Chapter 355: A Dragon’s True Form ( 355 )

Ridan watched as the dragon began to glow.

"Oh crap... now she’s serious."

"What do you mean she’s serious?" Hazuki asked.

"She’s transforming to her original form."

"Huh? You mean her dragon form isn’t her real form?"

"That’s just a dragon form. Ancient dragons are different from regular dragons."

Hazuki glanced toward the glowing dragon.

The massive, icy beast shrank rapidly, scales retracting and wings folding inward until, standing before them, was a small girl—petite, with tiny dragon horns on her head and silver-white hair that shimmered in the cold air.

"Wooo~" Hazuki grinned. "All I see is a shortie."

"Oi! Don’t say shortie!"

"Why? What will she d—"

Before Hazuki could finish, a fist slammed into his face.

He flew backward several meters and landed hard in the snow.

Hazuki sat up, shaking snow from his hair.

"Oi, Ridan!"

"What!?" Ridan shouted back.

"That shortie is strong!" Hazuki rubbed his aching cheek.

"Oi! I already told you, don’t call her shortie!" Ridan snapped.

Glacia glare sharpened, her aura flaring as she stepped toward him. "You! You keep calling me ’shortie, shortie’... Do you have a death wish?"

"Oi, Ridan... she can talk normally now?"

"Huh? Of course she can. I bet she just wanted to look cool with that ancient dragon tongue, to seem intimidating."

Hazuki smirked. "Oh, really?"

He pushed himself to his feet and stuffed both hands in his pockets.

"Oi, shortie. Let me tell you in advance. I’m a true gender equalist. I’ll dropkick anyone, no matter what race, if they hit me first.

Hazuki puffed out his chest, thumb pointing to himself with a satisfied smirk.

"Ah~ this dumbass is gonna get it soon," Ridan sighed.

Glacia smiled, tilting her head with pure sweetness. "Really~?"

She vanished.

A fist slammed into Hazuki’s gut, knocking the air from his lungs. Before he could even double over, a spinning heel kick caught him across the jaw, snapping his head sideways. Another punch hammered his ribs, then a sharp knee drove into his thigh. A rapid flurry of strikes.

Palm strikes to his chest, elbows to his shoulders, a vicious roundhouse kick to his side, sent him staggering. Just as he tried to recover his footing, a final explosive punch to the face lifted him off his feet and sent him tumbling backward through the snow.

Hazuki sat up, eyes glazed.

Glacia charged forward, fist pulled back for a final blow, but Hazuki’s palm snapped up and caught her punch effortlessly.

"Alright, Glacia... chill out."

"Huh!!? Who the hell are you to tell me to chill out after calling me shortie!?" she screamed, unleashing another barrage of punches.

But Hazuki’s palms moved in fluid arcs, easily deflecting each strike, parrying, redirecting, as if he knew exactly where they’d land.

Hazuki smirked. "The way you fight never changes, huh? Even after a thousand years..."

"Don’t talk to me like you’ve been living for more than a thousand years, mortal! You’re just a mere human! I’ll kill you here! Right now!"

Glacia leapt back and raised her palm. A barrage of magic ice missiles shot toward Hazuki.

Ridan smirked. "Ahhh~ always the same."

He snapped his fingers.

The barrage of ice missiles vanished just before they could hit.

Glacia’s eyes went wide. "H... how?"

Ridan smirked through Hazuki’s lips. "Perhaps this one could make you remember~"

Hazuki snapped his fingers.

Thick vines erupted from the snow, wrapping around Glacia’s wrists and ankles in intricate patterns, crossing over her arms, cinching tight around her waist, weaving between her legs in a web of living rope that pulled her into a restrained posture, forcing her onto her knees in the snow.

"Gihh!!!" Glacia panicked, thrashing to break free.

The vines tightened in response, digging into her clothes and skin.

She gritted her teeth, muscles straining as she fought the restraints.

Until...

"Ahn~" A soft moan escaped her lips.

Glacia bit her lower lip hard, cheeks flushing as she tried to resist the rising pleasure. 𝒻𝑟ℯℯ𝑤𝑒𝑏𝑛𝘰𝓋𝑒𝓁.𝒸𝑜𝘮

"Wh... who are you!!!?" Glacia shouted toward Hazuki.

"Me? Let’s just say... perhaps you remember a great wizard from a thousand years ago... name Ridaness~"

Glacia’s eyes went wide. As realization hit, the vines tightened around her, digging in with just the right pressure.

A soft, breathy sigh escaped her lips. Her cheeks flushed deep red.

"Ahn~ Ridan-sama!!! More! More!" she wiggled in the restraints, pure pleasure spreading across her face.

Ridan facepalmed through Hazuki’s body, letting out frustrated groan.

"This damn M-dragon... this is why I hate dealing with her."

"Is that really you, Ridan-sama~? Ahn~ I thought you were..." Glacia’s voice dropped to a breathy pant, her eyes glazed in pervert mode, cheeks flushed and breathing heavy.

But Hazuki snapped his fingers, and the vines vanished.

"Aww~" Glacia pouted, disappointed as the tight pressure disappeared.

"Ridan-sama!!!" She rushed forward and wrapped her arms around Hazuki’s body.

"Oi! Don’t—"

A thunderclap erupted from the sky.

Lightning slammed down, electrocuting both of them.

"GYAAAHHHH!!!!"

Glacia lay panting in the snow after the lightning strike, breathless.

"Ahn~ I love this new play~"

"Oh, shut up! Now I’ve gotten struck by lightning for the first time. This human has a Pinky Promise with his partner, no other girl can hug or even touch him, or lightning will hit him and the girl who touch him."

"Hmm? You’re not reborn?"

"No!! I’m just guiding this human!" Ridan shouted back.

"I thought you were reborn, Ridan-sama!"

"No! I didn’t get reborn. Even if I did, do you think I’d keep all my previous memories? I just activated a Spirit Link so I can be inside his body!"

Glacia put one finger on her lips, tilting her head as she studied Hazuki.

"So... why did you come here?"

Ridan exhaled sharply. "This dumb human secretly took a special herb-gathering quest. One of them is in here, Icy Leaf."

"Really?"

"Yes... that’s why I have to guide him. My spirit is stuck on his sword. And besides... there’s something forcing me to guide this human."

Glacia puffed her cheeks and pouted. "But this human called me shortie before!"

Ridan exhaled again. "Just ignore him. He really doesn’t think much. Everyone calls him crazy."

"No... I will punch him again and again if you’re not with him."

"Nah... I doubt you can. Can’t you see his equipment? What he’s wearing? And this place is called what?"

Glacia puffed her cheeks. "The Cursed Icy Lands. But that doesn’t mean he can defeat me."

"Yeah, he can’t. But he won’t be killed by you either."

"Why?" Glacia looked confused.

"Sigh... you’re as dumb as this human, aren’t you? Look at what he’s wearing, a regular jacket. And yet does he shiver hard or die from frost?"
