After Gao Fu Shuai came over, I looked at all of the merchants that were gathered in front of me and said, "Show me what you want to sell me."

All of them were caught off guard when they heard this, but they meekly took out the land deeds that they had.

It seemed that all of them were thinking the same thing.

They were all trying to sell the land and the stores on them that didn’t earn them a profit. They were trying to get rid of this asset that was just draining their finances by throwing them to a prodigal young master like me.

But I didn’t care at all.

I didn’t care about this at all as I just pointed at them with my fingers before turning around to Wang Fu to say, "Get us a table. We’ll have some tea while we wait for them to finish."

Wang Fu was looking at me in a daze as I said this, but he quickly came back to his senses and went to prepare a table.

Seeing that he was about to prepare one on the second floor, I said, "Don’t bother, just prepare any table for us. We’ll be quick."

Wang Fu had an awkward look on his face, but he still nodded in agreement as he emptied one of the larger tables in the restaurant.

There were people that were sitting there eating, but they happily gave it up when I offered them spirit stones for the table.

When Wang Fu asked me what I wanted, I just simply waved my hand and said, "Give me one of everything."

I was feeling a bit smug since this was the one that I acted when I was a prodigal on Earth, so it felt good being able to act this way now.

As Wang Fu headed off to take care of this, Gao Fu Shuai was taking care of the transactions.

Even though they were being handed spirit stones, it didn’t seem like the merchants could understand what was happening. All of them looked closely at the spirit stones that they had been given and some of them even bit into them as if they were testing them.

The only reaction that they had was even more shock because they could tell that these were real spirit stones.

Not only could they tell that these were real spirit stones, they could tell that there was a very high concentration of spiritual energy in these spirit stones. This showed that these spirit stones were very new, as if they had been freshly mined.

This was not someone that they wanted to provoke or offend.

When Gao Fu Shuai finished with the last transaction, he didn’t spare a single glance for the merchants that were still standing there.

Instead, he came back to my side and presented all of the land deeds to me.

I just casually took them and glanced over them.

After looking at these land deeds, I gave them to Wang Fu while saying, "Give all of these to Li Zi later. I’m sure that she’ll be able to find a way to use them."

There was a bitter smile that appeared on Wang Fu’s face.

That was because the first rule that Lin Li Zi had given him was to prevent her big brother from wasting money if possible and he couldn’t stop the young master this time.

The young master just spent a bunch of money buying all of this unwanted land...

Still, it was too late to regret this, so the only thing that Wang Fu could do was look over these land deeds and see if there was any value in these lands. If there was some kind of hidden value, then he might be able to escape the punishment later.

As Wang Fu looked at these land deeds, the expression on his face became better and better.

It was as if he had discovered something that would be able to save him.

In the end, he had a smile on his face as he bowed to me and said, "Yes young master, I’ll pass these lands deeds on to the young miss later."

I gave a nod before looking at the group in front of me.

Everyone had been taking their time enjoying themselves and it didn’t seem like they were done yet.

I had said that we were just having some tea, but now it seemed like we were having a full blown meal...

I waved my hand at Gao Fu Shuai and said, "I’m feeling good after wasting this much money. Go and give everyone a tip to share this happiness."

Then turning to Wang Fu, I said, "Tell the manager that everyone’s meals are free for the rest of the day."

Gao Fu Shuai and the other lackeys didn’t hesitate when they heard this as they started handing out spirit stones to everyone else in the restaurant.

However, Wang Fu looked like he had fallen from heaven to hell when he heard this.
