Raising A Few Wives in a Beast Apocalypse-Chapter 512: World’s strongest?

After bickering with Muku for a while Raya left...

The days after that went by slowly as Muku and the girls focused on reaching the peak of Pseudo-R7.

Raya was so bored that she went out with the embryo's residence on hunts as they guard.

Of course, she wouldn't get involved until they were about to die. She quite enjoyed seeing them struggle, much like a human watching ants fight.

Normally it wouldn't be worth noting, but when you're bored? It was great!

Of course, it got old quickly. So she turned to surfing the internet. Unfortunately for her, her phone was child-protected so she couldn't do anything over the top and spicy with it.

She also went out looking for R6s to fight in the ocean.

With her current strength, she was confident in facing anything on the planet. So she didn't need to be cautious. 𝙛𝒓𝓮𝒆𝔀𝒆𝙗𝓷𝒐𝙫𝒆𝙡.𝒄𝓸𝓶

She encountered a few and successfully took them out. But she felt like something was watching her.

She couldn't sense its location, just got a vague feeling.

After that, she decided to give up on going out alone.

Then she went to bug Tracy. Or at least she tried, but Tracy was in a dormant state after consuming a few R5 cores a while back.

She didn't kill, but that didn't mean she didn't accept cores from other people's kills. She also wanted to get strong after all.

Anyway, maybe because she had taken too much at once, it was taking her ages to break through.

The others went from LR5 to beyond PR6 while she was still dormant.

She will definitely have the shock of her life when she wakes up.

Anyway, seeing that Tracy was still out of action, Raya went back to her phone.

She was the only member of the group active at the time. Which sucked a lot. She not only had to deal with her boredom, but she also had to take care of the matters the residents of the embryo had.

Most of the stuff she left to Sarah, but she needed to appear from time to make sure that the belief energy the others got didn't decrease.

After all, at that point, they were saviors and celebrities, they needed to be seen somewhat regularly to keep the emotions strong as humans are quite fickle.

Even one member was enough. And Raya being the rumored strongest, was perfect for the job.

Of course, she would go complain to Muku from time to time to decompress.

Muku unwillingly took it since she was doing a lot for them....

Around two months later...

Muku and the girls had all reached the peak of Pseudo-R7. They only needed to give the mental command and the breakthrough process would start.

Like Raya, they chose to wait for Mrs C. She said she would appear soon enough and they were in no rush.

The current world also seemed unable to take the breakthrough. It was still capped at R6 after all.

Even outer space seemed to follow the same principle.

Anyway, they all went out together once and completely cleared out the planet of all R6s they came across. Which weren't many.

At that point, they could probably wipe all the beasts out.

But they chose not to for the sake of the other people on the planet seeking power.

As for those who didn't want power, they were taken into the embryo which had now grown to the size of the old planet.

And most people were long dead, so it was more than enough space. Hell, it was enough even if all lived.

Anyway, at some point they realised that if they wanted to, they could achieve Klaus's dream and rule the world.

However, they decided not to. They didn't even tell him through phone that they could do such a thing at that point. It was better for his confidence.

Besides, they avoided a few places in their clearing mission.

One was the Tactoa Headquarters. That was for obvious reasons. Despite having gained so much strength, they dared not find trouble with that one until they were Monarch level at least.

For now, they will only react when attacked at most. It was the wiser choice since they didn't know what the Monarch could do when pushed.

Then there was the area Ares frequented. As for how they knew that, it was all thanks to past experiences and Jade who could track Ares now.

If they wanted to, they could definitely take out his current avatar completely.

However, that would likely lead to reckless actions from him. He might even send down an R7 and destroy the world or something.

So yeah, that hot potato had to be avoided. However, they did mess up whatever plans he had by killing off all his minions that had his aura.

Which were unsurprisingly, scummy humans.

Interestingly enough Ares knew it was them even though he had no proof.

That was likely because of their heavy enmity. Whether or not it was them it didn't matter. To Ares, it was always them.

Anyway, on top of those two places, there were a few more they avoided. A thick forest they could literally not access despite their strength, a desert oasis that couldn't be reached, and a deep pit at the centre of the ocean that gave off a sinister aura.

So there were five "Don'ts" they had decided on. Other than that, they could walk sideways everywhere else.

On a happier note, Tracy finally woke up. And she had advanced to R5. She now had a human form almost as good as Raya's. The only problem was the two beast horns sticking out of her head.

Interestingly enough, she chose a "Milf" form, cough, a mature lady's form. Then again, she was a mature beast, unlike Raya so the form made sense.

However, as expected, she was shocked by their strength. So she immediately took a batch of R6 cores which were many due to the Red Planet event, and went back into retreat.

This time she didn't expect to catch up after coming out. She just wanted to keep the gap as close as possible as a less talented being.

While she had a mystical power, it didn't give her unreasonable talent like everyone else in the group.

Honestly, if it had, she would have long reached R9 or something.

Anyway, soon after that she left, Mrs C appeared.

Well, a portal opened up in the embryo and that was enough.

They all happily went over. They were tired of waiting. If the portal hadn't appeared, they might have gone to explore space instead.

There was no way only two planets were affected by the apocalypse right? Well, maybe that was the case, but they'd rather find out on their own.

Anyway, on the other side of the portal, they appeared in a familiar room. The same room where they reunited the last time Muku was still in the beast world.

"Hello everyone! Welcome to my humble abode!" Mrs C spoke happily while walking towards them and giving them all hugs.

After that, they went to sit down at the dining table where food was already prepared.

Muku practically ran there. His mom's food always tasted great... even though it seemed to pop out of nowhere instead of being cooked...

After the meal, they all sat with satisfied looks on their faces. It had been the best meal they had had.

"I'm not going to ask about how the food was because you obviously enjoyed it. Instead, I will I'd like to congratulate you all on reaching your current strength. And you don't know how lucky you are that you didn't break through on your planet..." Mrs C said.

"What do you mean?" Muku asked, sensing a heavy bomb about to be dropped.

"Oh, it's nothing much. Just that the moment the first R7 appears on that planet is the moment the real war begins" Mrs C spoke casually.

"I guess you need more details. Well, you're strong enough anyway. So let me tell you. In the last great war between the two worlds. It ended in a stalemate but with conditions. Most of those don't matter at this point. What matters is that the moment an R7 appears, the world will instantly evolve to be able to accommodate beings up to R9... Beings that can destroy stars many times bigger than the planet with such ease it's not different from breathing. So basically, whoever reaches R7 won't even be at the peak of power for a second as old monsters will start to awaken while the real experts from the beast world will also appear and they won't be limited by a portal's short usage period like before... Was that smear enough?" Mrs C explained as nonchalantly as before.

Completely ignoring how the more she spoke, the paler the expressions of everyone got.

They all screamed in their heads. What the heck did she mean the real war would finally begin?

And as R7s they would be weak? How was that fair?

"Hehe. Don't look like that. It's only a what-if at this point. I mean, you didn't do it after all" Mrs C consoled with obvious amusement in her voice and words.

"Do you have a solution?" Muku got straight to the point.

"What do you think? I'm your mother, how can I not have a plan to help my son and his wives survive this?" Mrs C replied with a little smirk on her face.

Muku and the girls sensed bad intentions but there was nothing they could do. They needed her help more than anything else at the moment.

And so, they waited to hear what she wanted to say...
