But he didn’t want his husband to hear the slight pain in his voice. Hence, he asked Shin Kang to inform Kim Heedo that he was waiting at his boss’ office.

"You’re picking on Kim Heedo because you’re jealous of him, aren’t you? And you’re jealous because Jang Yeonwoo-ssi is kind to my husband while he ignores you."

Kwon Jaesuk’s face turned red as if he were embarrassed, but he couldn’t do anything but glare at Sohee.

"How did you know about Jang Yeonwoo?"

"My husband tells me everything," Sohee explained smugly. "He told me about the Alpha at work who kept picking on him because he was close to his sunbae."

"You shut up," Sohee said, cutting off the rude Alpha. And then he pulled out his handkerchief from his pocket. He used the hankie to cover his nose and mouth. That handkerchief had Kim Heedo’s signature perfume, so he instantly felt better. "And control your pheromones."

Angry Alphas’ pheromones were stinky, after all.

"If your pheromones hit a certain level, my bodyguard will come in and deal with you."

Fortunately, that mild threat helped Kwon Jaesuk calm down.

KIM HEEDO saw his colleagues enjoying the food trucks in the vast front yard of their company building.

He got a call from Shin Kang earlier, and his right-hand man informed him that Park Sohee was waiting for him at the office.

He was confused, but he did as he was told.

Heedo put his hands on Kim Heedo’s baby bump, and then he felt it.

"They moved," Heedo said, his eyes widening a bit. "Are those brats kicking you, Hyung?"

Park Sohee chuckled, and then he winced when the babies kicked again.

"Yah," Heedo said, glaring at Park Sohee’s baby bump. "Stop it, brats. Why are you hurting your mommy?"

Park Sohee laughed again while rubbing his belly. "Don’t scold our babies, Heedo-ya."

"But they’re hurting you, Hyung."

"They’re probably just excited because they can hear our voices."

"See, brats? Your mommy is so kind-hearted and forgiving," Heedo said in a scolding tone, but he gently rubbed Park Sohee’s baby bump. "You better be good to your mommy once you come out."

As if on cue, the babies kicked in the womb again.

But, this time, the impact wasn’t as strong as earlier.

It was as if the babies understood what Heedo said before.

"Our babies are smart," Park Sohee said, smiling. "Heedo-ya, do you want to check the genders of our twins? Hong Sera and the others are actually planning a gender reveal party for us. Is that okay with you?"

Oh, was it time for that?

"I don’t mind whether we find out about their genders now or during childbirth. It doesn’t matter to me, but I’ll do what you want, Hyung. If you want a gender reveal party, then let’s do it," Heedo said, placing a gentle kiss on Park Sohee’s baby bump. "I just want our babies to be born healthy."
