The Royal Mark-Chapter 233: Keep Your Mouth Shut
"We cannot let something like that happen to Chris, we must do something!" Elsa is trying her best to control her emotions and not attack the witch queen right then and there just because of Neia. But the wait is already killing her and putting her to her limits.
"I know and I agree with you," Elandir answered before instructing Lexi. "You go ahead and proceed with your plan. Make sure that Princess Neia gets here as soon as possible so we can rescue her from King Mordrak.
I will inform Andrius and Drake about the changes in our plan. But I cannot portal here, I need Malvar to open the door of the labyrinth."
"I can pretend to check the flowers and talk to him," Lexi said.
"Now the question is what will the rest of you do?" Elandir asked.
"We still have to rescue Aeson. Do you know where he is, Lexi?" Elsa questioned.
"I’m sorry but I don’t know. He was in the dungeon before but after the incident with the prince, he was moved somewhere else."
"If he is not in the dungeon then he might be in one of the towers. There are only three that are currently being used to keep prisoners and we have the whole night to check them one by one," Gavin suggested.
"OK, let’s do that," Elsa replied.
"Your Highness," Baahu interrupted. "I think it would be much better if the women stay here, and let us men look for Aeson, in case anything happens like we get caught or whatnot, you will be our backup."
"Luna, I agree with my husband. Stay inside the labyrinth once Malvar opens it, since Ciel is here, it only means that you have not mastered your air element yet. The labyrinth is sealed from the inside and you could train there," Lexi suggested.
[Finally, someone noticed me,] Ciel uttered causing Elsa to smile at her.
"Alright, but I would be needing Dasher for that. Gavin, Arla, Baahu, and Kaizer, the four of you should look for Aeson. Dasher and Rylie will stay with me," Elsa instructed and they all left immediately.
After an hour, Malvar opened the labyrinth door from the inside and said, "I am sorry I took a while to come back. Lady Lexi said that you have decided to stay inside, so I have brought some blankets and food. It is not much but it is enough until tomorrow."
"Thank you, Malvar. We owe you a lot. I will remember your kindness and reward you when we kick that bitch out of Arcanis," Elsa said.
"Elsa," Elandir called out, "It will take me a while to come back here since I have to port to two locations without replenishing my mana in the moon well. So I might be back tomorrow afternoon. Finding their current location will be tricky as well and that will take time."
When Elandir left, Elsa wasted no time and started training.
"Your Highness, I don’t know what else you need. Your air attacks are already powerful, I’m afraid I have nothing left to teach you. Princess Hera is one of the best air mage there is and seems like she has taught you well," Dasher stated after a few hours of sparing with Elsa.
"Are you sure that there’s nothing else that you forgot to teach me?"
"I am sure, Your Highness."
"Sorry to interrupt, Luna. But I thought air mages could fly. Maybe that’s what you can study next?" Malvar butted in causing everyone to laugh.
"You are funny, Malvar. No, air mages cannot fly. We can make air push our bodies to avoid hitting something and that’s it," Dasher answered.
"Now I really envy, Bendy. It comes and goes whenever it wants to," Malvar said before they heard a knock.
Malvar immediately touched the wall to make an opening to the library and what greeted them shocked them for a moment.
"Oh my God, Aeson!" Elsa exclaimed as Gavin and Baahu carried the severely injured alpha.
"Place him here," Rylie pointed to the spot where the blankets from Malvar were laid out.
"I have to knock out the two werewolves guarding him. I was able to erase their memory and manipulate it a bit. They won’t look for Aeson at least until tomorrow night," Gavin said.
"Why is he not healing?" Rylie said while she hovered her hands on Aeson trying to heal his wounds.
"Wolfsbane and demon magic is what we suspect. We found these there." Arla handed the small plastic containers to Elsa.
"Syringes? How did it get here? These are from Novus. This doesn’t exist here. My mom has some but it was Elandir who gave it to her. I doubt that Elandir would give it to the witch queen," Elsa explained.
"We also found these small bottles," Kaizer handed Elsa another set of vials.
Elsa read the label carefully and loudly, "Theobromine?" She frowned and checked the other vials. "Colloidal Silver?"
Elsa looked at Arla and Kaizer, "What else did you see in there? These are all from Novus, and can only be bought from a pharmacy or hospital. These are not available in Vectus."
"We didn’t see much, since I can’t use my fire magic in there. It was dark and we were in a hurry, so we only grabbed what we could," Kaizer answered.
"The witch queen has someone from Novus and was experimenting on Aeson if not trying to poison him," Elsa told them before turning to Rylie, "Let me try to heal him and while I do it, I need you to find me charcoals and lots of garlic."
"I have both back in my house. Before I go, I will leave the entrance to the library open, in case you need to go out. I will be back as fast as I can," Malvar volunteered and immediately left.
"Luna, I will leave Aeson with you. I will gather more information to not waste any time. I will bring Baahu with me," Gavin requested.
"Go, do whatever you must do. Don’t worry, I think I can heal Aeson. Good thing you brought these syringes with you, it will be useful."
Gavin and Baahu left and carefully checked the hallways before they passed through it. Gavin stopped and smiled at Baahu after reaching a particular door.
"Why are we stopping?" Baahu asked in confusion.
"I can’t bring you along while patrolling, you are too slow," Gavin remarked and that made Baahu’s eyebrows furrowed.
"Then why the heck did you bring me with you?"
"To leave you in this room, go open it. I will be back before sunrise so please be done by then."
"Done? Done for what? What the hell are you talking about?"
"Just go inside," Gavin said one last time before disappearing.
"Wait–" Baahu’s heart started to beat fast and looked left and right in fear of being caught. He quickly went inside the room and locked the door before sighing in relief.
"What are you doing here?"
He heard a familiar voice that made his heart pound faster. He turned around and stared at the person that he missed so much.
"Uhm... Ahh... Gavin left me outside, he said to go in here before disappearing. I don’t know where to go so I did what he said."
"Hmm, I think this is his gift for us and I love it. Come here..." Lexi said. She removed the blanket covering her and patted the empty side of the bed, gesturing for Baahu to sit beside her.
When Baahu was finally seated beside her, Lexi quickly sat on his lap and took off her night dress revealing her round plump breasts, surprising her husband.
"W-What are doing Lexi? Someone might catch us and find me here," Baahu nervously expressed.
"No one will attempt to do that as long as you will keep your mouth shut. They will think that I am just playing with myself," Lexi boldly revealed.
"You touch yourself? Here?" Baahu confirmed, just to be sure that he is not misinterpreting it.
"Of course, I do! I missed you so much. We have been apart for months and I can’t help it. I touch myself and imagine that it is you touching me. I was caught once by a female servant and got reported to the queen but then after explaining it to her, she left me alone.
She was so disgusted that she didn’t even let me finish my explanation and scolded the servant not to report to her such things. So tonight my love, I am going to fuck you until I suck every bit of energy you have. You just might regret coming into the lioness’ den. But in my case, it’s the wolf’s den." Lexi suddenly grabbed Baahu’s arms with her fast movement and tied his wrists to each post of the bed.
"Lexi, what are you doing?" Baahu asked, his heart was beating faster than it was before.
"Shh! I just told you to keep your mouth shut. I guess I have to do something about it..."
