Saving The Villainous Monster From The Male Lead-Chapter 125 - 124: An Unwelcomed Guest
The week passed quickly, with a flick of a finger. How strange? Eleanore wanted it to come as quickly as possible and yet when tomorrow it is the wedding of her beloved brother and friend, her heart just couldn’t stop beating.
She was too scared and worried at the same time, the fact that Caelestis nothing as such in the last few days. Even when the Seraphine Story Times had an article days ago, announcing their marriage to the public. There was no news from his side.
He didn’t come to Sinclair mansion or try to talk to any of them and that made Eleanor worried. Worried that he might be planning something huge because he isn’t the type to sit by and do nothing.
The darkness in the sky deepened, as the cold air started to make its way into her room. A few of the torches went off and Eleanore took it as a sign to go to bed.
"I will blow off the others." Marina suggested but Eleanore stopped her.
"You return to your quarters; I will take care of the torches." She says, getting out of her violet couch. "I still have something else to do."
Marina obeys and leaves the room. Once the door shuts off, Eleanore walks to her cabinet and opens the drawer. The red velvet box was still there. Her eyes borrowed when it fell on it. She picked it up and opened it. The earring was beautiful but not her style, it could never be her style.
"What are you planning, Caelestis?" She mutters, shutting it up with a loud thud and setting it aside.
She then pulled out something she might want to give to Stella tomorrow. The chunky golden ring. It had a large ruby in the middle. This ring belongs to her mother and is an heirloom of their family. Only the duchess could wear it and only when she has this can she take over the responsibilities of the duchess.
Although the original Eleanore had forgotten her mother. She had never let go of the ring her mother had given her before she died. It is her keepsake, but it also always reminded her of her mother, thus she hid it in a secret compartment of her cabinet drawer.
It had not been long since Eleanore had received this memory. Perhaps even the original owner of this body wants to finally let go of this ring.
She keeps it safely in its box and places it aside on her side table near the bed. She didn’t want to forget it in the cabinet in tomorrow’s rush.
Eleanore slipped in her bed and was about to pull the blanket to cover herself, when she saw a torch still burning near the balcony.
A sigh left her throat as she got back down, from that extremely high bead and walked to the torch. She blew it off and decided to shut the balcony window doors. Just as the two ends neared each other, a hand hurdle between them.
Their eyes met, it sent chills down Eleanore’s spine. The familiar scarlet eyes made her want to close the door immediately, but he was too strong for her. Another hand caught the edge of the other door and pushed it open.
Eleanore was pushed behind by that sudden force and invasion of probably her greeted enemy. His eyes were filled with madness, his pupils blank and his expression still. He was angry, very angry. Eleanore could sense it.
The danger approaching her was high and she could think about nothing more than running away from there quickly. She swirled around ready to shoot a loud scream to wake up the sleeping mansion but she couldn’t.
His huge palm, regressively shut her up as it tightly pressed it against her mouth and pushed her back, until his arm could catch her.
Eleanore fell on his chest, his arm around her waist. She panicked and decided to use the tools provided by the system, but before she could. His cold skin brushed down her chin and he whispered.
"Don’t even think about doing anything foolish." He warns.
Eleanore freezes and moments later he lets her go. Yet she doesn’t move, too scared to even look at him.
"I heard Hael and Stella are getting married?" He looms over her, and she could feel the chills plaguing over her back.
"Yes." She answers hesitantly.
"Then shouldn’t we get married too?" He suggests, a devious smile erupts on his face.
It was then that Eleanore finally understood why Caelestis was faking his love for her. This is his way of taking revenge from Hael, her and Stella. He is to have her marry him, so that Hael would regret his decision to go against him and fall for Stella.

Eleanore sees the notification and decides to ignore it and try to run away from this. She tries to sprint out of her room. If she tells her brother, he might be able to stop this madness. Stopping Caelestis might cost the cold war that Eleanore was avoiding for so long.
But if need be that would also be okay, until there is no full out war between the two pillars of the kingdom. There is no danger.
Moreover, Eleanore refused to sacrifice herself for this. Never! she will never choose to marry this man. But her choice didn’t matter. Her desires didn’t matter.
Because the one standing in front of her was her own system, that has been supporting her for so long and the one trying to marry her is the villain of this sick novel.
Caelestis was quick to take action. He caught her wrist and shoved her into her bed. Eleanore’s body crashed to the soft mattress of her bed, stunned and shocked by that sudden action.
The danger was near, she knew. Thus, she tried to get out of her bed and continue her struggle to run away. However, just then Caelestis stomped his feet beside her, on the bed. His right hand blocked her escape from anywhere.
