"What do you think you are doing
Elijah?what have you done!"Ezekiel yelled at his brother,his eyes blazing red in anger, screaming hate for the man in front of him who had a gun placed in front of him.
He knew that Elijah was crazy,and power hungry but not to this extent of hurting the family by selling the company shares to his uncle.Right now, there’s an emergency shareholders meeting to remove his father from his position immediately.
His father had ended up passing out from shock,and did he forget to mention the fact that the old man was a great actor?
He should have known sooner that his father was a strategist,and shouldn’t have underestimated him when he planned all these to bring both Elijah and Henderson out of the shadows.
It’s being nothing but two days since his dad had brought up this plan,and did he need to say that his brother fucked up big time?
He did.
Because,his ass is definitely going to jail, But what pained him immensely was the fact that he had a gun pointed at them.
His family.
He bit the hand that once fed him,his father wouldn’t have resulted in pretending that he knew nothing about his plan with Cole Henderson if he had come clean to him.
Of course,he had been keeping tabs on them,and had someone monitoring Elijah’s moment.
It wouldn’t have resulted in calling the cops on his very own brother,if he had gone all out to have a deep heart to heart discussion about his mother with his dad.
The fool ignored all greenlights which were directly to him using the fake press release,and fake emergency shareholders meeting to confess his alignment with his uncle to bring his dad down.
His dad saw that coming,he too did also, likewise the chief of staff who had taken his wife out, without her having any idea about what’s happening today.
If she did,she would have ruined the plan by walking up to Elijah to tell him to admit his mistakes before things escalated further.
But what they didn’t expect was him standing right in front of them, with a gun pointed right at them as if he could kill them.
That’s what Ezekeil thought.
That he couldn’t pull the trigger, but he remembered to choose his words carefully not to upset him,Elijah was something else.
He thought he knew his brother,but right now he had fully defined the monster he is without having any consciousness in him.
Did Sofia knew about this?
What about Nathan?
Ezekiel couldn’t help but get curious, there’s no way Nathan wouldn’t stop his dad from being a murderer if he knew about this.
As for Sophia, there’s more to her that would be exposed once she hears her husband would be going to jail.
He didn’t want to conclude yet,about his father’s assumption of what she is,A cannibal.
That’s out of the question,and doesn’t make any sense,but that would be sorted out by tomorrow and if it’s true that she’s a human eating monster just like his Father suspects?

He would have probably eaten up Zaiden,for ruining his chance to be with Hazel who he likes.

It was as if Hazel knew that if she had stayed here any longer with Zaiden,after their marriage that his brother would kill him that’s why she left with him.
For the very first time,he’s grateful for what she did,and is not regretting not telling his son too about what it’s happening right now.
The only person that knew what was going on was the chief of staff who’s going to burst right into this room with the cops,and also Leonard who’s going to arrest Cole Henderson’s greedy ass at the company.
That would be if he would still be alive to witness all that, because he didn’t imagine his brother as someone who wouldn’t relent to push the trigger with the way the conversation was going.
It’s not a surprise that his dad’s secretary was working for him too, of course they always knew that a mole was within them and that is why he wasn’t involved in the conspiracy.
He saw the way his brother had a cool smirk plastered on his face,as if he just won a lottery,of course to him he was about to hit the jackpot.

People would start looking at him differently,but he had forgotten so soon that his brother doesn’t give a damn about what people think or say about him.

"Oh! Shut up Ezekiel!"Elijah thundered, pressing the gun more firmly against his brother’s temple who didn’t look scared,not at all.

There’s nothing,either him or their pathetic father who was sprawled against the cold floors of the room can do right now.
It’s game over for them.

His uncle should have been here by now.
If he guessed correctly,to which he turned to his dad’s secretary Ian.
"Check things out"He ordered,and watched him leave,he tried to call his uncle but Ezekiel started spewing out nonsense that had him see red.
"Do you know the reason why i hated you?"Ezekiel asked immediately,when he thought of a better option to keep Elijah’s attention on him.
He didn’t want him to call Henderson,because he knew that doing that would warrant him to suspect that something was wrong.
He had to buy time to get him to confess already that he killed the guard,and get things done with.
The detective needed proof, and also the murderer to cool things down about the family that had everyone talking.
"You were nothing but a pathetic second choice,that had father’s attention even when you a halfie that doesn’t have the full blodf of the ..."
"Shut up!"Elijah roared,and knocked the edge of the gun to his face that had his mouth bleeding.
"I should have known that you too knew about my mother,you knew that he killed..."
"He didn’t,you bastard!"He yelled."Father didn’t kill your mother,your mother was nothing but a psychopath and murderer who killed my mother and commited suicide afterwards!"He couldn’t help but get angry.
" I deserve to be the one, bearing the hate towards you for being her child!"Ezekiel added,his anger getting hold of him.
"No, that’s not true!"Elijah denied.
"Why do you think i would lie to you when you have a gun with you? Do you think I didn’t want to kill you too because of what your mom did?"Ezekiel asked,this was clearly getting out of hand, because this wasn’t what they planned.
"That’s not what he said?"Elijah whispered.
"Who? Cole Henderson?"Ezekiel suggested, and saw him raise his head up at his words.
"How do you..."
"Do you think we didn’t know your uncle would try to brainwash you into believing his words?"Ezekeil asked,and for the very first time he saw something he didn’t knew Elijah had.

If only he could, and stop all these,then he wouldn’t have to go to jail,then Henderson would take the blame for messing with his brother.
His dad treasures his family to much to see them suffering,even though it has to do with Elijah,he didn’t wish anything bad for any of his blood.
"Why do you think father would take you in after killing your mother Elijah,does that make any sense to you?’’Ezekiel asked,this time he moved closer to grab him by his shoulders notwithstanding the fact that he might change his mind and kill him.
"Father loves you Elijah, and not for once has he ever thought of you as his illegitimate child,so stop this madness before it ruins you more than it has, okay?"He pleaded, looking into Elijah’s eyes to find it there.
What he has been searching for.
He’s not going to pull the trigger,Elijah wouldn’t be stubborn this time around,he knew that.
"I’m.."He started, feeling ashamed.
He looked away from his brother towards his father who was still lying on the floor,and felt his heart tightened instantly at the pain he had caused them.
Right there,he saw the mistake that would have caused him to lose everything, Ezekeil wasn’t like him and there’s nothing he would gain from lying to him.
But why would his dad keep the truth away from him?
"He kept that away from you because he didn’t want anything to separate the family,i didn’t had any idea that you were my half brother until i eavesdropped on his conversation with Chris years ago Elijah,so stop thinking you are not wanted"He went on,and brought his hand out to him.
"He didn’t faint, right? He’s only pretending?"Elijah asked, referring to his father.
Ezekiel bursted out laughing,and that made him too join before he slumped down on the floor,while dropping the gun beside him.
He didn’t even know how to approach his dad,he felt ashamed and disappointed in himself.
"Dad,you can open your eyes now"Ezekiel said,as the old man opened his eyes and his first gaze was on Elijah who went on to get on his knees when he stood up.
"You did it?"The old man looked at Ezekiel,who was all smiles.
"I told you that he would come around once I’m done talking to him"
Looking back to his other son who was still kneeling,"I’m so sorry father"He apologized wholeheartedly.
And just like that,he avoided going to jail which would have crushed the whole family, especially Sophia and Nathan if he didn’t listen to Ezekiel, his one and only brother.
Once again,peace and order has been restored.
But that’s on his own part right?
