Chapter 1728: Silver Moon’s Giant Leap Forward (I)

Large quantities of dao crystals dispersed in the twin dao universes as if they were regular rocks. They filled the dao universes as Li Hao pulled furiously from the world, strengthening all of Silver Moon.

The world grew at a pace visible to the naked eye.

What had been an empty shell spontaneously transformed into a sacred land of cultivation. Countless people absorbed dao strength for all their worth, luxuriating in the new strength of the world.

The depletion of energy had closed off the path of cultivation to many over the years. Some newborns couldn’t even sense the existence of energy, just like Li Hao had once been. This infusion of energy enabled great sums of cultivators to spontenaously break through and their ascension strengthened the dao universes in turn.

The two dao masters that’d been absent before flung open the doors to their dao universe. Just as Li Hao had once done so when he was present, they permitted the strength of a myriad daos to dissipate so that everyone could walk freely through the dao universe. 𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒆𝙬𝒆𝒃𝓷𝒐𝓿𝙚𝙡.𝒄𝓸𝒎

This was made possible because this was Silver Moon and Li Hao had done so before. Gan Wuliang unconditionally followed Li Hao’s orders and Hong Yitang had always felt that he was simply looking after the dao universe for Li Hao. Thus, he didn’t raise too much objection to anything the young man said.

In this way, a world that’d been isolated for five hundred years erupted with a fury over a few days. Large numbers of cultivators began to ascend!

Cultivators that’d been journeying through the chaos universe began returning. Southern Fist, Northern Fist, Sky Sword, Tyrant Blade, Hou Xiaochen, Yao Si, Light Sword...

Their return brought the reappearance of numerous New Martial heavyweights as well.

However, some were unable to come home as they’d died in Skyward. But that was fine since they could be revived.

The most frightening of all was that the two dao masters found that some had set foot off Skyward and left for other parts of the universe. It was the chaos universe out there, but those that’d left didn’t die after departing Skyward!

That was a most astonishing find. It was also incredible that someone had chosen to leave Skyward. Was that major world not expansive enough to their liking? What were people leaving it for?

But their audacity had to be applauded at the same time. For an non-exalted emperor to leave Skyward and enter the chaos universe... they were either accompanied by other exalted emperors or characters truly unafraid of death.

Li Hao had thought that Southern Fist and the rest might be potential candidates, since they were very bold. It wasn’t until Hong Yitang said two names with an extremely complicated look on his face that the young man’s jaw dropped.

“The Great Li king and queen of the west??”

“That’s right,” nodded Hong Yitang. “Those two! Although they do not cultivate Silver Moon’s dao, they’ve opened dao meridians. Hence, they are slightly connected to me. Right now, the connection is very faint. That indicates they’ve gone far away!”

“So long as they’re still alive,” said a resigned Li Hao after a long moment. “Who would’ve thought that the Great Li king would be so bold? And who would’ve thought that the queen didn’t find enough to plague in Skyward? She’s gone off to take her bad luck somewhere else!”

He held a moment of silence for whichever unfortunate world welcomed her arrival. The queen of the west was a plague of misfortune, nothing else!

Truly, that was what Li Hao thought even today. Any world that she landed on would soon find itself gripped by bad luck.

I wonder which poor sod volunteered to bring her with them? Or did she follow someone else? Whatever it is, they’re probably on one of the worlds and not wandering through the chaos. Anyone not an exalted emperor would’ve died a long time ago if they spent so much time in the chaos!

“Ai!” Li Hao shook his head with a sigh. He’d wanted to help those two ascend and bring them truly to the half step emperor level. It looked like that wasn’t needed now.

What a pity!

......

Li Hao’s return to Silver Moon focused on improving the world and helping it grow. Endless isolation would not change anything; it would only limit the world’s growth. The only exception was if one did not care about money and only relied on oneself to support ten billion cultivators.

In that case, nothing was a concern then.

However, that tactic was useful below the exalted emperor level. If one could not access the chaos as an exalted emperor, not even the largest amount of resources would help one comprehend dao.

There were limits to the great dao in a minor world. Li Hao was not in a hurry to let people into Skyward at present. They wouldn’t gain much if they entered now.

......

Li Hao finally entered Silver Moon’s dao universe once everyone returned. A crowd waited behind him, not just one of Silver Moon denizens, but a crowd that also included Celestial Pole and Void.

Everyone was assembled at last.

There were those who’d stayed behind and some of the new generation. Li Hao was not familiar with them, so he had Director General Zhao select a few. He didn’t ask about their character or values, leaving that in the director general’s hands.

The young man had come into possession of numerous minor worlds and mid worlds when he seized the four major worlds. Such a large amount could help supplement Li Hao’s own worlds. However, he needed such a ponderous amount of resources to advance from fifth rank to sixth rank that just a couple dozen worlds alone might not help him with the task.

