QT: Against My Will-Chapter 647 - 13.12 - Reporting For Duty - Pawprints Of Passion
Perched on a thick branch high in a tree, Bing Shi watched as a group of fierce looking beastmen approached her.
Ferals were known for only obeying the laws of nature. They had no qualms about kidnapping females from beastmen villages, and even went as far as to kill their mates to take them.
It stemmed from their cold blood heritage that made them less civilized and more aggressive. Snakes, scorpions, spiders or crocodiles, these were the kind of ferals that had been attacking the sheep village.
And then there were the abandoned males, normal beastmen whose spousal imprint was forcefully broken. Having nothing to lose, their morals were on par with the ferals.
The diverse group of five saluted her, "Reporting for duty, Ma’am."
Bing Shi looked them over. Juliet at the front with a red scorpion tail, Liam with a snake tongue, Alain with bear ears, Douglas with crocodile eyes. Henry had no animal traits beside the hawk feather earring dangling off his right ear.
"Very well," she nodded, pleased with the result. They had learned the basic language and customs, and were ready to go, "Don’t be afraid to hurt Paxter. It will make him even more determined to get a third stripe. The same goes for Moyu."
"Yes, Ma’am."
"Dismissed." Bing Shi waved them off, and everyone except Henry scattered like the wind, disappearing into the forest.
Their mission was simple, really:
1. Obtain more stripes and get stronger.
2. Kidnap Meiyiang, and trigger Moyu (the last unmated male lead) into saving her like in the world story.
3. Pretend to fall for the female lead’s charms, and slowly change for the better with her help. Make her fail, make her succeed, and put her through hardships to make her stronger and braver.
3. Make the female lead the most loved and respected female in the world, and make sure everyone knows how great she is. Don’t allow Hikari (the other transmigrator) to steal her spotlight.
Bing Shi dangled her legs from the tree branch, waiting for the last two members of her team to appear: Laura and Aria were almost pure blooded betas, which made the air less lethal for them, allowing them to show up in their original forms.
They both possessed a muscular build, which would make them stand out from the average females. They went on a special diet when they learned of their new mission, which paid off well.
Gender didn’t really matter in the ABO world, Henry, who was also a beta, wouldn’t have minded taking in a harem of males, but he would rather not, if possible. Being a soldier all his life, he was more interested in battling these beastmen than mating them.
Laura and Aria had a similar experience, being a part of the military forces. The last thing they wanted was to be treated like helpless omegas.
Laura didn’t do romance, but she did do lust. Breaking these already pitiful beastmen’s hearts would make a dent in her conscience, and that was the only thing holding her back from enjoying her time in this world to its full potential.
"They are so handsome though ..." Laura sighed, her eyes glued to Henry’s new vessel while licking her lips.
"Right?" Aria exclaimed, her eyes fixed on Henry as well. "They would make great house husbands while we are working, just think about it. We can have them cook, clean, and take care of our siblings, all while looking so sexy and yummy."
Bing Shi couldn’t help but snicker at Aria’s words, "There’s one beastman that needs a bit of taming. His name is Tyrion. If you win his heart, I might let you take him home with you."
Aria cringed, crossing her hands in an X gesture, "He is worse than a possessive alpha on a rut, hard pass. He is the definition of a crazy ex-boyfriend who would kidnap you, and cut your feet off so you couldn’t leave him ever again."
"Yikes!" Laura hugged her friend as they both shivered at the thought. Aria had killed a man like that in the past, and was not ready to face another one. For sure.
"That’s why you are here though," Bing Shi said, as they hugged each other in fear of the worst, "He needs more crazy in his life."
Their mission was to mirror Aria’s ex, act like Tyrion was their destined soul mate and push his limits to see how far he could be pushed. His thick skull needed to experience his own medicine to understand how it felt to be in the other’s shoes.
Henry shifted into a large hawk, and Bing Shi jumped onto his back together with Laura and Aria, who were still holding onto each other. Tyrion must have pissed off their Lady a lot for her to go through such trouble, and for that, he would suffer their "love".
