The Princess's Dangerous Vampire Mate-Chapter 152: A new world - I
The Prince thrashed around like an animal put inside a cage and everyone enjoyed the small show.
"Should we take a small stick and poke him?" Allan tutted, "just to get a reaction? I think it would be fun."
"Don’t," Darius grunted out. He hated little shits of Princes who thought that they owned the world just because their father was the king and had a title and a Crown over their head. If anything he was going to punch the little boy.
"Poke me?" The man yelled, trying to make it sound like a growl. The boy had no idea what one sounded like. "I will put your burning body on a spike as they tour around the capital."
Darius laughed. "If you could touch me then sure." He offered. "Otherwise I am going to sew those lips shut."
"I would rather tear them out," Tristan added, his eyes narrowed at the sight of him. He was frankly irritated by the whining of the boy.
Lysar glared back. "You dare—"
"Don’t whine to me boy," Tristan said as she finally had enough. He opened the door to the prison cell and entered, standing right in front of the boy.
"You have the last chance—"
Arnold scoffed, "Humans are amusing." Allan agreed.
His nails are elongated as the prince continued to glare at Tristan How stupid was this human to not even notice is that standing in its way?
Before long The Prince was on the ground unconscious once again. Tristan merely dusted off his hands and pants. "That’s all it took for me. Two punches."
"He is a human," Darius said as he opened the door and beckoned Tristan to come out, "what did you expect."
Within moments, they were in the strategy room.
"I would prefer if you change before sitting." He heard Darius say but like always Tristan did not pay attention to it.
The smell of blood always calmed him. It was a source of survival and the evidence of his rage. The blood of the prince longed to be on his hands especially after he had kissed Genevieve. He could not believe that the prince was so daring.
He stared at the maps.
The Prince had been so daring because he had never imagined Tristan to act or any of them in that matter which is why it was obvious that the man had entered thinking that he could get out because of his title.
He stared at the map. Every country was in front of him. If he conquered one it would be enough evidence to prove what he could do, everyone would know what the creatures of the night could achieve.
"Let’s do it."
"What?" Arnold muttered and stared at their wrist in shock prevailing on his features along with Allen. Darius cackled in the background.
"Finally my friend," Darius sighed, "I have been waiting. My hands are itching to them apart."
"But why now?" Allan could not help himself from asking the question. " We just sent those men back to the queen for show."
Tristan nodded, "and imagine The Look on her face when right behind Those men we would arrive."
Arnold stepped ahead, "we have no problem in going to an immediate war. We are fully prepared for it. But my concern is we will be reaching there by night. Would it be right for us to attack them in the dark?"
Every species, no matter what, always had a rule to not fight in the dark. People were at a disadvantage and they also had to rest. It was a given that it would be when there was visible sunlight.
Tristan sneered at him. "We are the creatures of the dark Arnold. It makes sense that we lurk in it, breathe in it, and soar in it."
"He did call us the creatures of the night." Allan reminded, "it would only make sense for us that we attack them in the night. The title given to us should be kept to its name."
" Arnold," Darius glanced at his second in command, "let it be known."
"Allan." Tristan nodded to his second in common, both of whom were out of the room.
The two princes, both of them belonging to the night, both of them staring at the outline of the country fullstuff four kingdoms, four powerful families and huge armies.
It would not take them long to erupt Chaos in the whole world and have everything under their hands. All they needed was power and the power was going to be driven from their other halves.
One had already found it. Which meant that one was already powerful enough.
"Are you ready for this?" Darius asked with a genuinely happy smile on his face, " I have been hiding my species for so long in the dark that I feel like the pest hiding away from everyone just to stay alive."
Tristan scoffed, "Now, they would hide."
Silence engulfed them. With their sharp hearing they were able to hear what was going on around them. Footsteps and the snow scrunching could be heard which meant that people were gathering around for the fight. Everyone was itching to get blood on their hands and have them come out of hiding.
It was time. It was their time.
Both of them moved out of the room. Tristan did not bother changing and taking off his bloody clothes because the blood symbolised that the night had just begun.
Everyone was humming with energy. Smiles and snarls were heard. Two of the most powerful species were together to define the moment that would mark the beginning of a new world.
Their world.
"Do you all know what is happening?" Darius spoke up making everyone quiet, "we are embarking on a new journey that would tell everyone who we are. No more hiding and crawling in the dark, today, we come forward."
"Tomorrow night," Tristan took over, "we begin and crush them all."
A sneer came to his face as he said the next words, "Tomorrow, we rule."
