Legendary Architect of Apocalypse-Chapter 92: Try taking it from me
"Capture him!"
As soon as the woman gave the order, a Mid-Tier Fables moved. Chains materialized in his hands, and they felt alive as they trembled with excitement.
Elias, on the other hand, didn’t seem interested in them. He was still thinking about Astralious’s words that informed him that he could recreate Harbinger’s weapon.
It was a weapon that he truly couldn’t forget after seeing it once, as it was the same weapon which had sliced through the ancient beast of decay in a single strike.
The only problem was that he didn’t really know how to create it. Even though Astralious gave him some advice, it couldn’t be any more vague.
What did he mean by supplying essence to his right hand? He had never tried it before. He wasn’t even sure if these instructions were enough for him to succeed in the first try.
Still, he tried to follow that advice. Even if he failed, he could always use Extraction to protect himself temporarily, so he didn’t think it was too risky for now.
He focused on his right hand that had devoured the woman’s weapon, and held the core essence of her weapon.
He could feel an uncomfortable sensation in his hand the moment he tried focusing on it. It was as if something was constantly there, yet it was completely unfamiliar to him.
While he tried to create the sword, he also held another item in his left hand, prepared to perform extraction if he failed, to protect himself temporarily.
He pictured the weapon he had absorbed, which was something that he could never forget. It was as if the memory of the weapon was imprinted onto his very soul.
He closed his eyes for a brief moment, focusing all his will on that image, on that feeling that he had experienced the moment he touched that sword.
"There’s no point in closing your eyes. The world around you won’t just disappear," the man said, finding Elias’s cowardice amusing.

He had been curious about the kind of dangerous person they were here to catch, but after seeing Elias, he was quite relieved. It was a task that couldn’t be any simpler. He raised his hand, and tossed the chains towards Elias, to capture him.
As the chains flew towards him, Elias exhaled. He only relied on his instinct, remembering the feeling of standing before Harbinger when she was about to kill him.
He slowly opened his eyes, as a faint glow enveloped his right hand. It grew brighter, sharper, and slowly started materializing, taking a physical form.
His hands were no longer empty. He had recreated a heavy sword that was completely identical to the sword that was used by Harbinger. It followed even the smallest of details, including the size, which was almost twice the height of Elias.
The only thing different was that it wasn’t a sword that was trying to kill him. Instead, it was a sword that felt more like a part of him. It was something that he had created, without relying on any of his class abilities.
The sword was just as heavy as it was when used by Harbinger. However, for someone like Elias who had completely devoured Harbinger, it felt as light as a feather.
He raised the sword and brought it slashing down. There was no excess force behind the movement. It felt like a completely normal slash. However, the chain that was flying towards Elias suddenly trembled as the sword came down.
The chain tried to change direction, but it was too late. The moment that sword came slashing down, space itself was split apart.
Even the chain was split in half. Although the chain was also a mid-tier Fable weapon, it had proven completely useless before Harbinger’s sword.
"Impossible..." The Fable who had tossed the chain felt his entire body go cold as a bright light flashed before his eyes.
His pupils trembled as he lowered his head, watching a thin red line spread across his entire body, starting from the middle of his forehead and going down.
"Not bad. You succeeded on the first try. It seems you might be worth teaching after all."
Even though Astralious offered Elias only a small compliment, he was secretly surprised that the boy had actually succeeded. It wasn’t just ’not bad’; it was truly incredible.
"This sword is amazing..." Elias didn’t care about Astralious’s compliment. He was more immersed in the sword, which felt like an incredible weapon, even better than the Sniper he had evolved. It could even manipulate space.
"Do you even know how to properly use a sword!" Astralious asked, trying to catch Elias’s attention, who didn’t seem to be paying any attention to him.
"I will learn as I go by," Elias replied, observing his surroundings. "Good thing we have a lot of people to practice with."
Since these people weren’t going to let him leave anyway, it was better to use them to improve his efficiency with the weapon.
The other fables were still in a daze, wondering what they had just witnessed. A human had completely killed a fable. That in itself should have been impossible. But what left them utterly stunned was the weapon he was using.
"Isn’t that Harbinger’s sword?" someone exclaimed after a long time, breaking the frightening silence. "How could a human possess it?"
"Is he really human? Or are we facing another Fable?" another asked.
They knew about Harbinger, a fable that wasn’t associated with any major domain. Despite that, she was a fable that had grown to a dangerous extent.
Even their Domain Lord had been interested in Harbinger, mainly because of the weapon that she used. Unfortunately, it was almost impossible to find that woman as she kept moving from one place to another, having no proper home.
It was a shocking sight to see that weapon in the hands of a human, especially the one that they were here to capture.
"How do you have that sword?" The woman leading the group asked. "It doesn’t belong with you! Drop that sword on the ground!"
"Why don’t you try taking it from me?" Elias retorted, as he finally moved.
