Chapter 1733: Chapter 1733: Arnold Simmons Side Story (99)

During today’s class meeting, Oscar Evans inevitably brought up the issue again, "Everyone must persist in using the error workbook. Don’t think it’s useless or redundant; record the types of questions you often get wrong. This will make targeted revision later on more convenient..."

When it comes to revision, teachers always seem to have endless experiences to share.

On the day of the trip to the nature park, several consecutive days of gloomy weather finally cleared up.

The school arranged for buses to take students from all twelve classes to the entrance of the nature park.

Only the senior year students were going on this trip to the park.

The weather almost in April was somewhat dry and hot with the sun out, but it didn’t affect anyone’s spirits at all; the whole way there was filled with laughter and jovial conversation.

Since today was a weekday, there weren’t many people in the nature park, and at a glance, most visitors were students from their school.

Everyone was dressed in the school’s orange and white uniforms, full of youthful energy and vitality.

The grade director stood under a tree with a loudspeaker, going over the precautions.

Someone raised their hand to ask, "Teacher, can we have a barbecue?"

The director’s face was etched with seriousness, "No, you cannot."

A student, unwilling to give up, asked, "Then can we go boating?"

The nature park was very large and included several distinct areas. Not only were there barbecue sites, but in the middle, there was also a huge artificial lake with small boats provided for visitors, and not far to the side was a small amusement park.

The director still said no, "You can only move within the designated areas. Don’t wander off too far, do not go out on your own. When it’s time, come back here to regroup."

"Understood."

Although there were many rules, the students’ enthusiasm remained high.

After the briefing, the teachers let everyone disperse for free time activities.

Tessa Thompson pulled Hannah along, along with a few other girls from their class, to cross a bridge.

Beneath the bridge, the lake water was clear to the bottom, where the shadows of the trees allowed glimpses of small fish flicking their tails.

After only a short while of observation, Hannah received a message from Arnold Simmons asking where she was.

Arnold Simmons took a day off today and didn’t come with the school.

Hannah replied to the message, told Tessa Thompson, and then left.

The nature park was quite extensive, featuring several cultural gardens; most of the trees planted within had been there for years, their lush leaves interconnecting like a natural parasol.

Walking through the narrow pathways among the trees, Hannah immediately spotted the young man standing under a tree.

Arnold Simmons was dressed in a simple tracksuit, wearing a black baseball cap, tall and slim with a straight back.

In the distance, there were people sneaking glances at him.

Hannah jogged up to him, reached up to tidy the messy bangs on her forehead, looked up at him with a bright, radiant smile, "I thought you had taken the day off?"

Arnold Simmons reached out and took her backpack from her shoulder, the corner of his mouth lifted in a smile, "Came here to find you."

The midday sun was intense, and the students who were initially enthusiastic about exploring the entire nature park sought out shaded areas to rest.

Looking into the distance, there were clusters of students starting their picnic on colorful blankets.

Some suggested playing games like poker, hide and seek, and such, the more people the merrier.

Today was their last chance to let loose before the college entrance examination.

Hannah pulled Arnold Simmons toward the amusement park indicated on the map.

The amusement park was quite crowded, with nearby stalls selling various snacks, although the prices were generally much higher than outside.
