My Super Sassy Dad: Stop Running Away, Mrs. Quinn!-Chapter 253: Who Upset You?
Sheryl Lancaster was bending over, quietly apologizing to him.
"What are you doing here?" Melody Thorne snatched Timmy back, coldly questioning.
She remembered Jared Quinn should have sealed this place off entirely.
"I..." Sheryl Lancaster’s expression changed. She only knew Timmy was here, not expecting Melody Thorne to be here too.
"Miss Lancaster should know the crime of sneaking into someone else’s corporate office without notification, right? Like theft, or spying on secrets?"
"Who said I was stealing?" Sheryl Lancaster’s face changed again, "There’s no restroom on the second floor, I just wanted to use the restroom here and happened to run into Timmy.
But how can you let a child like Timmy be in such a dangerous place?"
Melody Thorne chuckled, "Timmy is my child. I can take him wherever I want to go and play. Do you have the right to meddle here, or do I need to call security to find out what you’re really doing?"
"Melody Thorne, don’t get cocky," Sheryl Lancaster’s face turned livid with anger, determined that she would make her fate worse than Ivy’s one day.
His child? Certainly not.
Simon Sutton’s heart skipped a beat when he heard the argument as he came down from the security room and hurried up.
When he rushed over, he only saw Sheryl Lancaster’s retreating figure and Melody Thorne standing there holding Timmy.
How did this woman get up here?
"Timmy, don’t be mad. How about we go back to the office and have some water?" Melody Thorne kissed his little face.
Timmy’s face remained cold as frost, his eyes fixed on the ground.
Melody Thorne followed his gaze and saw a small red fish on the ground, mechanically made with two tiny, adorable wings, but it was crushed and dirty.
"Was this for me?" Melody Thorne speculated.
Timmy nodded, his expression still cold, his hands hooking around her neck, signaling to her to return to the office as he muttered, "Don’t want it anymore."
Melody Thorne smiled, putting Timmy down and picking it up, "But it’s so beautifully made, I really like it. How about we take it back and fix it?"
"It’s dirty," Timmy turned his face away coldly.
"A wash will clean it," Melody Thorne stood up.
"Little madam..." Simon Sutton hesitated.
"If Secretary Sutton doesn’t pay more attention at work, he might lose his job," Melody Thorne said irritably to Simon Sutton.
Simon Sutton "..."
He had just gone out to deliver a document, who knew someone would dare to storm the top floor without permission and upset Timmy,
"Yes, yes."
Melody Thorne took Timmy back to the office, both of their expressions not looking good,
Jared Quinn looked up at them, "Who got you two upset?"
After asking, they ignored him, as Melody Thorne took a wet wipe from the desk to clean the mechanical fish.
Timmy sat there with a particularly bad mood, face cold,
No one answered Jared Quinn, so he looked up again, gazing at the two on the opposite sofa, the little one with a cold face, the big one focused on something.
They were the only two daring enough to show him such attitudes.
Simon Sutton walked in and explained what had just happened to Jared Quinn.
"Are the front desk people useless?" Jared Quinn dropped his pen and looked sideways at Simon Sutton, "Go handle it."
"Yes."
