Hearing Carlee’s question,Sylvia felt uneasy.If she could turn a blind eyes to Harley helping Nina out today,then she shouldn’t be surprised if they decided to rekindle their love.

Nina also had a child for Harley,which was a valid reason for them to make up.

Sylvia didn’t believe Carlee at all.She knew that Carlee could he ruthless to Nina if she wished.

Comparing her self with Nina,Sylvia’s only advantage was that her parents had connection in the entertainment circle.

"Mrs Carlee?..."Sylvia wanted saying something,but stopped on a second thought.While observing Carlee’s expression,she muttered,

"I think Harley and Nina will make up soon,now that Nina has lost her parents,she’ll be totally dependant on him.What do you think?"

Carlee had the exact thoughts,but she felt annoyed and helpless,she replied saying,

"Let’s talk about this in a few days"She waved her hand irritably,not wanting to continue with the topic.

Seeing Carlee head upstairs,Sylvia was a little disappointed by her attitude.She had a conviction that she couldn’t count on Carlee if she wanted ending up with Harley.She had to rely solely on herself.

After exiting the Villa,Sylvia pondered while driving.The fact that Nina was protected by Harley,it would be difficult to make her vanish from earth.

In order to achieve her goal,Sylvia urgently needed a partner who could help her execute her plans.

Tom flashed through her mind.She immediately recollected that Harley and Tom were rivals,and that she could use him.With the thought going through her mind,Sylvia had to devise a means of getting his address.

After work that night,since Nina had been discharged,Tom headed headed home.As usual,he waited for a bus at the bus stop.

Bored at it,Tom’s mind wandered to the lottery he bought in the morning,he dipped his right hand into his left breast pocket and brought it out.

He was a regular player,a player who never won a penny.In fact,he had stopped having the hope of winning.He just bought it as a means to comfort and also distract his mind.

Upon comparing the numbers,he found out that the second to the last group was the exact number.

"No way!"Tom was stunned.He felt his eyes were pranking him,so he brought out his phone from his trouser’s pocket,he turned on the flash light and looked at it severally.

When Tom was certain that he had won the first prize in the lottery,he went numb.

"I really won!I’m going to become a millionaire!"Tom was so ecstatic that his fingers trembled.He held tighter to the ticket,fearing that a gust of wind might blow his money away.

He looked around for about four times and found that he was really alone at the bus station.He then cautiously put back the lottery paper back into his pocket,preparing to cash it the next day.

The bus he was going to board had stopped in front of him.Tom looked into the bus and found that there were inexplicably lots of people on the last bus.

"I’m rich.Why should I take a bus?"Tom didn’t hop in but walked along the sidewalk,dancing and jubilating.

He decided to budget how he would spend the money.According to the amount of the current prize pool,it was at least six to seven million.

"OMG,finally I’m done with poverty!"Tom raised his head to the sky and burst into a loud laughter.He was as happy as child.

He placed a call to Nina,wanting to inform his favorite girl about the good news.

Nina has just fed her daughter and was singing her a lullaby,so her phone was muted.

It didn’t matter if he got through to her.Tom continued planing for the huge sum of money in his mind.

He sent a message to his mother,telling her that he has been promoted and got a salary increase recently,and that he would transfer a sum of money to her in few days.

As for the rest of the money,Tom planned to use it for buisness and set aside some,for savings.

And most importantly,now that Nina’s parents were no longer alive,Tom wanted to take her away and start a new life in another city.

"Nina,I have the money now.We’ll live a better life in future.I know with my abilities,I will certainly achieve alot!"Tom soliloquised.Even though it was late at night,in his eyes it was sunny and bright.

Sylvia finally found the house that Tom rented.She heard that Tom only had time at night,thus the reason she visited so late.

She knocked on the door twice,she heard a voice which sounded more feminine than Tom’s.For a moment,she had thought she had knocked on the wrong door.

"You are?"Lily asked staring at Sylvia who wore the most delicate make-up,and was clothed in famous brands.

"We’re just tenants,are you searching for the landlord?"Lily questioned in astonishment.She took a proper look at Sylvia,she was a typical rich and elegant woman.Lily concluded it unbelievable that Tom would make friends with such a woman.

Sylvia was also in a daze.She asked tentatively,

"Does Tom lives here?"

She indeed was searching for him!

Lily became even more surprised and hostile.She stared at Sylvia from the crown on her head,to the sole of her feet and asked,

"What’s your relationship with Tom?Why seek for him at such hour?"

Upon confirming that it was really Tom’s rented apartment,Sylvia muttered seriously,

"I’m here to have a private talk with him.Who are you to him?"

Lily was displeased by Sylvia’s rudeness and arrogance,she replied,

"Tom isn’t home yet.You can call him yourself."

Lily had planned to lie that she was his girlfriend,but decided against it,she felt she shouldn’t deceive herself,since it was obvious that Tom wanted only Nina.

From Lily’s response,Sylvia detected that Lily may hold a grudge against Tom.And the root of this resentment had to be love.

Guessing that the was more to their relationship,Sylvia was convinced that the woman before her,could be of great use to her.

"May I know your name?"Sylvia asked in a more polite manner.

"My name’s Lily.You hadn’t even introduces yourself yet."Lily’s tine was that of caution.She felt that her purpose of visit was strange.

"My surname’s Cen.How about we exchange phone numbers?"Sylvia asked obscurely.

She took her phone and gave Nina a friendly tips,

"If you experience any trouble,problems generating from Tom and Nina,do well to give me a call.

Lily was stunned.She became more cautious of the mysterious woman.She summoned the courage in her,and she asked,

"Who the hell are you?"

Sylvia chuckled and said,

"If we can work together sometime in the future,then you’ll know whom I am."After saying that,Sylvia placed her buisness card on Lily’s palm with a sly smile.
