Now, that was settled. By going to mine in the City of Asura, he could forget about ever turning his life around.

At that moment, Luo Qiwei suddenly reflected on how his life had been bright and his future promising. It seemed that ever since meeting Ye Xiu, his life had started going downhill. This damn Ye Xiu was his absolute nemesis!

"Why?" Qin Qing asked.

"Do I need a reason to pick up and drop off my own wife?" Ye Xiu retorted.

Qin Qing stared at him for three seconds. "You’re hiding something from me."

"Not at all. I simply want to be the one to take you to and from work," Ye Xiu said with a smile.

Qin Qing didn’t believe him for a second. However, she didn’t press the issue. If Ye Xiu wasn’t going to tell her, it would be pointless to ask.

In truth, Ye Xiu had decided to personally escort Qin Qing as a precaution. A 200 million Gold Reward just for a doctor’s arm was far too tempting. Who knew how many underground forces would accept the task?
