Chapter 164: He’s Unstoppable

Leo and the Devil King were standing opposite each other, as they could barely stay upright. Moments later, he sent the remaining mana across his body, only to feel slightly better. ’I need to beat this creature and return to the real world,’ he thought.

Without hesitation, he dashed forward with blinding speed, catching the devil off guard. His fist crashed into its face with a Supernova Punch, the impact shaking the ground as a deafening boom echoed through the battlefield.

The enemy crumpled under the force, but just as he moved in for another strike, a sudden, unseen force sent him flying backward. Flipping midair, he landed on his feet, his gaze snapping upward, only to find the Devil King smirking at him.

And then, in an instant, it vanished. Leo went wide-eyed as he raged. ’’Where the fuck did he go?’’

Following that, a portal opened nearby, causing him to smile, but the injuries were bad, and he hobbled over to it before stepping through. He appeared outside, only to feel the cold air washed against him.

’Feels good to be back,’ he thought as explosions erupted in the distance.

Leo looked into the distance and noticed the horizon was black, causing him to fly toward it while his mana slowly healed his wounds. Twenty minutes later, he noticed the Alliance attacking the border fortress.

But his eyes narrowed when noticed Bella, Luna, Roxy, Astra, and Veladra fighting soldiers on the wall. He zoomed toward them and slammed into a giant of a man, which caused the enemy to explode.

Blood splattered everything, which made Leo smile, but he quickly summoned his knights, who flew out of the darkness before slaughtering the enemy soldiers with ease. This shocked the surrounding demon troops.

While standing there, something crashed into his back. ’’You’re back, baby! I’m so happy that you’re still alive,’’ Roxy exclaimed in a cheerful voice.

Leo was just about to speak, but something in the distance caught his attention. He picked up the blonde and flew toward it after speaking. ’’Stay here. My knights will drive the Alliance back.’’

Following that, the two of them flew toward the mountain and landed on the peak, only to see a translucent figure standing there. Leo landed with a thud, but he went stiff when noticing it was his grandmother.

The old lady gave him a sweet smile as she spoke in the same comforting voice that he instantly recognized. ’’My dear grandson. The time is coming when you need to fight with everything you have. Otherwise, I’m afraid you will be joining us.’’

’’It looks like something has changed with me since the last time I saw one of your kind,’’ he said with a smile. ’’Thank you for showing me her.’’

When Roxy heard this, she asked with a confused expression. ’’What’s going on, babe?’’

Leo looked at her and explained. ’’This is an Einsam. They are monsters that take the shape of your dead loved ones and try to feed off your mana.’’

The blonde’s eyes widened in shock, but before he could speak, his grandmother’s calm voice cut through the tension. ’’I’m not here to feed off you, Demon King. I’ve come to warn you that the Alliance has awakened a power so ancient it threatens all of Valoria.’’

’’An ancient power, you say?’’ he muttered just as a gold glow washed over him.

Leo glanced at Roxy, who had already begun healing him, her magic seeping into his wounds, easing the pain. He let out a breath, his strength slowly returning, but the urgency in Einsam’s tone kept him on edge.

’’You must grow stronger before it arrives,’’ she continued, her expression grim. ’’This beast will bring destruction beyond anything we have ever seen.’’

When Leo heard that, he nodded. ’’I’ll deal with it, but in the meantime, I’m going to level up even more,’’ he said.Following that, he scooped Roxy up and looked at the Einsam who was now just a humanoid shape.

It waved before vanishing just as leaped toward the fortress and started flying as the blonde questioned. ’’Can you become stronger enough, babe?’’

’’Yes,’’ he answered confidently. ’’I’ll go finish off the Alliance army to get more levels while you wait for me with the others.’’

Roxy nodded with a bright smile, leaning in to place a soft kiss on his cheek before whispering, ’’You haven’t changed a bit since we were kids... and that’s what I love about you.’’

