Chapter 133.2: Absolute Suppression

The leading figure in red looked down at the opposing Supremes with domineering disdain.

A human Great Supreme stared at him in shock. "You... Aren’t you Yang Hun? Why are you standing there?"

How did this insignificant little Supreme change so drastically? Could it be, the Blood Master has wiped out the northern and southern regions? Did he really gather a thousand Supremes?

Thinking about it that way, it did sound plausible. Sure, a massive army of Supremes was terrifying, but still not enough to decide the overall war.

Supreme Yang Hun sneered and shot the other Supreme a glance, as if to say, Who are you to speak to me?

"I am Yang Hun, Commander of the Blood Palace Vanguard!" he declared.

The vanguard? Does that mean there are more behind them?

Before anyone could react, Yang Hun's voice boomed again. "Servants of the Supreme One, demons of the Myriad Demon World, you shall die without mercy!"

Supreme Yang Hun gave the command, and the Blood Palace Vanguard surged forward as one. Their battle formation—devised by Qi Yuan himself—perfectly unified the strength of one thousand Supremes into a single force.

"Die!"

With that one strike, Origin Divine Techniques burst forth in a wild storm, spent as if they were worthless.

Seeing this, the hundred-plus enemy instantly abandoned all thought of resisting. Their will to fight was extinguished by the sheer, horrifying numbers. They scattered in panic, though escape seemed all but impossible. Like a raging river, the thousandfold assault poured forth, annihilating two-thirds of the enemy force.

"One more time!" Supreme Yang Hun shouted, exhilarated. Once a bottom-feeder, he could never have dreamed of commanding a thousand Supremes!

His army attacked again, endlessly unleashing their divine technique. The remaining one-third, who had barely survived, were once again slaughtered in droves.

Supreme Yang Hun's blood was boiling as he issued three consecutive commands. "Kill! Kill! Kill!"

The barrage of Origin Divine Techniques flowed relentlessly. The first battle upon entering the Myriad Demon Gate had to be decisive, brutal, and flawless!

"Die! Die! Die!"

As Supremes of the Blood Palace, bathing in blood and slaughtering all enemies was only natural.

Within a few dozen breaths, the enemy was annihilated. Only one survivor remained, kept alive by Yang Hun on purpose.

"Take the survivor and present him to the Blood Master!" Yang Hun commanded, his voice trembling slightly with excitement. Unfortunately, the enemies were too weak, he didn’t even have to show any strategic brilliance.

"Yang Hun, the Supreme One is invincible. Even if you have a thousand Supremes, what difference does it make?" The lone survivor, a human Great Supreme, had grown fearless. "You don't understand at all! Our Supreme One is a being of unimaginable greatness!"

Yang Hun sneered and threw his own words back with disdain. "And you have no idea what kind of unfathomable existence your Supreme One is opposing."

Yang Hun led the unit forward, dragging the severely wounded Great Supreme along. The Great Supreme hung limply like a dead fish, no longer willing to resist. However, when he was dragged into the black fog, his heartbeat shot up. For reasons he couldn’t explain, he trembled uncontrollably, overcome by instinctive terror.

Yang Hun said humbly, "Blood Master, the hundred Supremes guarding the entrance of the Myriad Demon Gate have all been executed. This one was intentionally left alive."

The Great Supreme could feel countless eyes staring from within the darkness. He lifted his head, his hopeless gaze flickering with utter dread. Countless, tightly packed Supremes stared back at him.

Suspended in the air, they formed formation after formation like a legion of mortal army. Each gathered around a majestic throne, where a blood-robed figure sat.

The Great Supreme swallowed hard. How many Supremes are there?

The black fog blocked divine sense. He couldn't see the end no matter how he tried. Ten thousand? Thirty thousand? Or a hundred thousand? Impossible. Is the world broken? How could such a number of Supremes even exist?

The Great Supreme suddenly recalled what he said to Yang Hun earlier, and felt a deep, bitter irony.

The figure on the throne said coldly, his voice landing like a divine decree, "Where is your lord's stronghold? Where is the White Supreme now?"

