No Substitutes for the Bigshots' Dream Girl Anymore!-Chapter 30: Missing One of Four
However, to her surprise, Tiffany Lynch was not as simple as described in the plot.
After all, she was able to suppress her curious and jealous heart after hearing the seemingly ambiguous conversation between herself and George River, and she didn’t ask anything.
It was indeed rare for her to remain so calm.
"Okay, let’s go home." Hannah patted Jinlian’s head, ignoring its cries, and stuffed it directly into her carry-on bag.
Finally, she couldn’t help but complain, "What kind of system has Star Stream put in place? Even a virtual assistant can materialize. It’s a waste of time and space. It’s better to cancel it."
Jinlian, hiding in the bag, pitifully curled up into a ball.
Wailing, it regretted taking advantage of a bargain and insisting on a trial experience. Now it couldn’t even save its own life.
Being randomly turned into a toy dog was upsetting enough, let alone having such a master.
It wanted to go home!

While Hannah was attending a banquet tonight, her three roommates also joined their separate dinner gatherings and didn’t return until late night.
Gilly Harrison had thought they were returning late, but to her surprise, the dormitory was dark and empty.
Jenny King impatiently knocked on the dormitory door. She was a little tipsy, "Where is that bitch Hannah Winter? She hasn’t returned to the dorm yet? Doesn’t she know to unlock the door for us?"
All three of them had forgotten to bring their keys when they went out today. Thinking there was still one person in the dorm, they didn’t bother too much. But Hannah hadn’t returned by this time.
Jenny King was a bit irritated, cursing, "She really isn’t serious, it’s so late and she hasn’t returned to the dormitory yet, I wonder which man’s bed she’s lying on, damn it!"
She spat contemptuously, then turned to see May Hoffman obediently standing by. She ordered, "You go downstairs to ask the dormitory manager for the keys, hurry up, I’m all sweaty, eager to take a shower, hear me?"
After the last dormitory drama, both May Hoffman and Jenny King were bruised up and neither showed any mercy.
Jenny King believed that it was May Hoffman who seduced her boyfriend Kay. Later, Kay came and stated he knew nothing about the necklace issue.
May Hoffman admitted that she also bought one when she saw Jenny King wearing a nice one, her tone was incredibly wronged. She glanced at the boy standing aside and held her temper.
Fortunately, Jenny King finally believed her, and the matter was settled after May Hoffman apologized.
But now May Hoffman seemed even more humble when she was with Jenny King.
After May Hoffman brought the keys to unlock the door, Jenny King rushed into the bathroom. The sound of retching came from inside, Gilly Harrison stood outside, feeling a little disgusted, but still asked, "Jenny, are you alright?"
The answer was another round of retching, followed by a commanding tone, "Go and get me a glass of water."
Then, there was another round of retching from inside, and a nauseating smell spilled out.
Gilly Harrison grimaced and covered her nose, waving the stale air away before going to fetch water.
She ran into May Hoffman who had just returned the keys. Gilly Harrison awkwardly put her hand down and said, "Jenny doesn’t feel well, she asked me to get her some water."
May Hoffman smiled and said, "I’ll do it."
"Alright." Gilly Harrison handed the water to May Hoffman.
Soon, both May Hoffman’s caring words and Jenny King’s proud tone could be heard from the balcony.
