Chapter 133.1: Absolute Suppression

At the Myriad Demon Gate, twenty Great Supremes had gathered, along with another hundred Supremes from the Myriad Demon World. Now, all that remained was for the Supreme One to give the order to pursue the Blood Master.

A demon Great Supreme asked, "Some vermin are lurking outside. Should we deal with them?"

He was referring to He Wu and Ling Yayi, who were hidden not far away. Several demon Great Supremes showed their eagerness to move.

However, a human Great Supreme said calmly, "Handling them is a waste of time. The Supreme One ordered us to capture the Blood Master. Stay focused."

The human Great Supremes feared the Supreme One too much to dare to deviate from the mission.

"Hmph. You humans fear this so-called Blood Master, we demons don't."

"Why bother making such a fuss? Two of our Great Supremes would be more than enough to take him down."

The demon Great Supremes were familiar with the Blood Master’s abilities. Although it was terrifying to the Supremes of the Flowing Wind World, the demon Great Supremes were almost entirely immune to it.

The human Great Supreme could only show a helpless expression. These demons were too wild and unruly!

Then, the Cat Demon Great Supreme, who’d been silent, finally said, "We must prioritize the Supreme One’s command. Those vermin can wait."

She was tall, beautiful, and impossible to ignore due to the entire row of “assets” on her chest. Yes. A row. Unlike other female demons, she also kept several feline traits after taking human form: cat ears, a cat tail, and five pairs of feline breasts. She was utterly dazzling, and several male Supremes couldn’t help letting their gazes drift.

If Qi Yuan were here, he would probably thought, Otakus would kill for her.

As the leader of the demon faction, the Cat Demon’s final word settled it for good. They waited quietly for the Myriad Demon Gate to open.

The day after, a storm of violent energy burst from inside the gate. Every Supreme instinctively looked toward the entrance. It was pitch-black, impenetrable even to their divine senses. Through that darkness was the path leading directly into the Flowing Wind World.

"It's open!" The Cat Demon's face lit up with excitement. She grinned exaggeratedly, sending all her ten “headlights” shaking spectacularly. "Who wants to go in and scout the situation?"

"I'll go."

"Me too."

Two demon Great Supremes volunteered at once. They were hoping to capture the Blood Master and perhaps enjoy some human blood while at it. The Cat Demon nodded, amused. The two immediately stepped into the darkness. The rest waited calmly, even relaxed.

"When this mission ends, I need a proper feast." A tiger-faced demon Great Supreme licked his lips, eyes drifting greedily toward one of the human Great Supremes.

The human Great Supreme glared back. "Capture the Blood Master, and the rest can wait. "

The tiger-faced demon said with full confidence, "With so many of us, it’s only a matter of time before he gets caught. Maybe those two have already captured him." 𝑓𝑟ℯ𝘦𝓌𝘦𝘣𝑛𝑜𝓋𝑒𝓁.𝑐ℴ𝓂

The demon Supremes were equally as unfazed.

"Unlike you, we don’t fear the Blood Master."

"With so many powerhouses around, what's there to be afraid of?"

Suddenly, the Cat Demon frowned in puzzlement. "Huh? Fu Feng and Yang Li are back already?"

The other Supremes sensed it too, some even smiling.

"No way, they’ve caught the Blood Master already?"

After all, according to the Supreme One, the Blood Master had lost his engraved Origin Divine Technique, and was now barely at mid-Supreme. Bringing so many Great Supremes was already overkill.

Before anyone’s smile had even settled, the two Supremes burst out of the black mist, terrified out of their wits. Something was very, very wrong.

The Cat Demon waved her sleeve and blocked them. "Why are you panicking? Did you find the Blood Master?"

Fu Feng's and Yang Li's expressions were wild.

"N-no!"

"We didn't!"

"Then why are you running?!"

"People! T-too many people!" Yang Li's voice cracked.

His scalp still tingled violently whenever he recalled the glimpse he’d caught within that darkness. A sea of tightly packed figures—all of them Supremes!

"Too many people?" a human Great Supreme muttered. "Don't tell me the White Supreme Palace's forces came too? But then what about the North South Pact?"

Quite a number of Supremes still resided in the southern lands. If they ignored the pact and stepped into the gate, things would indeed become troublesome.

Nevertheless, the Cat Demon had nerves of steel. "Come! Follow me and take a look."

"No! T-there are too many of them! Tens of thousands—no, several tens of thousands! And they’re all Supremes!" Great Supreme Fu Feng was practically hysterical. Though he had only glanced from afar, his soul nearly left his body. "Run! We need to escape! If we don’t run now, it’ll be too late!"

The others were stunned briefly, then chuckled. "Do you think I don't know how many Supremes the Flowing Wind World has? Great Supreme Fu Feng, you must have fallen for an illusion. Someone is tricking you."

Naturally, no one believed Great Supreme Fu Feng. With such a low world-level, there was no way it could possibly produce so many experts!

To put it in Blue Planet terms, it was akin to an American warship entering some sea zone and fleeing in panic, reporting to its commander, "Bad news! The Rabbit's Navy [1]just deployed ten thousand aircraft carriers at us!"

As if the Americans would believe that. The Supremes here felt the same way.

"Flowing Wind World is already on the brink of collapse. Even if it unleashes all its remaining potential, it could only produce around ten thousand Supremes at most, and it's not even at that stage yet. How could there be so many? It’s definitely an illusion," The Cat Demon Great Supreme declared confidently. "Don't be afraid. Come with me!"

The rest remained calm, even curious.

In contrast, Great Supreme Fu Feng was already scared out of his wits. "No! I'm not going! I swear they were all Supremes!"

Great Supreme Yang Li felt the same. The two tried to run, but the Cat Demon Great Supreme suppressed them with ease. They couldn't take a single step away.

The others stared at the two with thinly veiled contempt. To be frightened by a mere illusion despite being Great Supremes... It seems they still retain the primal instincts from their days as lowly demons.

Just as they were about to enter together, a deep rumble echoed from within the black fog. It was as if an army was marching silently inside! Their silhouettes had yet to appear, yet the sheer force of their presence surged skyward, shaking the heavens.

Everyone froze for a moment, feeling their divine techniques growing unstable. The human Great Supremes felt it the most. Within the fog stirred a power reminiscent of a demon god—vast and fearsome.

A human Supreme trembled. His Origin Divine Technique sensed it clearly: there was an unimaginable horror inside. "It can't be real, right?"

The Cat Demon’s expression grew conflicted and confused. "In a world as small as the Flowing Wind World?"

Great Supreme Fu Feng despised the Cat Demon to his bones. If she hadn't stopped him, he'd be long gone. "It's real! Run! If we don't run now, we're done for!"

No one was in the mood to listen to him anymore. For the first time, they found themselves hesitating, wavering, and doubting everything.

Just then, a thundering, heaven-shaking voice rolled across the sky. "Here comes the Blood Palace! Kill everyone who stands in our path! Do not spare those who surrender!"

It sounded as if a thousand Supremes roared in unison. Finally, that terrifying army revealed the bare edge of its true form. The blood mist they exuded dyed the black fog crimson.

One thousand Supremes stood in a disciplined formation within the blood-red haze. Clad in standardized blood-red robes, they seemed no different from ordinary foot soldiers. Yet, their aura was so overwhelming, it felt as though even the Great Dao itself would be ground to dust.
