Sinner System-Chapter 531: Final Dungeon - Fifth Floor (Part 3)

"O-Oh, yessss...thissss issss ssssso delectable. Human fleshshshsh...it’sssss even better than I imagined," She hissed, before snarling as she shot towards me, "Give me more! I want a bigger bite thissss time!"

"<Withdraw, Apostles of Sloth, Wrath and Greed: Acedia, Ira and Avaritia>!" I exclaimed as I rapidly backed away while firing out a volley of Negative Energy blasts at Medusa.

She weaved across the ground with immense speed and agility, evading my blasts before lunging at me with a menacing hiss and snapping her jaws at me as I simultaneously swung Desecrator up.

She grabbed my forearm with her hand, digging her claws in as she snapped her jaws around my right shoulder, sinking her fangs in.

"Deliciousssss...!" She hissed, starting to tear off a chunk of flesh off my shoulder, right as I slammed my palm against the middle of her torso and unleashed Mana Pulse.

She seized up with a sharp, pained hissed, several spasms erupting across her body, before I slammed my foot against the middle of her torso, her fangs getting wrenched out of my shoulder as she slid back a few meters across the ground.

"Ow. Now, <Emerge, Apostles of Sloth, Wrath and Greed: Acedia, Ira and Avaritia>!" I rapidly chanted as she began to slither towards me again, before coming to an abrupt halt as intense bursts of energy erupted in front of me.

The three summoned Apostles appeared before me as my injury healed up, Medusa narrowing her eyes slightly, her forked tongue flicking out of her mouth as she let out a quiet, low hiss.

Good, it worked.

I was afraid that I might not be able to summon them, glad that fear was unfounded. And with them by my side, I can keep my main power boosts in reserve. Now, then...

"Alright, guys, let’s end this quickly. Don’t give her any breathing room, attack relentlessly. I’ll direct and coordinate you guys with my intent, we’ll overwhelm and kill her before she has a chance to make a move," I remarked, before chanting under my breath, "<Arouse>."

"<Yes, Master>."

"<As you command, Chief>."

"<Yeah...I’m in full support of ending this as quickly as possible, my Lord>."

Ira made the first move, zipping up into the air and forming a massive, swirling sphere of Ether, before hurling it down towards Medusa with a roar of exertion.

She began to slither away, before glancing down in alarm as several blades of grass and vines wrapped around her tail, holding her in place.

She twisted her tail across to break free of the grasp, slithering away as fast as she could as the sphere of Ether closed in on her.

She narrowly evaded the attack, which collided against the ground with immense force and erupted powerfully, chunks of mud flying out upon impact, right as Avaritia raced forward and leapt towards Medusa as she closed in.

Medusa crossed her arms in front of herself as Avaritia swiped her claws at her head, deep gashes appearing across Medusa’s forearms as Avaritia’s claws sliced through her skin.

Medusa let out a sharp hiss, her eyes starting to glow, before she stiffened and lifted her gaze as Acedia swooped down towards her with immense speed.

Avaritia swiftly backed away and unleashed a blazing fireball towards Medusa as Acedia closed in and slashed at the top of her head with his claws.

She quickly ducked down while slithering across to her left, a couple of shallow scratches appearing across the top of her head, Avaritia’s flames grazing her right arm, before she tensed and glanced back in alarm as I slipped behind her and drove my blade towards the middle of her torso.

She twisted her upper body across, my blade piercing through her right side, before she zipped across to her left as I began to drag my blade towards her Core.

As my blade sliced out her right side, blood streaming down her body, she quickly crossed her arms above herself as Ira came swooping down with his fists balled together, Ether intensely swirling around them.

He let out a fierce roar as he swung his fists down, slamming them against her arms with a devastating impact, a sharp crunch ringing out as he broke the bones in her arms upon impact.

He then drew back his fists and unfurled a vicious barrage of powerful, Ether-fuelled strikes against her arms, battering them to a pulp before she suddenly jerked her head forward and chomped down on the right side of his stomach, before snapping her neck across to the left and flinging him away.

"Dissssgussssting, I have never tassssted sssssuch a-...!" She snarled, before she was cut off as a roaring wave of flames slammed onto her from behind, launching her forward.

As she crashed onto the ground and slid forward, she quickly got back up and slithered away as I leapt towards her and slashed at the middle of her torso.

My blade hit the side of her arm as she quickly slithered back, slicing through her right elbow and severing her forearm as she avoided a strike to her Core, blood spraying out and splattering across the ground as she slithered away, her arm rapidly growing back.

Her gaze darted about as her eyes began glowing, before she spun around with immense speed while firing out petrifying beams towards each of it, whipping them all across the space.

I swiftly ducked down to evade, as Avaritia leapt up, the beams grazing Ira’s right foot and Acedia’s tail, the two of them swiftly tearing off the affected areas before the petrification could spread.

Medusa’s spinning slowed down before steadily coming to a halt as her beams petered out, the glow of her eyes fading as she let out a slight, hissing growl.

Yeah, if I was by myself, I’d definitely have had to unleash my full power. But with these three fighting alongside me, I can afford to hold back. Let’s wrap this up...
