Lady Meilin is seduced by her green tea brother-in-law everyday-Chapter 338: Life in prison.
It was almost time for visiting hours in the cold prison to end when Mo Liang received his first visitor. He hoped it was his lawyer. But it was not. It was Mo Xia, his fourteen year old nephew.
Mo Liang cursed in his heart because this was the most the most useless visitor ever. Who had sent the boy over and for what purpose?
His eyes roamed around the visiting room which had eight more people, two prisoners, two visitors and four guards. He confirmed for himself that Mo Xia had not come with anyone.
He sat down, and placed his chained hands on the table. "What are you doing here?" 𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒆𝙬𝒆𝒃𝓷𝒐𝓿𝙚𝙡.𝒄𝓸𝒎
Mo Xia pinched his fingers nervously and leaned forward to whisper. "Grandpa sent me. He wanted me to ask you if you have any money hidden away. Mo Wenbin stole all the money we collected as a family and run off."
Mo Liang jaw ticked. "Wasn’t that bastard arrested? Let him tell you where he hid the money. I have no money. If I had money, would I have hired a lawyer that had no idea what he was doing? Would I be in this prison right now?"
Mo Xia raised his voice. "Uncle, Space M declared bankruptcy and all of its assets were sold off. If the money was given to Jun Meilin, you can ask for a share."
Mo Liang slammed his hands on the table. "Do you think that bitch would give me a coin if I asked?"
"Hey, knock that off." A guard bellowed in warning. "And you have only a minute left before visiting hours end."
Mo Liang and Mo Xia noticed that the other visitors were hugging their loved ones goodbye. They did not have enough time to discuss anything in detail even if they wanted to.
"I don’t have any money. In fact, I am in need of money." Mo Liang hissed at Mo Xia. "In this prison, if you have money, you live well. Go back and tell grand uncle to put money on my account. It is not as if everyone in the family was arrested. The rest of you can work. I spent many years feeding all of you. Because of me, you ll got to live in wealth and walk with the elite. It is your turn to pay me back."
Mo Xia blinked. What pay back? He had already been expelled from his former school. Their grandfather had told those that would not be going to prison to pick up hoes and start farming. The little money they had left had been used to buy seeds and farming tools.
They were waiting for Mo Liang to rescue them and he was also begging for money!!!
"Time up." A prison guard bellowed.
Mo Liang grabbed Mo Xia’s hands and yelled. "Have you heard what I said?"
Mo Xia winced.
Two prison guards rushed over and separated them. One hit Mo Liang on the arm with a baton. Then, he was dragged out of the visiting room, screaming at Mo Xia to do what he he had told him to.
Mo Xia run out of the visiting room with a heart that was thumping wildly, swearing that he would never return.
Thirty minutes later, Mo Liang found himself surrounded in the bathroom. Five inmates had cornered him and from the looks in their eyes, they were out to start trouble.
He had known for a while now that trouble was coming. This was because he had become the target of verbal teasing since he moved to the prison. His bald head was mocked, they called him astronaut and not in the good way.
Under his pillow, he constantly found threatening notes. The last one had been placed there the day before and it advised him to confess. He knew it was the Jun’s behind all the problems he was facing.
So when he found himself cornered, he had no doubts that they had given the instruction as well. He didn’t beg and they didn’t explain. They simply got to it--brutal, quick and methodical.
He was left with a black eye, some broken ribs, a split lip and another warning.
Two prison guards dragged him back to his cell and threw him on the bed. Blood trailed on the surprisingly clean floor.
"It is going to get very hot in here for you astronaut." One of the prison guards said.
The other laughed. "He is used to hot places."
They laughed as they walked out and shut the cell. Mo Liang’s remained on the floor groaning and wondering how he would survive the hell he found himself in.
"I should have let that bitch burn in that fire." He muttered.

In the women’s section of the cold prison, Tang Yue was not doing so well either. In fact, she had it much worse because she had been beaten and her hands had been broken. She was in the prison hospital, recovering after undergoing surgery.
Her brother Ma Bingwen had been volunteering at the prison for years and this evening, he happened to be on shift.
He had only seen Tang Yue ten minutes ago and he was yet to say a word to her. Her on the other hand, she a lot to say to him especially when she looked at his ID and saw the name of the prison where he worked.
For over nine minutes, she had been screaming and ranting about how he was a traitor for working for Chi Lian.
Bingwen could not listen to her anymore so he looked at her chart and said, "You just had surgery yesterday, I am sure that your doctor advised you not to strain yourself."
Tang Yue sneered, "My hands are now useless. They were fixed just enough to allow me maneuver normal life but I can never step into an operating room again. That bitch Jun Meilin...."
Bingwen cut in. "She does not have time to think or deal with you. You are already going to prison Yue, that is the greatest justice for Jun Meilin. If anyone ruined your hands, it is probably the Tang’s."
Tang Yue gasped.
Bingwen put his pen in the pocket of his coat. "They don’t want you or anyone from your family using the Tang name or associating with them. This is the message that aunt Lili told me to give you when I see you.
Next week, they plan to release a statement clarifying the fact that you are not a Tang and they have nothing to do with you.
The legal process to change your name from Tang back to Ma was completed two days ago."
He clenched his hand and turned around. "I am planning to adopt your son and raise him as my own. I am also going to have all of his childhood memories suppressed or erased by a professional hypnotherapist. Ma Hao will not remember you or Mo Liang. I don’t want him to remember that he almost killed someone. This is the last time I ever recognize you so stop calling me from prison."
Tang Yue was still in shock as she listened to the footsteps of her brother exiting the hospital room.
