Chapter 404: Kidnapping

"So how was it? Who fucked who, huh?" she said with no shame. Qie Xieling normally would shy away from this type of conversation but damn, he couldn’t wait to dish it out.

"Is that any of your business who fucked who? Shouldn’t you be looking for someone to clean your pipes because it shows that it’s been a while... How long has it been? A year or maybe two?"

Valria angrily swept everything off the table. She was hoping it wasn’t true but she already knew the moment they shared a hotel room that they were sleeping together. Luo Muchen was the type that would kill anyone who encroached in his space yet here he was sharing a room with Qie Xieling. He even took him to the romantic spot she suggested to him to go with her but he declined saying he didn’t date people like her.

What did he mean by people like her? He meant criminals yet he was sleeping with the most wanted man in the entire Coalition. Saying she was angry was an understatement. She was raging like a bull seeing red.

Out of anger, she informed Capital Star that the prince was here selling him off for Rion’s sovereignty from Zeden Coalition. But when she heard that the general failed and that the Blood Hound warship was pointing its cannon blasters at Rion she knew she was in trouble.

She had to get some form of leverage. The dwarf from Svartalfheim had disappeared for some reason thus Qie Xieling was the next best thing. She was well aware of his reputation but she was willing to risk it thus she came to abduct him.

The clatter of dishes ensued and Qie Xieling clenched his fist in anger. He couldn’t kill Bi Yu or Lee Ya but everyone else was open season.

He grabbed the plasma gun from his holster. The air crackled with anticipation as Qie Xieling’s finger tightened around the trigger of his plasma gun. With a surge of energy, he unleashed a searing bolt of plasma towards Valria. But to his surprise, she swiftly activated her shield, a shimmering barrier of energy that materialised before her.

The plasma bullet struck the shield with a deafening explosion, only to be deflected harmlessly away. Valria’s eyes narrowed, a mix of determination and fury, as her goons lunged towards him. They were determined to capture him, but Qie Xieling was not one to go down without a fight.

Valria stood up and walked toward the door. Her steps paused and she said, "Make sure you rough him up but don’t kill him. I still need him for later," with a sneer. The clanking of her heels faded away as she left the dessert shop.

With a swift motion, Qie Xieling seized a nearby table and hurled it at the approaching goons. The table crashed against their bodies, momentarily stunning them. Seizing the opportunity, he sprang into action, his movements fluid and calculated.

He ducked and weaved, evading their grasping hands and retaliating with ruthless precision. Each blow he landed was like a thunderclap, sending his opponents sprawling to the ground. He fought like a man possessed, fueled by a primal rage that seemed to consume him.

The goons, now disoriented and dazed struggled to regain control of the situation. But Qie Xieling’s relentless assault proved too much for them. His fists and feet were a blur of motion, striking with inhuman speed and force. Bones cracked, grunts of pain filled the air, and his adversaries were left battered and bruised.

However, just as victory seemed within reach, a gunshot rang out, and Qie Xieling’s plasma gun was knocked from his hand by a well-aimed projectile. He glanced towards the source of the shot, his eyes flaring with a mix of anger and frustration. 𝕗𝚛𝚎𝚎𝐰𝗲𝗯𝗻𝚘𝚟𝚎𝗹.𝕔𝐨𝕞

With his weapon gone, he faced the remaining goons with only his bare hands. Undeterred, he fought on, utilizing every ounce of his formidable strength and agility. He unleashed a whirlwind of devastating blows, sending his opponents reeling back, but they were relentless in their pursuit.

As the fight raged on, Qie Xieling’s movements became increasingly wild and erratic. His attacks were fueled by a dark energy, a maddening frenzy that could only belong to this character. The goons struggled to keep up, their confidence wavering with each passing moment. They knew what he was like. He couldn’t top the Zeden Coalition’s most wanted list without some crazy in him but no amount of research could prepare them for this.

Just as Qie Xieling seemed unstoppable, a tranquiliser dart pierced through the chaos, finding its mark. The potent sedative coursed through his veins, sapping his strength and bringing him crashing to the ground. The fight was over.

Silence descended upon the dessert shop, broken only by the heavy breathing of the defeated combatants. The once orderly establishment now lay in disarray, its tables overturned, and debris scattered across the floor. One of Valria’s goons who had been hit in the balls angrily raised his leg to stomp on Qie Xieling’s head but the woman who had shot Qie Xieling with a tranquillizer said, "Uh Uh, she said fuck him up not kill him."

The man’s lips twitched as he lowered his body and slapped Qie Xieling’s face. Qie Xieling who could no longer feel anything chuckled softly his eyes unfocused. His breathing slowed as he touched his cheek.

The man was infuriated further but he couldn’t touch him again at least not when the others were looking. He grabbed the communicator on Qie Xieling’s wrist and pulled it off before he stomped on it till it broke. Qie Xieling seeming distraught reached for his communicator but his hand was mercilessly pushed away.

When they dragged his motionless body out of the dessert shop they weren’t careful at all. They not only bumped his head on the door frame but also a lamp post outside in the street. They surely left a couple of bruises that weren’t from the fight.

AN: Wait until Luo Muchen finds out what they did to his precious sweetheart.
