While they were still speaking, a calm voice suddenly interrupted their emotional exchange.

"I don't think that even the combined treasures of the three of you would be enough to gather a billion Boundless Coins. In fact, you wouldn't be able to collect that many coins even if you were to sell your souls."

The words struck like cold water. Alex, Fritz, and Alicia frowned almost at the same time and turned around, only to see a young man standing a short distance behind them.

It was Ithariel Moon Elryn.

No one liked being eavesdropped on.

Even though Elryn was the owner of the Boundless Shop, the sudden intrusion left a faint sense of discomfort in the air. Alex's brows knitted slightly, Fritz's expression stiffened, and Alicia's eyes sharpened with instinctive caution.

Yet none of them spoke. After all, they all knew that Elryn was not someone they could question, let alone confront.

Although Alicia never met Elryn before, she didn't need an introduction. Alex had already described him as a devilishly handsome man. Matching that description to the figure before her was effortless.

"What do you mean, sir?" Alicia frowned and asked.

Elryn didn't answer. There was no need to answer, for his earlier words were crystal clear. Even if these three people were to sell their souls, they won't be able to gather a billion Boundless Coins.

Instead of answering them, he turned to Alex and said, "Do you know why I personally welcomed you on your arrival?"

Alex and Fritz frowned and shook their heads. But a sudden thought struck them.

Elryn was the owner of the Boundless shop. He also has a system that can oversee almost everything in the shop. Mere extension of that system can accompany every person and act separately. He must have many employees as well.

Why would such a person welcome them personally?

It was indeed a question worth thinking over.

"Why?" Alex asked.

"It's because the moment you stepped into the Boundless Shop, I detected a drop of blood within you that was affected by the Loren's Curse. Apart from the Loren's Curse, I also sensed the Godfiend Phantom Body, one of the most fearsome forbidden bodies in the entire universe, as well as the Ancient Sovereign Bloodline, which ranks among the strongest bloodlines to exist.

"Other than these three, I also detected a dormant force within you. This dormant power belongs to yet another supreme physique of the universe, but it appears to have been suppressed, possibly due to the influence of Godfiend Poison, or perhaps because of the Godfiend Poison Body, preventing it from awakening."

"An interesting person like you doesn't come to my Boundless Shop very often. You are a rare sight. That is why I welcomed you personally."

"Now, Alex White, tell me. Do you know what the Loren's Curse truly is? In fact, do you even know who Loren actually was... is?"

Alex didn't answer him immediately. He started thinking about the first memories of his mother. 𝒇𝙧𝙚𝓮𝙬𝙚𝓫𝒏𝓸𝓿𝓮𝒍.𝓬𝙤𝓶

She had once told him that he is unique, that he has the bloodline and special physique of the universe's two greatest families: the White Family and the Silvanus Family. [Ref. Ch: 121.]

The Ancient Sovereign Bloodline belonged to the members of White Family. Then the dormant force Elryn sensed inside him must belong to the Silvanus Family.

As for the Loren's Curse, truth be told, Alex has no idea.

There was a time when he was exploring a ruin. At that time, he was not even a Spirit Martial God. Inside the ruin, he encountered a drop of blood that was completely black and radiated an unfathomable aura. Moreover, it floated freely above the head of what appeared to be an ordinary statue.

The universe and these four Supreme Stones originated from the same source, so it can be said that the Supreme Stones are treasures on the same level as the universe itself. That is why they are classified as Primordial Treasures."

"You may not know, but treasures in the universe are divided into Mortal Rank, False and True Rank, Astral Rank, Origin Rank, and Mythical Rank."

"Then there are unique treasures which are divided into World Treasure, Universe Treasure, and Primordial Treasure."

"Although the four Supreme Stones are Primordial Treasures and each holds a different mystery, because they were born from the same source, they can fuse together and transform into a single treasure that surpasses the Primordial Rank. Such a treasure is exceedingly rare. This is likely the story you have heard, or something similar to it.

"Now, the real question is this: what exactly was the source that gave birth not only to an entire universe, but also to the four Supreme Stones?"

This was the first time Alex and others even heard about the origin of the four Supreme Stones. How could they even know what the source was?

Seeing them shake their heads, Elryn spoke, "The source was called the Eternal Dao Embryo, and its existence was discovered by two entities whose strength far surpassed the limits of any universe. One of them was Loren."