The Great Supreme looked up, his vacant gaze meeting Qi Yuan’s calm eyes. "They are all at the Boundless Plains..."

He proceeded to relay all the information he knew without concealing anything. Not that it mattered anymore. Nothing he said held the slightest significance before the countless Supreme above. How would his most revered lord possibly face this?

Finally, he broke down, roaring, "Has heaven decided to destroy the Flowing Wind World? You Great Demon!"

And with that, he killed himself.

Yang Hun's expression changed slightly. "I have failed. I allowed this demon to offend you."

Qi Yuan's gaze remained calm, asking quietly, "Am I the Great Demon?"

Yang Hun immediately replied, "Blood Master, you are heaven’s chosen, the rightful ruler of this world. How could you possibly be the Great Demon?"

Qi Yuan smiled faintly at that.

Just then, the Supremes of the vanguard returned. "Blood Master, we have captured several Supremes. They claim to be old acquaintances of yours."

Then, Five Supremes were pushed forward.

Ling Yayi, who had been smirking earlier, nearly buckled when he saw the countless Supremes filling the sky. He Wu was the same, his eyes wide with disbelief. What they were seeing surpassed anything they could imagine.

They originally thought the Blood Master had unified the Supremes of the Flowing Wind World. This wasn't unification, but creation out of nothing!

Ling Yayi gulped hard. To steady his nerves, he forced himself to say, "M-Master, do you still remember me?"

Qi Yuan stared at the handsome Ling Yayi, noting the left half of his face he tried to hide. Qi Yuan's expression softened slightly. "I know the Thirteen Northern Demons, but I don't know which one you are. I don't know your name."

The world changed and time eroded all traces. Even Canary had changed from proud and spoiled, to morbid and obsessive Ning Tao.

Qi Yuan couldn't recognize Ling Yayi, but he knew Ling Yayi was his eldest disciple. Ling Yayi had entered the gate and bore the curse mark just to awaken Qi Yuan.

Silence fell.

Hearing Qi Yuan's words, Ling Yayi fell quiet too. He regretted ever saying anything. To reveal his old name in front of an army of nearly a hundred thousand Supremes. How utterly humiliating.

"I am South Palace."

"South Palace?" Qi Yuan murmured, confused.

"South Palace.. South Palace" Ling Yayi was getting anxious. In the end, he couldn't hold it back any longer, and blurted out, "South Palace Big Dog!"

Qi Yuan glanced at Ling Yayi and finally recognized him. "Big Dog?”

South Palace Big Dog was a native of Nine Plate Mountain, he had been born and raised there.

The rest of the army twitched when they heard the name. If not for Qi Yuan’s presence and the fact that they were at war, they probably would've burst out laughing.

"Master, he used to be the Foolish Daoist, now his name is He Wu!"

"Master, I'm Guqin!"

"I'm Bai Li!"

Qi Yuan listened to the five of them quietly, staying calm. He focused on each of them, carving their faces into his memory. Then he said solemnly, "I will remember you."

And he meant it. He remembered many people, like the Five Ancestors in the Five Elements Forbidden Zone of the first game; or Zhang Sheng and Chen Jiao of the City of No Return, who once shared their wine with him.

"Master, Boundless Plain is in grave danger," He Wu said in a low voice. "Please, we must march immediately and capture the Supreme One! Canary is still waiting for you!"

Old memories surfaced one by one, and Qi Yuan’s expression remained composed. Still, he knew this wasn't the time for reminiscing. They had to resolve the crisis at Boundless Plain as fast as possible.

Once he defeated the final boss, his mission would finally be complete, and he could leave this game.

A ruthless glint flashed through Qi Yuan's eyes. "Advance!”

In the end, there was only killing left.

Above the heavens, one hundred thousand Supremes, one hundred thousand scarlet robes, all marched toward Boundless Plain!

Translator thought's: You know who's a stinky rat? @coca5156. This brat always enters my room and leaves all her clothes lying around. DIRTY, FILTHY clothes... To her credit, she did end up training our dog to pick up those clothes and throw them into the laundry. Pretty useful skill for a lazy rat if you ask me