In fact, it was almost impossible for him to succeed with that amount. Given that, he couldn’t be bothered to absorb world strength.

Various cultivators stood behind Li Hao. There were exalted emperors and a large number of non-exalted emperors. The young man took a look around and saw that they were nearly all accounted for...

But wait, there was someone else missing.

Li Hao grinned when a thought occurred to him and he stretched his hand outward, extending it infinitely out of Silver Moon until it reached Skyward.

In a nearly abandoned palace in Dragon Observatory, one person in particular widened his eyes with alarm.

“It’s me!”

The panicking Big Claw quickly regained his calm. It was the Silver Moon king.

The large hand descended and yanked the monster spirit into the void.

......

Big Claw was soon tossed into the crowd. He goggled and looked around wildly, where was this place?

Instructions had been given in Skyward lately that everyone was to depart the major world. Exalted emperors were to vacate themselves and everyone else below that level were to await further arrangements. They were to be migrated away, which was what he was prepared for as well.

He knew that Skyward seemed to have come into the hands of the Silver Moon king’s group. However, the Silver Moon king primarily dealt with high ranks these days. Big Claw did not dare put himself forward. Although the Silver Moon king had promised to help him when he needed to verify his dao, who knew if that august personage still remembered those words or thought seriously of them?

Never did he think that he’d be moved to this place today. It seemed to be... a dao universe?

Skyward?

No, it wasn’t a very strong dao universe. This was... Silver Moon’s dao universe, which made all these people Silver Moon denizens?

Big Claw was full of questions, but didn’t dare ask them. The rest were equally curious about the monster spirit’s presence, but no one said a word. They were all waiting for something.

Upon registering the general atmosphere, Big Claw didn’t dare make a sound either. He quietly looked at Li Hao standing in front of the group.

The young man mulled over his words before saying, “If the four seventh ranks are unable to come in person, you are welcome to send your consciousness here. Although you are not masters of dao domains or of dao, being able to observe these matters should be of some help.”

He was going to dismantle worlds, and a great many of them!

Li Hao was also going to employ the power of time as materializing the dao net wasn’t possible for just anyone. It took a unique person to witness the formation of one as well. In this regard, he held an innate advantage.

For others, it required an extreme amount of strength or immense comprehension of dao for them to dismantle a dao net. Otherwise, even the net of a minor world was not easy to pull apart.

Li Hao was also ready to utilize the power of time; this would be the final contribution from this body. It would likely be taxed beyond its limits after this endeavor. Since an audience of one was the same as an audience of many, he would permit anyone to observe the process unless it was unsuitable or beyond their limits.

The void shimmered moments later as four shadows descended upon the scene.

Fog Mountain and the Orchid Forest master looked around curiously. It was their first time entering Silver Moon’s dao universe. The Sword Sovereign had visited once before and while it was Li Zhu’s first visit, he wasn’t that intrigued after a look around. He was familiar with Silver Moon.

“Twin dao universes?” Fog Mountain was surprised and stunned, despite knowing this beforehand. He really did see two rivers of dao manifest and circle through the void. They were as if the divisions of yin and yang.

The Orchid Forest master was even more surprised. As he exercised control over a dao universe, he naturally knew what it was. It was incredible that Silver Moon had formed twin dao universes!

“Today, I’m going to dismantle all of the worlds I’ve collected. Regardless of size, every world has a dao net. Even major worlds possess one. The dao net of major worlds has become a ball and the second layer of the dao universe within a world. It is a universe of dao itself!

“There are several key parts in the formation of a world. First, the chaos bestows it with a world origin! Second, the net of dao! Third, a complete overview of dao which forms a dao universe. Such is a major world!

“We are unable to artificially create a world origin. Therefore, worlds cannot be manmade! Even if we are able to create a world and a dao universe, it would not be called a dao universe. That would be a dao domain!

“The Sword Sovereign, Seniors Fog Mountain and LI Zhu have all formed dao domains. Meanwhile, the Orchid Forest dao domain is connected to a world and one with it. That makes it a dao universe!”

Li Hao clearly delineated the differences and connections between a world, dao universe, and world origin.

“Perhaps there are some who think differently and feel that I’m just running my mouth. That is certainly the case. But, I have time and can trace the past with it. This is the basis of why I, Li Hao, dare speak so brazenly in front of all of these seniors!”

It was because he could see the past and witness the formation process of the dao net that he dared speak thus. Although he was yet to see how a major world’s dao universe formed, Li Hao felt that there wouldn’t be major issues with his conclusions.

Time?

Fog Mountain knew about this skill, but Orchid Forest was unfamiliar with it. The shadow that was the Orchid Forest master rippled slightly.

The power of time? Tracing the past?
