Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon chronicles the story of a futuristic civilization returned to Earth after constant warfare hindered them from traveling beyond the post-Apocalyptic Earth. At this stage, a small archipelago called the Divine States were the only hospitable land on Earth. In order to regain the space-faring technology they had lost after many years of war, they decided to recreate history with a book called the Testament as a guide.

It is the year 1648 in the Testament Era. Toori Aoi, Chancellor and Student Council President of the only academy on the airborne city-ship Musashi, faces the ten-year anniversary of the death of his childhood friend Horizon Ariadust in an accident. As he prepares to celebrate the occasion by proposing to P-01s (an automaton who looks exactly like Horizon) he discovers that his suspicion about P-01s’ appearance actually has a basis in truth; P-01s is in fact Horizon Ariadust, reborn into a robotic body. In addition to this, Horizon’s emotions had been stripped away and are now stored in eight powerful weapons called the Mortal Sin Armaments; which are now in the possession of key people in various established countries in the Divine States.

To retrieve the emotions of Horizon Ariadust, Toori Aoi along with his friends and allies begins a crusade against different obstacles as key events in history are recreated in a futuristic manner.

A young man was going about a normal day, and he went back home to his house being empty again, his parents had missed his birthday again.Just like all the other years before, there was nothing special about his 18th birthday it seemed.This however was far from the end, caught by something unexpected at his own house, he perished.It was supposed to be the end, however this only marked a new beginning.Faced with a great trial of will, and Karma, and passing with a score beyond anything else, he was given the Class Omni-Layer, and the Job Omni-Ruler along side a system to manage it all.All this to prepare him for a new world, a world of swords and magic, and classic isekai, but this world was anything except an easy trip.

What's it like to be wrongfully killed? Cheng Su felt she'd really hit rock bottom when she was yanked out of a building by someone who jumped. Talk about a true miscarriage of justice! But when she opened her eyes again, she found herself back in the eighties, replacing the 'culprit'? In her last life, she was clear and alone, but in this life, she had a promising, dazzling military husband, as well as a cocky and domineering third child? Ugh, spit on that! Layland Kleinhaus (17) suffers from hypogonadism that makes him less “manly” on top of having a girly face. He is bullied because of it, but he always remains strong ... At least, until he can't bear the betrayals and sufferings anymore.

Filled with rage, indignation, and the lust for blood, he decided to end the life of his tormentors along with the bystanders before taking his own life.

Alas, in the middle of his deed, a mysterious being intervenes the act by summoning him and the rest of the bastards he is killing to another world.
