Hao Ren sat with Jana and Zhao Kang, while Ye Peng and his disciples have rushed out of the camp to handle the demon parties, the rest were still present. Jana replied, "To be able to conquer a city, you need to achieve the realm of a Heavenly Commander. This realm lays above the Heavenly General. Only when you have achieved that realm can you challenge the existing Commander of the city."

Hao Ren nodded and asked, "Only by winning this match will I gain control over the city, right?"

Jana nodded and said, "If you manage to win within a minute of the battle, you will get a rare artifact, the city token, this would allow you to either set up your separate city or form a domain inside the existing city."

Hao Ren shook his head and said, "Separate city is better, now tell me, what do I need in order to reach the Heavenly Commander Level?"

Jana sighed and replied, "You will need to fight for a few decades and kill at least hundred Demon Kings, I have killed thousand Demon generals, and managed to accumulate the resources worth Hundred thousand merit points. I exchanged these points to get a realm crystal, that helped me comprehend the principals of the path and engrave them on the true essence crystals. It was the quickest way, but to avoid being dragged into the shitty power dynamic battles, I stayed low key."

Hao Ren said, "So I need to earn Hundred Thousand Merit Points and get myself the resources from the so called Merit List?"

Jana nodded and said, "Although it sounds easy but it is not, because one Demon General is worth hundred points. There are not many demon generals, and until you kill one of them, their would not be another Demon General."

Hao Ren thought for a bit and asked, "How is the speed of their reproduction?"

Jana replied, "They are quick, but if you kill the root and all, it would slow down tremendously."

Hao Ren nodded as he leaned back and raised his head to look at the sky, as he said, "I think we can come up with a solution for this."

The people were looking at him when Ye Si hummed and said, "Controlled attacks, assassinations of the demon generals and then letting the rest go so that they could have a new demon general."

Hao Ren nodded and said, "Exactly my thought, but precision hunting would be difficult. They are stronger so, how about this, we promote our realms, target and farm the demon soldiers, leave the demon generals half inch from death, I am sure that they will come back for revenge and then it would be our time to act and reap rewards from farming."

The people nodded and came forward with their own ideas, at this moment, Jana realized the reason behind the strength of this group. These people were all focused towards one same goal, but they had different ideas to approach them. He thought about the time when he had first come to this world, at that time, he was similar to these people as well, but now being surrounded by the stagnation of thousands of people, he was no different from them.

After taking a deep breath, the young man said, "We ready to handle shit?"

The Ye Generals nodded and replied, "Yes, Your Excellency."

The planning was done, and then Hao Ren said, "Then let’s begin. Find me the biggest Demon Cluster in the region and we are now a mobile camp. Lin, inform Jian about this, and when Peng comes back we are moving out."

The young man took a deep breath and replied, "Can you tell me what is going on?"

This was settled and after several hours Ye Peng came back with his clothes stained with some blood. Ye Si asked, "Yo, Big peng, why do you look so dirty?"

Ye Peng sighed and said, "That fucking Demon General, he detonated himself when he was at the verge of death. However, I managed to attack his core so still got the kill points."

The people bantered and then the camp was removed, before the people began to rush towards various Demon Legions. What they did was simple, the Ye generals distracted the demon soldiers and killed some while one of them, who was selected by lottery and kill a demon general. After that, the whole team left as if they were never here.

Day in and day out, every few hours they raided and they gained experience. Yin, Jiro and even Hiro was involved in the missions to earn merit. Jana was shocked by how audaciously all these people were while acting. He didn’t even get a chance to act against the demons as the Ye Generals worked like a machine that existed to kill enemies.

After two days, Hao Ren was sitting in a cave with his eyes looked to a window that was made after cutting the rocks, and it peeked outside the so called room he had in the cave. Ye Jian was standing guard outside, as Hao Ren needed to use the artifact to open a portal leading back home. He didn’t want Zhao Kang and Jana to know about this, and even when Jana was stronger than Ye Jian, he didn’t have the guts to fight his way in, because he was not a match for the Ye generals who guarded Hao Ren in layers.

Hao Ren placed the shard of the glass on the window and the entire place changed. He could see the inside of the Imperial bedroom where Han Lingshi was looking after the children. He smiled, as he jumped through the place and said, "Lingshi, did you miss me?"

Han Lingshi was shocked by this sudden appearance, and then she turned around to find Hao Ren taking off the shard from the portal and storing it inside his space ring. He could not leave the door open just like that could he? Han Lingshi quickly walked up to him and looked in his eyes before she said, "How about you go and tend to the children? I have had no time to cultivate with you gone. Your little darling daughter doesn’t like anyone else touching her, even when they have the Yang Aura."

Hao Ren chuckled as he realized that his wife was vexed from the constant tension of looking after the children. He leaned in to peck her nose before he walked up to the twins as he said, "Babies, look, Baba is here."

The twins turned to him and cooed, the killer god was back home at the duty of a husband.
