Most were vegetarian dishes; the only meat being fish, but they varied it with braised fish, steamed fish, and sweet and sour fish, among others.

Camila Ruiz was ravenous, and she didn't care what she was eating right now. Besides, she wasn't picky; as long as it was edible, she accepted it.

Very quickly, she was full and satisfied.

The strength lost from her earlier fright was restored now that she was full.

Looking up, she suddenly noticed Jimmy hadn't eaten, only watched her with a faint smile as she ate.

"Camila, your mom's efforts seem wasted. Seeing how you ate just now, though not ugly, was definitely not ladylike." Jimmy handed her a packet of napkins, still teasing.

"Jimmy, would you die if you don't call me Camila?" Camila Ruiz couldn't help but retort.

Jimmy laughed, "If I don't call you that, you'd forget about me. So, I have to keep calling you that."

Camila Ruiz rolled her eyes.

After the meal, it was already nine in the evening.

Jimmy said Oscar Evans had already gone to buy living supplies for her, and when he returned, it would be late and deep into the night. Flying to Syrena to inform her family she was safe required waiting until tomorrow.