The girls snickered in excitement, making the Tyrion back in the village shudder, ’Is it getting colder or is it just me?’

The village chief almost collapsed when Bingship brought two new females to the village. Their unique beauty and manners had everyone tongue-tied, and the males were eager to impress them, working twice as hard as usual. They had a new goal in life, to be strong enough and brave enough to win their hearts.
The village chief suddenly shuddered at the sight of Bingship’s smile, "W-why don’t you take over my role as the village chief? I will gladly step down for you. You are our savior and deserve to be in charge."
Bing Shi sent Laura and Aria to settle down with Tyrion, and then turned to the village chief, "If I wanted to, I would’ve already. Go and make some useful connections with the other Kings on behalf of our village."
As the main distributors of grain, it was about time the sheep village became a force to be reckoned within the Beast City. The more backing the female lead had, the better and easier it would be to reach the top.
The village chief hesitated, but Bingship’s expression left no room for negotiation, "I’ll try my best..."
"Take him with you," she pointed at Henry, "He will judge your performance and report to me."
Not to protect but to judge?! The chief dropped a few tears, feeling like he was a lamb being sent to slaughter. There were too many expectations on his weak back, he only wanted a peaceful life without any troubles, why was it so difficult?
"I’ll wage war with the Beast City if you don’t do your best," she continued, and the chief jumped, nodding his head frantically, "Trying is not enough."
"Of course, of course," he said, wiping the cold sweat off his face and approached the hawk beastman that had been circling above their village like a vulture.
Bing Shi grinned as she checked another task off her list, and then walked off to spend some quality time with her family.

Inside the hut, Ru Quan was helping Dai An with moving around in a natural and not stiff way, and she was trying her best to follow his example.
Stinky Bun was helping Ziek and Xuan Mu with their new craft project, handing them tools and materials. They were making a new set of wooden furniture for their hut.
"Welcome, Mommy," Stinky Bun said as Bing Shi walked in, and the rest stopped what they were doing and greeted her.
"Hey there," Bing Shi said, "Could you tell Mommy why are all Daddies so grumpy?"
"Mommy, mommy." Stinky Bun had no idea, shrugging his little shoulders as if he wasn’t the main reason behind it. He was not used to having so many Daddies present and began to demand they all play together with him.
Xuan Mu picked at the little boy’s ear and Stinky Bun scrunched up his face, "Don’t you think it’s time for you to go to sleep? It’s Mommy’s turn to get spoiled now. Look how hard she worked for us."
"..." Bing Shi quickly acted the part, slumping onto Ziek’s lap with a sigh of exhaustion, "Mommy needs a good shoulder and arm massage," she said, "And a few cuddles."
"Mommy, mommy," Stinky Bun got cuddles. He escaped Daddy’s hand and climbed onto her legs, snuggling up to her, and burying his head in her chest.
Bing Shi chuckled and hugged the little boy close to her, "Kuro is also tired from working the whole day. Could you help Mommy with washing and putting Kuro to sleep?"
"Okay," Stinky Bun agreed, and she let him go, watching as he picked up Kuro from the ground and waddled off into another room.
"How does he always listen to you?" Ziek whispered, moving Bing Shi to the side, preventing Xuan Mu from snatching her away from him. The moment their son disappeared from their sight, he quickly stood up and threw his wife over his shoulder, "Let’s flee while we still have the chance."
"Hmm?" Bing Shi raised her head. Ru Quan also lifted Dai An, following after them. Xuan Mu threw the hammer to the floor, and followed, as if saying, ’That’s it, I’m done, let’s go.’
The group bursted out of the hut, startling the whole village as they ran past. Their speed was no joke, and when Tyrion noticed them, he tried to shrug off the two females who had latched onto him. They were stronger than he thought, and refused to let him go, dragging him to their new hut, and demanding his attention.
