Chapter 460: "Do it! "

Qie Xieling entered the bedroom that had somehow magically been cleaned spotless. He sat on the bed while rubbing his forehead. He was so upset especially when Luo Muchen was about to call him a prostitute. He felt so annoyed that he wanted to punch something.

He laid his hands behind his back and pressed his palms on the bed before leaning back. Just when he exhaled a deep breath the door was pushed open and Luo Muchen walked in his demeanour terrifying like he was here to beat someone.

Qie Xieling’s lips curled before he opened his eyes slightly and glanced at him. Luo Muchen’s steps paused his heart beating in his ears when he met those alluring eyes. For a split second his breath was caught in his chest and he didn’t know what to do with himself.

Qie Xieling closed his eyes and asked, "What have you decided?"

Luo Muchen was a little surprised. He didn’t think he would ask him this question directly. He couldn’t fathom why Qie Xieling wasn’t cowering. With the kind of reputation he had it didn’t make sense that a person who had clearly deceived him would appear so calm. What was this ger banking on for backup?

"You think your master will save you from your fate?" he asked as he walked towards him with slow steps.

Qie Xieling snorted coldly before saying, "He doesn’t give a fuck about me... To him, I am just a means to an end. When I am useless to him he will discard me with no care."

Luo Muchen towered above him and asked, "Did he send you hear to kill me?"

Qie Xieling sat up straight his head coming closer to Luo Muchen’s crotch. He raised his head to meet Luo Muchen’s gaze and whispered, "Maybe... that is if I can overpower you. When he sent me here he knew there was a higher chance that you would kill me but... if I live I would get vital information to drag down the Lee clan and stop your expansion."

"Why tell me all this?" asked Luo Muchen and Qie Xieling smiled slightly before saying, "Because you are my man."

Luo Muchen couldn’t believe that for a second. He genuinely believed that this person was cunning and sly like a fox. He couldn’t have him close to him without knowing his ability.

He walked towards the drawer at the corner of the room and pulled it open before taking out a long wooden case with his grandfather’s family name engraved on the cover.

He opened it and pulled out a sword similar to his but it was white as frost with a blue and white hilt.

"Here," he said and Qie Xieling caught it a little confused. Luo Muchen turned to walk out of the bedroom and said, "Follow me."

Qie Xieling didn’t understand what was going on but he still followed him out of the room. Luo Muchen led him to the front of the courtyard where he always practised his swordsmanship and before Qie Xieling could ask what they were doing there, he lunged forward with a fierce expression.

Qie Xieling didn’t even have time to say anything before he was attacked. The air crackled with tension, and their swords gleamed under the sun’s rays. Luo Muchen’s sudden attack caught Qie Xieling off guard, but he swiftly raised his sword, desperately blocking the strike. Their eyes locked in a fierce gaze, determination etched on their faces.

Qie Xieling knew he was physically weaker than Luo Muchen because he was a ger but Master Bi had made sure to train him in such a way that he could make up for it.

This character after being tortured had honed his skills to compensate for his disadvantages. He relied on his speed and agility to outmanoeuvre his opponent. With each clash of their blades, Qie Xieling found himself mostly on the defensive, parrying Luo Muchen’s relentless strikes with grit and precision.

Luo Muchen’s strength was overwhelming, and his attacks came with lightning speed. Qie Xieling’s muscles strained as he defended himself, his body moving with a graceful fluidity born from years of training. Despite his defensive stance, he refused to yield. He wanted to vent out all the pent-up anger that he had been holding back.

To Luo Muchen’s surprise, Qie Xieling managed to free himself from his grasp not once, but twice.

With a burst of energy, he evaded Luo Muchen’s grip, narrowly escaping his clutches. Bo Ailun watched in awe as Qie Xieling’s determination shone through his every move, refusing to succumb to Luo Muchen’s dominance. If it was any of them they would have yielded a long time ago and from the looks of it, Luo Muchen wasn’t holding back. In fact, he was even more harsh with Qie Xieling than the rest of them when training.

As the intense battle raged on, Qie Xieling’s exhaustion began to take its toll. Beads of sweat dripped down his forehead, and his muscles screamed in protest. Each breath felt like fire in his lungs, yet he refused to give in. He pushed himself to his limits, his mind focused on one thing: winning.

Unfortunately for him, his strength finally faltered. With a swift manoeuvre, Luo Muchen managed to subdue him, pinning him to the ground. Qie Xieling’s back pressed against the ground as Luo Muchen loomed over him, his blade menacingly hovering at his neck.

His body trembled under the weight of defeat, but his spirit remained unbroken. He met Luo Muchen’s gaze once more, defiance flashing in his eyes. Though defeated he refused to surrender, his indomitable will shining through.

As Luo Muchen’s blade pressed closer, Qie Xieling held his breath. He swallowed his saliva his Adam’s apple bobbing and grazing the blade at his throat.

"Do it!" he suddenly growled in anger unable to contain his emotions anymore. He averted his gaze his eyes moist with tears. He was so emotional for some reason and when he saw Luo Muchen staring at him with hate-filled eyes he couldn’t take it anymore. He broke down in tears.
