Chapter 169: Chapter 169: Tang Jun Is Arrested!

𝐹𝑙𝑎𝑠ℎ𝑏𝑎𝑐𝑘 𝐸𝑛𝑑𝑠!

After Shi Liran finished explaining to Tang Mo, he was stunned, and confused.

He would never have expected that he was not Tang Jun’s real son.

He suddenly chuckled, but his chuckle scared Shi Liran.

"Mo, are you okay?" She asked with a concerned look. The story would have been stimulating for him.

She did not know how he was going to react. When Tang Jun told her about his ’achievement,’ she was shocked, and she had no idea how she was to react.

When he handed her little Tang Mo who was still crying, her heart melted, but she felt pity for the kid who had just lost his parents and sister in the hands of his uncle.

"He killed my parents, he killed them, he murdered them brutally, he did not even spare my sister, he deserves to pay for his crimes," Tang Mo balled his hands into fists as he forced his tears back. He would rather not cry, he was going to feel weak if he did so.

Shi Liran had a worried look on her face as she watched him try to suppress his feelings. She did not want him to do that, it was best for him to cry it out.

"Mo, cry it out, if you want to cry, then cry, there is no use trying to prove you are strong, I am the only one here, I am still your mother, and I won’t laugh at you when you cry," Shi Liran consoled him.

Tang Mo looked at the older woman who had taken care of him as her child, and he had no idea when tears slipped out of his eyes.

He recalled his childhood. Shi Liran had been the only one who took care of him well. He and Tang Jun never had that father’s and son’s bond when he was still a kid.

Tang Jun would always tell him that he wanted him to grow independent. He believed him, but now that he thought of it, Tang Jun was not his father, so it was understandable that he did not have any feelings for him.

"I have always thought he was my father, but it all turns out to be a lie, little wonder why he was detached from me when I was still a kid, I thought he cared about him,

And believed him when he said he wanted me to be independent, how stupid of me?" Tang Mo chuckled with a despondent smile on his face.

Shi Liran nervously stared at him. His words hurt her, but it was the truth. She did not know how she wanted to console him.

For Tang Mo, the past two weeks were the darkest days of his life. He thought he had seen it all, but he never expected that he would find out about the huge news.

He covered his forehead while sniffling. Shi Liran let him be. It was better for him to cry it out.

After fifteen minutes, Tang Mo was done with his tears. His eyes were red, and his countenance was deadly.

Shi Liran had to admit, he looked quite deadly. But she knew he was not going to hurt her.

"Tang Mo, you are the sole heir to Tang’s properties, you have to avenge your family’s deaths, this is not about Tang Jun being a rapist anymore, but this concerns you," Shi Liran said to him.

She wanted him to know what to do.

"I know Mom, I know what to do, this time around, Tang Jun would not escape unscathed, but what about Tang Jingsheng, are you not worried about me sending him to jail?" Tang Mo asked, as he scrutinized her expression.

He wanted to see if she would have any expression of unwillingness. He still considered her to be his mother. She trained and loved him even when she was aware that he was not her son, he would forever be grateful to her.

"I don’t consider Tang Jingsheng to be my son, since the day he disobeyed my orders by listening to his father, he lost all rights to be called my son, I will support you in any actions you want to take," Shi Liran clenched her fists with a determined look.

"Are you sure about that? You might not see him again," Tang Mo was worried that she was bottling her feelings deep within her.

"Yes I am sure, at least, I still have you as my son," she smiled at him to which he returned with a smile of his.

"What about Tang Mei? You did not talk about her actions in the past month," Tang Mo decided to talk about a different issue.

Shi Liran had a disgusted look on her face. She did not want to think about the foolish actions of her husband’s mistake.

"Her actions prove that she is not my daughter, I am not concerned about her, she is Tang Jun’s headache to worry about," Shi Liran replied with her nose scrunched up in disgust.

Tang Mo chuckled. After all, Tang Mei was the daughter of her husband’s second wife, who had passed away.

"Mom, it is getting late, I should send you back home," Tang Mo looked out through the window, and frowned.

"Don’t worry, I came with a car," Shi Liran rejected his offer.

"It seems it is going to rain soon," he commented seeing the dark clouds.

"At least, let me drop you off, I will be at peace only when I see you walk into the mansion, and don’t worry about your car, I will have someone send it tomorrow," Tang Mo could not shake off the bad feeling his was getting.

Shi Liran looked at her son who was hell-bent on sending her home, she could only sigh, and agree. This was to put him at rest.

"Fine, I agree, let’s go, shall we?" Shi Liran asked, and they both exited the restaurant.

Meanwhile, at the station, Tang Jun had a black face as he was ushered into the cell. He had just been arrested. Tang Mo was going against him.

"You all will pay when I get out of this cell," he screamed at the officers who did not bother to pay attention to him.

"Have the capability to leave before you threaten us," one of the offices replied to him with a sarcastic tone.
