The arena’s massive stone stands were packed beyond capacity with banners snapping violently in the heat-laden wind.
Each one of these banners bore the crest of a royal household, lineage, and demon clan.
Flame torches burned along different channels of the stone walls, illuminating the demonic writings and magical inscriptions on the walls, which had been etched into the arena walls as a way of protecting the spectators from any unforeseeable events.
The magical inscriptions glowed even more, allowing an invisible magical barrier to protect the spectators from getting hurt if any battles in the arena were to go out of control.
Vulcan had asked for these to be done because, while he had tried to learn from how the beastmen handled their tournaments, Vulcan had noticed a couple of cases where the spectators got hurt while watching the contestants brawl against each other.
This was something Vulcan didn’t like, so he suggested a magical barrier be erected to protect the viewers while the contestants go all out while battling against each other.
But at the very center of the arena floor, a circular platform of obsidian color slowly rose from beneath the ground, and the moment it locked into place, the crowds exploded.
Cheers began to surge like tidal waves because a figure suddenly appeared on top of the platform with her body covered in a bright crimson colored light.
She stood tall with one leg slightly forward, her tail swayed lazily behind her as if she owned not only the platform but also the entire arena itself.
Her skin was a deep, alluring shade of crimson, and it was smooth and radiant as her body glowed beautifully for all the male demons to admire.
Her curved horns were shaped beautifully above her head, and her golden colored eyes made most demons willing to offer themselves as her exclusive pet and plaything.
But what really caught the eyes of most of the pervy male demons were her stunning curves and bewitching smile; they were instantly mesmerized by how a succubus could be this beautiful.
And that’s how her fans exploded into chaos.

Her name got echoed across the arena from thousands of mouths as they each shouted with devotion, admiration, and raw excitement.
Lilith was a beautiful succubus who resided in a province within the Pyro Demon Lord’s Kingdom, but what really got her so famous was due to her job as an announcer.
Initially, she started her job in Evermore Academy a few centuries ago, but she’s quickly grown into a cult favorite over the years, and that’s why her beloved followers were so happy to see her right now.
Lilith smiled even more and simply waved at everyone, cheering and calling out to her, then she stopped and just waited.
She simply decided to wait, not only because she needed silence but because she was confident that her fans would understand that she needed them to keep quiet for her to really do her job, and that’s exactly what they did.
Slowly, the cheers began to settle, but their energy and vibe remained electric.
Seeing all these, Lilith simply laughed softly as she said, "Wow".
In fact, it sounded like a purr as Lilith amplified her voice thanks to her magic.
"Wow~" She said once again as she spun around on the platform. "I swear, every time I come home, you all welcome me back in a way that makes me feel so glad to be alive."
Since Lilith worked for Evermore Academy, she spent most of her time on the Academy’s Island, and as such, she rarely came home to the demon continent to do anything, but whenever she gave herself time to do so, she was always welcomed warmly by her adoring fans, and that couldn’t be compared to anywhere else.
Hearing this, her fans cheered even more, once again, and Lilith placed one hand on her hip while her tail continued to sway behind her.

Lilith smiled and continued. "I love you all as well, and as for those of you who do not know me. Well, I guess I’d better introduce myself then."
Lilith leaned forward slightly, and her demonic wings widened even more as she introduced herself. "My name is Lilith, and I will be your announcer and guide for the first-ever Demon Youth Tournament!!!!" 𝐟𝚛𝕖𝚎𝕨𝗲𝐛𝚗𝐨𝐯𝐞𝕝.𝐜𝗼𝗺
An applause thundered across the arena, and Lilith straightened herself as her expression turned serious.
"Now, before we begin. Let’s make one thing very clear." Lilith said as her gaze swept across the arena.
"This is not a festival."
"It is not a simple brawl between two demons, and neither is it a friendly competition between demons."
"This is a tournament where only the best shall be recognized and respected for centuries and millennia to come, while the lazy and cowardly ones might be forever mocked for the same duration of time." The arena was now completely quiet as everyone listened attentively to what Lilith was saying.
"Today, ten thousand demons between the ages of fifteen and sixteen have gathered here from across the continent."
"But only one hundred of them might be good enough to enroll in the academy, or maybe a thousand of them might be lucky enough to make the cut, but above all else, only one of them will forever be viewed differently as the undisputed champion who participated and won against a thousand other contestants, but who would be that demon?"
