Loving The Cursed Werewolf King-Chapter 255: Archie’s Move
Arielle just nodded and sat on her bed. She took off the tiara and put it somewhere.
"Has something happened in the hall?" Tania asked the princess.
"Nothing, just Aron with his big mouth," answered Arielle with a small laugh to treat the pain every time she remembered how her siblings spoke.
Mr. Heath also conveyed to Arielle Sasha’s location. Archie informed them, that Sasha was being locked up by Andrea, but he was safe in the tower behind the palace.
"B-but it’s an abandoned place. I’ll be right over to him."
Mr. Heath immediately held Arielle’s hand and then shook his head. "One of us has checked on Sasha’s condition and confirmed that the child is fine. And also, today they did not go up there at all. Most likely they have forgotten about Sasha’s existence and are busy with today’s meeting."
Tania led Arielle to sit back on her bed.
"Andrea... didn’t hurt Sasha, right?" asked Arielle, holding back sadness in her heart.
Mr. Heath didn’t answer. He was only silent because he had seen for himself the boy’s condition. He could not speak due to the wound on the corner of his lips. His palms were swollen, every time he touched something, it stung. Likewise, his two calves were beaten with a rattan stick until they bled.
Archie said he couldn’t put bandages on Sasha’s hands and feet, because he was worried that if suddenly Andrea or anyone knew someone giving him bandages, they would get suspicious. Archie could only help put medicine on the boy’s wounds to deal with the pain when he woke up.
"Mr. Heath... Sasha was just put on the tower unharmed, right?" asked Arielle again.
Again, Mr. Heath just kept silent, making Arielle cry in her place. She covered her face with both hands. Tania, who saw the princess cry, was also sad. Arielle really cared about Sasha. Hearing the news that Sasha was injured would definitely hurt the girl’s heart too.
"Why are they that evil, Tania? What did Sasha do to make them do it? My heart hurts a lot," Arielle said between her tears.
Tania could only hug the girl. Her tears also spilled. Her mother’s instincts were also hurt imagining Sasha, a small child, was hurt by an adult.
The old woman continued to hug Arielle tightly. Her brows furrowed as she felt Arielle’s body heat up unnaturally. Arielle was still crying. Tania widened her eyes when she saw Arielle’s shoulders starting to smoke. Tania immediately took a glass of water and forced the girl to drink immediately.
Arielle then drank the water because she felt her neck getting dry. Slowly she began to be able to neutralize her heartbeat, and Tania sighed in relief when Arielle’s body temperature returned to normal.
She wanted to ask her about this, but she didn’t because Arielle looked tired. Judging from the girl’s calm expression, it seemed that Arielle didn’t feel what Tania felt.
Suddenly Arielle fell asleep so fast. Tania looked at Mr Heath, who lowered his face.
"Mr. Heath? Did you see it?" asked Tania.
"Sorry? What did you see?" the man asked back.
Tania immediately shook her head, then took off Arielle’s shoes and put a blanket on the girl. Perhaps the intimidating pressure in the hall made Arielle so mentally exhausted that she fell asleep now.
Tania decided to ask about Arielle’s body temperature later to the right person. The maid let out a long sigh looking at the princess.
"Sasha... you shouldn’t have left right then. Princess Arielle is very worried about you."

Archie was leading the horse carrying the loot from Northendell’s ship. Nieverdell’s army had been reduced by half. He turned to his troops. Most of them were starting to look tired because they had walked to carry a chest full of diamonds.
"Would you like to rest? I think we need to eat after achieving this early stage of success," shouted Archie, offering rest for the Nieverdell squad.
"Yes, Your Highness... we have difficulty walking on an empty stomach," said a soldier carrying a chest filled with silk.
Archie smiled and pointed to an open valley at the edge of the forest they were walking through. Archie looked around, and everything was safe. He then ordered everyone to prepare tents and bonfires. Archie also ordered to stack all the luggage in one place.
A knight approached Archie to offer a seat cushion. The man accepted it happily. He just sat staring at the glow of the bonfire while watching all his soldiers who were busy preparing their short camp.
After they finished, they untied their swords from their hips and enjoyed the food they had looted from the residents’ homes.
"I thought the Northerners were terrifying. They are no doubt just a group of bandits who would run away when they’re afraid," said a knight, who was standing far from the bonfire. Everyone around him laughed in response to the ridicule.
Archie saw a man on a horse arriving. The man was an informant.
"Tell them we deserve a short break! We have all become heroes who brought new glory to Nieverdell!" another man shouted at the informant, who was approaching Archie.
Archie laughed loudly and put his arm around the informant.
"Yo-Your Highness. What news do I have to share?"
"Don’t you see Nieverdell has won? Say it to King Hugo in the exact same words he said earlier."
Archie’s words just now invited happy cheers from the soldiers. He stood up to receive a glass of rum.
"To the glory of Nieverdell!" he cried out loud.
"Hurray!!" cried the other soldiers.
"Nieverdell!!"
"Hurray!"
"Nieverdell!"
"Hurray!"
Archie downed his rum and slammed his glass on the ground, burning the soldiers’ spirits even more intense than ever.
"Hmm? How is it? You know what message you need to convey, right?" Archie asked the informant.
The man smiled proudly and nodded. He understood what had to be said at this point. The man then said goodbye to leave Prince Archie’s group. But before the man got on his horse. Archie called again.
"Yes, Your Highness?"
"Do you see the river near here? My body is sweating, and this makes me uncomfortable."
"In the southwest direction of the forest, there is a river, Your Highness. If you don’t mind, I can show you the direction to the next information post."
"Nice! Looks like this is my lucky day. Then take me."
