Chapter 116: His Other Woman

In a sense, she was right. I knew that Dahlia was anything but stupid and that was probably why everyone in her family thought that she was dangerous. With what they had in mind, there was nothing more dangerous to them and their plans than a woman who had a mind of her own. For a moment, I had to admit to myself that I thought that it might be better for me to come out and tell her about Anthony’s condition and situation. If she was going to find out about it sooner or later, then I might as well tell her about it.

It will hurt her but delaying the pain wasn’t going to make it hurt any less...

I opened my mouth as I wondered what exactly I should say to her. The sound of a woman yelling outside the door thwarted whatever effort and will that I had in telling her the truth. There was another ruckus at the door, and I was beginning to wonder if this was something that Anthony had to go through very often. I made a mental note to myself to give the secretary a raise at the end of the month because she definitely deserved it.

Dahlia’s attention was on the door just as the woman’s voice got louder. It was hard to make out exactly what she was saying given how fast she was talking. The commotion got louder until it became clear enough that she was here to see Anthony.

“Step side. Anthony is expecting me!” she yelled louder than before.

“Wait, please. He is with another guest right now...” the secretary said as she tried her best to do her job.

Dahlia’s eyes returned back to my face, and it was clear that she wasn’t liking what she was hearing. As for me, I was absolutely certain that I wasn’t expecting any female company.

“Step aside!” the woman screamed.

A moment later, the door to the office flew open. The door was taking on a lot of damage today. First it was Dahlia and now it was this other woman. I watched as the perfect definition of a ‘blonde bombshell’ walked with confidence into the office.

“Who is she?” Dahlia hissed at me.

Good question. Who is she...again?

...

**Dahlia’s point of view**

I watched as a very tall blonde woman walked into Anthony’s office. The way her large boobs were almost hanging out of her dress and how they moved about as she walked told me that she wasn’t wearing a bra. Bradon waved the secretary away and after she mumbled a few words of apologies, she quickly left the room and closed the door behind her.

Suddenly, we had an uninvited guest in the room. I stared openly at her as I took in her beautiful figure, her small waist, and curvy hips. She had such high heels on that I wondered how she could walk properly in them. The smell of her flowery perfume stank and saturated the air with its heavy scent.

Who is she?

I had asked Bradon that question, but he had yet given me an answer. She did say that he was expecting her so maybe I was the uninvited guest in the room instead of her. I wasn’t sure what to make of her and her sudden appearance and that was probably because I wasn’t sure who she was here to see. I wondered if she knew that truth that Bradon was playing the role of his brother. If she knew then that would mean that she was here to see Bradon. However, if she didn’t know that, then she was here to see Anthony.

My eyes swept down the length of her body from head to toe without bothering to hide my curiosity. I guess by most men’s standards, she would be classified as being attractive and desirable. However, if I had to make a bet as to who would prefer a woman like her between Bradon or Anthony, then...

“Oh, Lady Diana. The secretary did say that there was a guest, but she didn’t tell me that the guest was actually you,” she said before smiling at me.

Her smile was anything but apologetic. She recognized me right away as my sister but that didn’t come as a surprise. I felt like I was at such a disadvantage because she knew who I was while I had absolutely no idea who she was and what her relationship with Anthony was like.

“If she had told me that Anthony is with his wife, then I might not have barged in the way that I did. Then again, he did tell me often enough that you two were only getting married in name only. So, I guess, you shouldn’t mind me,” she said to me before laughing lightly.

Alarm bells rang off inside of my head at every single word of her planned provocation. She ‘might’ not have barged in basically meant that she would have barged in regardless. Since he apparently told her that we would be getting married in name only, then she shouldn’t ‘mind me’.

She’s got a smart mouth and very big boobs...I’ll give her that.

I no longer wanted to hear what Bradon had to say about her after those words came out of her mouth. It felt impossible that Anthony would say something like that about the woman that he loves. On top of that, I found it difficult to believe that he would have a lover like her on the side. My eyes narrowed at her when I made up my mind that it was also impossible that Anthony would let her say something like that in the presence of Diana. Simply because there was no way that Anthony would allow anyone to talk about my sister that way or treat her as such, it wasn’t hard for me to figure out who this woman was really here to see.

So, she knows the truth...

How dare he ask me out for dinner if he was waiting for her?
