah,does he think doing that is going to stop her?
Her eye went to the knife lying in the bathtub just as she was about to get it,the two held her down,then yelled when she felt something been injected into her system.
Elijah!
She struggled against their hold before she felt her visions betraying her,Elijah and Nathan were going to get it from her tomorrow,how dare they!
A sigh escaped Elijah’s lips when he felt her finally sedated, standing up to let Natsmd drop her into the bathtub, she needed to be kept clean and this her clothes needs to be kept out of sight for now until things were cleared because tomorrow was a long day ahead.
Finally,the beginning of the end had just started,Nathan was already anxious to know how it will all unfade,would he lose his mother in this fight or will he triumph victoriously against his grandpa and brother once they got to know his alibi,which is no other than the unconscious woman lying in the bathtub which had shown him a side that had triggered his humanity.
What Is his dad going to do?
Would he send her to the asylum this time?His mother was changing and at a fast one at that.
It won’t be long before his dad makes up his mind,but the question here was,is he willing to do that?
