The beast tide which happened earlier at the border had passed. Now, the same border was quiet. The piles of corpses had already rotted away.

Some of them had become food for the lower-tier beasts. Now, the border area has become quiet and clean. 𝘧𝓇ℯ𝑒𝓌𝑒𝑏𝓃𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘭.𝒸ℴ𝓂

The unexplored region starts across the border. In the deep interior of the unexplored area, a new storm is brewing.

A Tier-9 Beast is taking steps toward the direction of the city. The beast is moving slowly. Yet, there was no sound.

Because the beast was no ordinary beast; it’s a nocturnal black centipede.

This rare black centipede is so rare that it was last seen in the 3rd Zone wilderness.

Yet, such a beast was here. There is a big conspiracy behind it.

Because of the Black Centipede, the other corrupted beasts in the nearby areas were alerted.

They were terrified by the presence of the new Tier-9 Beast. They wanted to flee from the place before the Tier-9 Beast could control them.

The Black Centipede was not here on its own. It was there in the unexplored region for a reason.

It immediately began to control the corrupted beasts living in those areas. The unexplored region was so vast that there was a large number of corrupted beasts.

The beast tide which happened earlier was caused by a small part of the corrupted beasts.

It cannot even be compared to a beast invasion, which is usually caused by the corrupted beasts living within the boundaries of the wilderness.

This time, the second beast tide is slowly taking place. The corrupted beasts which were trying to flee earlier were now controlled by the Black Centipede.

Slowly, the corrupted beasts are gathering together in great numbers.

Once there are enough numbers, they will cross the border and march toward the city.

The Black Centipede didn’t cross the border. It’s hiding its presence. After finding a suitable spot near the border, it stopped moving.

If Martin and others were here, they would be shocked to the core. Martin would have found out about the Tier-9 Beast already.

But they let down their guard.

Beast Taming Hill Family

Robert Hill didn’t get any updates from the city officials. He didn’t know what happened to Roland Hill.

He was now convinced that Roland Hill was dead. He probably would have died in the wilderness as well, but he didn’t know the location.

Otherwise, he would have gone to the location himself.

Robert Hill was in a bad mood. His son’s enemy was still alive and kicking. He had sent his men to monitor the Red Moon Chamber, the Beast Taming Association, and the City Gate as well.

But there was no sign of Jeremy Night.

He then exited the room and came to the hall. He called his butler. The butler came to see him.

"What did you find?" he asked.

"Master, the young man doesn’t seem to step out of the organization," the old man said.

"F@ck," Robert cursed under his breath.

Boom!

A coercion of a Tier-8 Beast Tamer was released from his body. The coercion swept across the place. It struck the wooden tables, furniture, and the walls.

They were struck and damaged instantly.

The butler took the brunt as well. He was hit hard and retreated. His eyes, nose, and ears were bleeding.

Boom!

The impact on the house alerted other servants and family members. But none of them dared to get near. The coercion just sent them chills as well.

Only Elders and Ancestors can do something about it.

It didn’t take long for the Elders to get alerted. They quickly rushed to this place to calm down the Family Head.

Red Moon Chamber

Head Harold is having a meeting with Elder Stephen. Ever since the killing of Roland Hill by Jeremy Night, Harold has taken this matter into his own hands.

The enemy of the young man Jeremy Night is a Tier-8 Beast Tamer and his family.

"There are people from the Hill Family keeping an eye on our building. Our men came across them at the Beast Taming Association and the City Gate as well," Stephen said in a serious tone.

As an Elder for the intelligence-gathering department, he felt he was missing something. He didn’t know the urgency behind Harold’s meeting.

He knew that the young man named Jeremy Night was being targeted by the Darkshade Organization. The Beast Taming Hill Family was behind the attack.

But there was no need for Head Harold to take up this matter on his own. He is now directly involving himself.

Harold saw through his doubts. He knew he had given out so many orders that it raised questions in Stephen’s mind.

He said, "I know you must be wondering why I am paying attention to this matter personally. All of our members have some feud with other forces. They are being targeted as well."

"But this young man is the responsibility of both me and Head Neil Moon. We have promised his parents that we will take care of him," he added.

Stephen raised his eyebrows. He was convinced.

If the kid was a favorite of both Tier-8 Beast Tamers, then he was not surprised by the level of attention.

"They are using a lot of manpower just to keep an eye on the kid," Stephen said.

Harold’s eyes gleamed with a twinkle.

"This shows Robert Hill has lost his mind completely," Harold said.

"Why don’t we report to the Governors? They will check him," Stephen said.

"I’m hoping that Robert Hill will stop eventually. I don’t want to tear the relationship apart. If the two of our forces become enemies, then the rest of the members would be affected as well," Harold said.

It’s not like he was afraid of Robert Hill or didn’t want to inform the Governors.

But he thinks by doing so, it would provoke the Hill Family. They could become enemies as well. He didn’t want that to happen.

He had put enormous effort into building up the organization. Head Neil Moon helped him as well.

Stephen sighed. He could understand the worries of Head Harold. Head Harold is thinking about the organization.

So he can’t make a rash decision. He can only support Head Harold.
