After he finished, his lips quivered.

For more than fifteen seconds, there was silence.

In all that time, Neil either lowered his head, covering his face with his palm, or he pinched the bridge of his nose, trying to stop the tears.

After the seconds passed in silence, he took in a loud, sharp breath and then slowly raised his head.

"You all want to know the truth, right?" he looked at the camera and asked accusingly.

"Then let me tell you."

He formed a mocking smile: "You’ve all been fooled!"

He giggled sardonically.

His eyes narrowed.

"You thought I was the one supporting Lucian?"

He scoffed, glancing aside as if the very idea disgusted him.
