"Why is Aunt Camilla pushing the blame on me? Although you married my father, you have no right to discipline or beat me at will," she said straight-faced. "Anyway, I wasn’t the one who defiled your daughter. Shouldn’t you be going after Young Master Gu instead of me?"

Camilla didn’t expect that Adrienne would be able to stop her. The young woman before her was shorter than her, but Adrienne’s strength was astonishing.
