Villain's Survival: SSS Class Infinite Copy Eyes-Chapter 47. Body Chambers
Chapter 47: 47. Body Chambers
Oren’s eyes narrowed, his words carrying a quiet weight.
"So if I were you, Licht, I’d watch my step on the way home. It would be a real shame if the Valtier heir had an... accident."
Then Oren turned and walked away, spear tapping lightly against the floor as he went.
Licht stood there, veins twitching across his forehead. The cold fury bubbling beneath his skin nearly made him reach for his blade right then and there.
Your Trait「A Valtier’s Pride (S)」has been activated
’I feel like fucking killing him...’
This wasn’t even his trait speaking, but Licht’s original thoughts.
If it weren’t for his skill「Infinite Copy Eyes (SSS)」being on cooldown, Licht would’ve drawn it without hesitation.
He had no real involvement with that girl, Melinda, yet her would-be admirers kept buzzing around him like flies.
It was annoying.
But Oren wasn’t the real issue. Licht knew that lashing out at Oren or Even Melinda would solve nothing.
The real problem... was the Valtier family.
Things were unravelling faster than he’d expected. And worst of all, his "good" cousin had already begun leaking word of the internal split to the rest of the Academy.
But that was a problem because his strength was not enough. If he were stronger, then this wouldn’t be a problem
....
Moments later, inside the Body Evolution Chambers
Licht stepped into the sleek, coffin-shaped pod. The second Licht laid down a glowing bluenutrient solution rose to meet his skin in a calibrated surge. A brief warmth spread through his limbs, then the chamber sealed with a hiss, and that comfort vanished.
A low hum filled the pod as hexagonal runes lit up across its inner walls. The temperature dropped. Light flickered.
[EXCITATION SEQUENCE: INITIALIZED]
Target: Muscular & Neural Reinforcement
Mana Flow: Stable
Adaptive Stress Cycle: Engaged
The solution wasn’t just for healing. It was infused with liquefied mana and microscopic ether-conductive nanites, acting as a conduit for accelerated enhancement.
Pulses of tuned mana flowed through the pod’s circuits, syncing with Licht’s body—adjusting to his muscle density, core rhythm, and neural paths.
It was science and sorcery, designed to push elite cadets beyond human limits.

Licht didn’t know how long passed, but eventually, the fluid drained, and the hatch hissed open.
When he stepped out, Licht looked like he had been reborn. Every second, he breathed steam curling off his skin like smoke. His muscles gleamed with and his eyes shone sharper than before.
Licht clenched his fists and felt an unprecedented power pulsing through him.
That feeling of growing stronger while lying still was dangerously addictive.
If it were possible, Licht would have cycled endlessly between using his Infinite Copy Eyes and the Body Excitation Chambers, pushing his strength beyond all limits.
But Licht knew that was nothing more than an imaginary fantasy.
If he pushed his body too far in the Excitation Chamber, it wouldn’t end well for him.
It would break. His body would start to shut down before it could heal, and worse, his internal mana flow would destabilise, causing irreversible damage.
So, tempting as the idea was, Licht had to shelve it.
Still, just because he couldn’t re-enter the Body Excitation Chambers didn’t mean he couldn’t train.
He glanced down at his hands, watching them slowly open and twitch.
I really want to hold a sword right now, Licht thought, smiling faintly.
Still barefoot, still dripping with remnants of the nutrient solution, he draped a towel over his shoulders and stepped out of the chamber.
A short walk later...
He arrived at the Academy’s combat simulation arenas.
After scanning his ID, the large double doors hissed open, revealing a vast, white chamber.
The combat simulation arena utilised a combination of illusion magic and mechanical genius to conjure terrain modules, adjustable environmental hazards, and programmable combat dummies modelled after real monsters and human opponents.
Fortunately for Licht, when he arrived, the arena was empty so He wouldn’t have to share it with anyone.
He walked over to the control interface and spoke clearly:
"Authorisation: Licht D. Valtier."
"Requesting combat dummy, Mid Tier 2 Awakened Core, Grade B combatant"
A series of beeps followed.
"Confirmed: Mid Tier 2 -Grade B combatant"
Moments later, a shimmering projection appeared at the far end of the chamber humanoid combat dummy built to simulate.
For Licht, who was currently without his Infinite Copy Eyes, the ability that granted him perfect mana control, this opponent was moderately strong. Not too fast, not too powerful. Just right for a warm-up.
Rolling his shoulders to work out the stiffness, Licht took a deep breath. As he exhaled, a faint blue spark crackled across his lips.
『Valemont Sword — Rushing Thunder God! (A)』
Feeling the crackle of lightning surge through his body, Licht felt his body wake up. This was the technique he had relied on the most since inhabiting this new body.
Without hesitation, Licht launched forward in a blur, his sword arcing downward in a clean, lethal strike.
The combat dummy reacted instantly, raising its arm to block Licht’s attack and then lashing out with a vicious counter aimed straight at Licht’s chest.
Licht twisted mid-swing, causing his blade to flash sideways to deflect the blow as Sparks danced in the air
He landed lightly, boots skidding a step back across the arena floor. His eyes narrowed.
Drawing in a steady breath, Licht realigned his stance, the faint blue mist of mana still trailing from his shoulders like smoke.
It might’ve sounded counterintuitive, but using this technique without the Infinite Copy Eyes made him feel faster than ever before.
While that may sound good, on closer inspection could one could see that this wasn’t a good thing.
While Licht’s physical stats had increased, it hadn’t reached the point for him to feel such a drastic change. No, for Licht to experience a different feeling on this level, there was only one reason
’My reaction time is falling behind.’
