From what I knew, the Mind Realm I entered was pretty much just like mine. With that in mind, I also had a few theories about a very similar phenomenon.

Back when I first met William, he was a lot weaker than he seemed. Even much later on, despite him being a Demon King, just feeling for his energy, I would assume he was no higher than a Grade 30.

I had the same experience with Rachel and even Elise. I couldn’t actually feel the extent of their energy. The only thing I could feel was the pressure they just passively emanated, and since those beings had a very terrifying presence, I always just assumed their strength.

Even now, I still didn’t know just what kind of Grade Rachel was. That Divine Beast I fought was the same...

Which led me to one simple conclusion.

The way they masked their energy and made themselves appear weaker was through simply sending it into their Mind Realms.

It sounded far-fetched at first... but was it really? I mean, where else could they store their energy if not here? The reason why Alexius even told me to establish a connection with the Divine Energy here was so I could use it from literally here.

And if that was the case... shouldn’t I just send all my energy inside here, and then store the Mind Realm inside my heart just like Rachel had done?

I felt like I was biting off a bit more than I could chew, but since I already had the experience of making contact with a type of energy, I already knew what to do.

After all, whenever I imagined something, a chunk of my actual energy was drained. Since that was the case, I decided to imagine a massive aquarium in front of me.

The moment it manifested itself and slowly gained color, it plopped down near the cherry blossom tree. But as for the energy that I had consumed, I decided to latch onto it by imagining the energy to simply halt.

It’s just that, now that I froze the energy in place, it continued draining rapidly, which meant I had to do this fast. Realizing that the energy was just straight up in my heart, I tried to force it out and store it inside that giant aquarium.

But no matter how much I pushed, I felt like the energy just didn’t really want to leave my body. I tried everything I could think of, from opening up a pathway out of my heart and then pushing, all the way to simply trying to expel all the energy naturally into the surroundings and collect it into the aquarium.

Yet nothing worked.

That was when I recalled what I did when I first got here. I went out of my body, much like third person. What if I could use that to my advantage to push the energy out of my body?

I decided to try it out immediately.

Imagining myself leaving my body, I soon stared at myself from above. Yet unlike before, I floated down until eventually I was nearly touching the ground. That was when I decided on testing out my theory.

I glanced over toward the purple rose, and then with a single thought, I imagined that rose’s energy filling my current form.

One of the purple rose’s petals fell, and in the next instant, I felt a connection form with the Divine Energy within that purple rose. At first, I couldn’t feel much, but once I imagined my form changing to that of my actual body, a strangely soothing sensation ran down my back.

Not only that, I felt like with every breath I took, I felt the overwhelming surge of power simply flowing throughout my body, not being bound by my heart or anything else. It was Divine Energy, and just like its name... I felt like I could do anything with it.

But I was also smart enough to not get high on the power increase. Instead, I made sure to maintain that connection I had to the Divine Energy, and now that my form was just like my usual one, I practically had two bodies. Two bodies that I could train simultaneously and gain the experience and twice the speed.

It wasn’t what I was aiming for initially, though. What I really wanted was this.

I approached my main body, and then placed my hand over my main body’s back. Then, after taking a deep breath, I used every bit of Divine Energy I had to envelop my other body’s heart, including the energy, and then with a single yank, I ripped out my heart.

To my surprise, it actually worked, and as I stared at the still-beating heart in my grasp, a chill ran down my spine. On the other hand, my main body seemed a little paler than before, but there was not a single drop of blood.

Obviously, that was because I wasn’t actually here.

But the energy in the heart I was holding, although not all the energy I had access to, was actually there. Since that energy already had a connection to the energy in my actual body, it was enough.

And so, with that in mind, I quickly walked over to the aquarium, and once I was right beside it, I placed the heart right against the glass. Removing a piece of the glass for a moment, I tossed the heart inside the aquarium and closed it.

Finally, I snapped my fingers and forced a single thread of Divine Energy to pierce through the glass ahead and then destroy my heart, causing a flash of white and black light to suddenly blind me as the energy began to expand outward, filling the aquarium in a near instant.

A sharp headache soon hit me, but I ignored it as I watched the energy continue to expand, then condense itself to make up for the lack of space. There was even a cyan color because of my Sword Saint Gift, but it was barely noticeable, just because of how overpowering my other Gifts were.

But after just a few minutes passed, the energy from my destroyed heart stopped filling the aquarium. It simply just rested there, which meant that the extraction was essentially over.

However, since I planned on making this my main place where I store energy... I needed to do one final touch-up.
