While Penelope Askary started her fight with Gabriel Brown, a different situation occurred in the prison of the De Louis imperial palace.
Sebastian De Louis shouted angrily and kicked the metal bars in front of him repeatedly. His chest rumbled and felt very hot. The man growled and cursed many times. He had given orders to the guards around the prison to free him but they just kept silent. No matter how loud he shouted, they paid him no mind at all.
"Dammit!" shouted Sebastian again for the umpteenth time. He decided to sit down and close his eyes. There was no point in him continuing to waste his energy screaming and getting angry. "It’s all because of Edmund Gerwyn and Penelope Askary! To hell with my obsession to take Penelope away from Edmund. I have to pay back for everything that damn woman did! I must make her suffer, bend her knees beneath my feet, and make her mine after that."

The question made Sebastian flinch and immediately stand up. He froze when he saw a black magic circle appear in front of him. The wind blew hard, making Sebastian take a step back. Especially when the black light appeared above the magic circle.

The woman in black snorted and snapped her fingers. Immediately, the two guards widened their eyes and screamed. Then, their bodies just melted after bleeding profusely from their eyes, nose, and mouth.
"You..." Sebastian De Louis swallowed hard. "Who are you? What do you want from me?"
"Defeating the same enemy. That’s my purpose in meeting you," said the woman in a cold tone. "Didn’t you want to bring down Edmund Gerwyn and Penelope Askary?"
"And you... can help me... with that?" Sebastian asked doubtfully. "You, who is just a woman? Can you help me defeat a talented and extraordinary swordmaster who also has a wife with divine powers equivalent to a Saintess?"
"Penelope Askary is indeed a Saintess. She has awakened as a Saintess because I killed Goddess Elleia." The woman in the black dress laughed with satisfaction. "Sebastian De Louis, Crown Prince of the De Louis empire, I am Goddess Oizys. I am the Goddess of darkness. "Edmund Gerwyn," Sebastian muttered with a grin. "I can taste his blood now."

"Duke, calm down," Ethan said in a firm tone. He was just as panicked and afraid as Edmund but Ethan tried not to lose control of himself. "Oh? I’m happy because my position was finally replaced by another man," chuckled Philleo. He shrugged his shoulders when Edmund and Ethan gave him murderous looks. "That’s true, isn’t it? Compared to a man whose hobby is sacrificing humans and using them as guinea pigs, I might just be an innocent boy. Rather than that, I understand why all the wizards and Claude couldn’t track Penelope. The woman must have activated magic that prevented people from knowing her whereabouts. Some kind of hiding magic or something like that."
"Like you did when you kidnapped her back then?" Ethan asked to confirm.
Philleo nodded.
"But, we were able to track you back then!"
"Edmund Gerwyn, your wife’s current power is the divine power of the Goddess. She was a Saintess now, no longer an ordinary woman. Just like the color of his attire.