Leo chuckled at her words, warmth flickering in his eyes while landing on the wall where the four women stood, landing smoothly before setting the blonde down. As soon as he did, he gently lifted her chin, capturing her lips with a passionate kiss.

She melted into him, pressing her body close, savoring the moment with a quiet sigh of satisfaction. Moments later, Leo did the same for the others before jumping off the wall while casting hundreds of fully charged Fireballs.

The spells tore through the air like streaks of wrath, slamming into the Alliance army with devastating force. Explosions erupted across the battlefield, screams swallowed by the roar of destruction as thousands perished in an instant.

He grinned as he felt his power surge, his levels rising with each fallen foe. But before he could revel in it, the ground rushed up to meet him, and he crashed down in a burst of dust and debris.

The battlefield fell silent for a fleeting moment as Leo fixed his glowing red eyes on the enemy army. A surge of power crackled around him before he exploded forward, a crimson blur tearing through the ranks.

He crashed into the soldiers like a force of nature, his fists shattering armor and bone alike. With every strike, shockwaves rippled outward, sending enemies flying. Spells erupted from his hands, scorching the earth and reducing foes to ash.

Chaos unfolded in his wake, unstoppable, relentless, and utterly devastating. The battlefield was soaked in blood and fire, the once-proud Alliance army now in full retreat as mountains of corpses were stacked high.

’Looks like something from a Dracula novel,’ he thought with a chuckle while casting more Fireballs into the crowd.

Their discipline shattered, and soldiers scrambled in every direction, desperate to escape the wrath of the Demon King who was right behind them. A little while later, Leo stood amidst the carnage, his red eyes burning like twin stars.

’’Running?’’ his voice echoed across the battlefield, laced with amusement. ’’Pathetic.’’

He raised a hand, mana swirling in his palm before he slammed it into the ground. A massive shockwave tore through the earth, splitting it apart as jagged black tendrils erupted from the cracks, impaling dozens of fleeing soldiers in an instant.

Their screams filled the air, only to be silenced as Leo launched forward, moving faster than the eye could follow. He appeared in their midst, his body a blur of destruction. His fists shattered steel and bone, every strike sending ripples of force that tore through the ranks.

He unleashed a barrage of spells that incinerated entire battalions. Ice spears rained down, impaling those who dared to flee, and arcs of lightning danced across the battlefield, reducing soldiers to smoldering husks.

Desperation filled the air as the remaining warriors begged for mercy, but Leo showed none. With a flick of his wrist, a crimson vortex of energy spiraled around him before expanding outward, consuming everything in its path.

The very sky darkened as the last remnants of the Alliance army were swallowed by oblivion.

While Leo was fighting, Roxy was watching him, and her green eyes widened in shock as he demolished tens of thousands of soldiers in his Demon King armor, causing the troops on the wall to cheer.

She turned to Astra and Veladra who were watching him with love-struck faces, causing her to love. The blonde approached the demon women before teasing them. ’’Looks like you both are loving our husband.’’

The white-haired woman turned to her with a big smile while nodding. ’’Of course, I do. It looks like he’s unlocked all the Demon King’s power now. Especially with the black armored knights.’’

Roxy looked at the giant soldiers standing on the walls like statues that were waiting for Leo’s order. Following that, her breath caught in her throat as she watched Leo unleash hell upon the fleeing Alliance army.

The same enemy they had struggled against for days, slaughtered like insects before her lover, which excited her to no end. With each swing of his fist, shockwaves shattered the ranks of soldiers.

His spells rained devastation, fire, and lightning, consuming those who dared to run. Screams filled the air, only to be drowned out by the roar of destruction. Roxy’s heart pounded.

Awe, admiration... and something deeper stirred within her as she whispered, ’’He’s unstoppable.’’

When the other women heard that, they all nodded in agreement as Astra replied. ’’Now it’s his time to rule the world like the kings of old.’’
