Loving The Cursed Werewolf King-Chapter 297: Arielle Takes Care of The Baby
Sasha pulled a chair to sit beside Arielle.
"She is a beautiful child, huh?" Arielle asked Sasha. The boy replied with a nod.
"At the orphanage, every time we found babies in baskets, we always competed to give them new names. The caretaker of the orphanage will give names in alphabetical order to make it easier for them to distinguish who is older."
Sasha seemed to quite understand how to deal with a baby. He talked about his life while in the orphanage in a very low voice. Arielle looked at Sasha, then rubbed the boy’s head gently.
The rabbits that had been hanging around in her room were gathered at Arielle’s feet. Sasha took one of the rabbits to pet it. In a very low voice, Sasha continued to talk about his experience helping the caretaker of the orphanage deal with a baby he met. Arielle listened carefully to his stories.
After making sure the baby had fallen asleep, Arielle laid her on the bed. She also grabbed one of the rabbits that was sleeping on her bed to return to its own basket.
Sasha came up to look at the boy’s small cheeks. Arielle also looked at it in awe.
"Her cheeks are adorable, aren’t they?" asked Arielle while poking the baby’s chubby cheek with her index finger. Sasha also did the same thing, making her smile widely.
The two continued to tease the sleeping baby. Arielle and Sasha tried to hold back their laughter as saliva dripped from the baby’s mouth. Slowly, she grabbed the edge of the blanket to wipe the saliva. However, the saliva rolled down again, making Sasha unable to hold back his laughter.
Their laughter had to stop when Tania and Lucas arrived. Tania brought a tray with a white soup on it. She said this was a special baby soup that she often made for Arielle. The liquid texture made it easy for the baby to digest the soup.
"But she’s still asleep," said Arielle.
"Ah, then we’ll wait until the child wakes up again. Usually, if she falls asleep when she has not eaten, she will wake up in a moment to ask for food, "said Tania.
Arielle got up to receive baby clothes from Lucas.
"Where are these baby clothes from?" asked Arielle, seeing the many small warm clothes.
"I’m just borrowing them from the inventory, Your Highness," Lucas replied, handing over a few other items.
Arielle also thanked Lucas. She couldn’t hold the man in her room any longer because the man was in charge of the palace, the presence of a large number of guests definitely added to his work responsibilities.
"Is there anything else I can help you with, Your Highness?"
"No Lucas, this is more than enough. After we find her parents, these things are no longer needed," replied Arielle.
"In that case, I’m allowed to leave the room."
Arielle nodded. "Thank you, Lucas. Don’t forget to have a good rest."
The man smiled, then nodded his thanks for the concern Arielle gave. He left her room.

Arielle and Sasha were sitting solemnly waiting for the baby to wake up while listening to Tania’s story about her experience with Arielle as a baby. The woman said that Arielle acted like a normal baby.
"Babies can’t talk so one way to communicate is crying. If she wet the bed, she can only cry. If she is hungry, she can only cry. It is a common thing to happen. Everyone who is born will definitely go through this stage. Even His Majesty the King was probably like this in the past," said Tania in a whisper.
Arielle and Sasha chuckled at the thought of such a dignified and fun-loving man on such an adorable stage.
Actually, this was not the first time Arielle to take care of a baby. In the past, when she was still in the Nieverdell palace and made friends with many maids, she sometimes was in charge of looking after and playing with the children of the palace maids who were busy with their work.
While they were talking, the baby cried loudly again. Arielle approached the baby and carried her in her arms. Tania opened the cover of the plate to feed the baby.
"Shh... it’s okay...Tania has already brought you food," Arielle said softly, hoping the baby would calm down a bit.
Arielle sat back on her couch, and Sasha lent Tania his chair for the woman to sit on. Tania put the tip of the spoon on the baby’s lips and the baby stopped crying, sucking the whole soup on the spoon.
Tania took another spoonful of soup and continued to feed the baby. After eating, Arielle put the baby gently on her shoulder, waiting for her to burp. Tania put a small towel on Arielle’s shoulder to prevent the girl’s dress from getting dirty if the baby would also burp while vomiting.

The baby made a burping sound from its mouth. For the first time, the baby began to chuckle showing his youthful gums. Arielle could see her two leading lower teeth were about to appear.
Sasha grabbed a children’s toy that had been brought by Lucas and played with the baby. Meanwhile, Arielle and Tania cleaned Arielle’s clothes which were spilled from the soup earlier.
Tania took a thin white dress, then gave it to Arielle. The baby was still wrapped in the thin blanket and after wiping it with warm water, it was time for her to get dressed. Her alma’s clothes were still wet, so Tania took new clothes from the pile of blankets that Lucas had brought.
"Princess... What is the reason the parents left this baby alone?" asked Sasha dejectedly. His hands were still holding up the toys for the baby to reach.
He was being sad because ... it reminds him of his own parent that left him on an orphanage’s door.
