Kallus accepted the reward, and almost instantly, a spatial pocket opened before him. From within, a radiant crystal dropped, followed by a golden orb of light. Before he could react, the orb shot toward him, merging seamlessly into his body without resistance or discomfort.

As it fused with him, a translucent panel appeared before his eyes, displaying a progress bar:

[Limited System Point System Integration: 1% → 100%]

The numbers rapidly climbed, completing the integration in mere moments.

He picked up the crystal, its surface smooth and glowing with an ethereal shimmer. The moment his fingers touched it, the stone erupted in a brilliant white light.

Panic surged through him—he had no idea what was happening. But before fear could take hold, a stream of knowledge flooded his mind, granted by his authority. Understanding dawned upon him, and he steadied himself, allowing the awakening to take its course.

Mana began to flow through his body, surging like a great river, refining him from within. His senses expanded, attuning to the raw energy around him. Moments passed, and then a notification appeared before his eyes.

Kallus called out for his status panel for the first time ever.

With a cheerful

the panel appeared in front of him:

Now that he had awakened his class, Kallus felt empowered to embark on his cultivation journey. Before his awakening, he had felt unable to cultivate proactively; those limitations had held him back. But with his newfound class awakening, those shackles were broken.

He strained his back, crossed his legs, and began to regulate his cultivation technique—the Primordial Imperial Scripture. Drawing upon vast amounts of primordial mana, he formed a swirling cycle with himself at its center. The sight was astonishing; the sheer intensity of the mana, drawn into his body like a black hole, created an extraordinary phenomenon.

Kallus pondered what would have happened had he attempted cultivation in the outside world, where the mana flowed more freely throughout the solar system—it would have unleashed tremendous, uncontrollable forces with every attempt. Grateful for the controlled environment of the Universal Plane and the guidance from the mysterious being in his mind, he silently offered thanks for this gift.

Kallus snapped out of his thoughts and focused on circulating his cultivation technique, absorbing the ambient primordial mana through every pore of his being, as time slowly passed.

Twenty minutes later, Kallus felt a sensation of saturation—he had entered the F rank. He was both surprised by the rapid pace of his advancement and speechless, feeling nothing more than an intensified presence of primordial mana. He had expected this, given that his body was already on par with some who had passively reached the S rank. Nonetheless, he continued to focus on his cultivation, anticipating his next milestone: the E rank.

A mere twenty minutes later, he advanced to the F– rank, and within an hour, he had reached the F+ rank. Stunned by this unforeseen progression, he paused his cultivation. He hadn’t expected that there would be further subdivisions within the F rank before truly progressing. It became clear that he had not fully researched the intricate realms of cultivation, despite the extensive info dump provided by his authoritative knowledge.

Kallus focused on his authoritative knowledge and began contemplating power ranks. Soon, a vast amount of information related to power ranks flooded his mind, detailing everything from the F rank all the way to the SSS rank. Thanks to his passive ability, Cognitive Acceleration, this information was absorbed and analyzed within mere milliseconds.

"So that’s how it is," said Kallus.

Now that he understood each rank contained further subdivisions, his confusion cleared. He resumed his cultivation at full force, and within another hour, he broke through the E rank.

Just as he advanced, vast amounts of information and knowledge about his soul, bloodline, and physique appeared—data distributed among his two million multitasking cognitive thought compartments.

Even with his advanced abilities, the sheer volume of information far exceeded what he could process at once; fully assimilating it would take time. So, while he continued his cultivation, his cognitive thoughts simultaneously analyzed and integrated this immense knowledge.

And, just like that time slowly began to pass in the universal plain.

Jiang Dynasty, Imperial Capital

Commander Yu Tong was facing her own struggles on Earth. Having recently received what was not exactly a punishment but rather a learning opportunity in diplomacy, she had now arrived in the capital of the Jiang Dynasty—the Imperial City.

She was not allowed to come alone; instead, she was accompanied by seasoned diplomats from their star fleet. Upon arrival at the Imperial City International Airport, they were received by Imperial General Bin and other officials.

Imperial General Bin was not only a high-ranking military figure but also a member of the Jiang Imperial Family—the brother of the current Emperor. A seasoned military veteran and a prominent strategist, he held the prestigious position of head of the Imperial Army.

General Bin stepped forward and warmly welcomed Yu Tong. "Welcome, Commander, to the Imperial Capital. His Majesty, the Emperor, eagerly awaits your presence at the Imperial Palace."

Yu Tong replied in a formal tone, "General Bin, we thank you for your welcome. We look forward to our audience with His Majesty."

Though she was frustrated with this diplomatic task, she knew better than to lose her composure and create a diplomatic disaster. While the situation felt minor to her, she was well aware that disappointing Chancellor Bai Zongqi would be far worse. Not wanting to face his disappointment, she made sure to maintain her best behavior this time—something that surprised even the seasoned diplomats accompanying her.

With a formal handshake, General Bin led Commander Yu Tong and her delegation toward their designated vehicle, which was part of a larger convoy arranged for their transport. Yu Tong’s delegation consisted of four people, including herself.

As the convoy prepared to depart, Yu Tong found herself continuously observing the architecture of the Jiang Dynasty’s capital. It was a remarkable blend of modern innovation and traditional cultural elements, creating a unique and breathtaking sight.

It didn’t take long for the delegation to arrive in front of the Imperial Palace. The palace itself was a breathtaking marvel—a seamless fusion of ancient grandeur and modern architecture, embodying the power and influence of the Jiang Royal Family and their dynasty.

The convoy entered the palace premises and came to a stop at the main gate. There, awaiting them, stood Emperor Jiang Wu, Prince and Princesses, and the empire’s high-ranking officials, including ministers, generals, and scholars, stood in attendance a clear display of the importance. Princes and princesses of the royal family were also present, their expressions varying between curiosity and solemnity as they observed the arrival of the Star Fleet delegation

As the vehicles came to a halt, Yu Tong and her delegation stepped out, ready to face the Emperor of the Jiang Dynasty.

A golden carpet stretched from the palace gates to the reception area, where the emperor himself awaited, clad in his resplendent robes embroidered with golden dragons.

As Yu Tong and her delegation of three approached, The Imperial Guards, clad in their ceremonial uniforms, struck their spears against the ground in a synchronized rhythm—a tradition passed down through the ages. This ritual served as a mark of high honor, reserved for those with deep ties to the empire, welcoming and honoring them for their visit.

Yu Tong was not surprised by the welcoming ceremony, for she had witnessed far more magnificent displays throughout her life. Nonetheless, she was satisfied with Emperor Jiang Wu’s gracious attitude.

With a dignified expression, Emperor Jiang Wu stepped forward, extending a hand in a gesture of welcome. "Commander Yu Tong, it is an honor to receive you within the halls of the Jiang Dynasty," he said in a calm, measured tone. His voice carried neither authority nor submission, for he was not superior to Yu Tong in any way. "Your sudden visit carries great significance, and we are eager to understand its purpose."

After the formal greetings, the emperor personally led Yu Tong and her delegation through the grand palace halls, their footsteps echoing against the polished marble floors. The corridors were lined with intricate murals depicting the empire’s glorious history, and the air carried the faint scent of incense.

They were soon ushered into a private chamber, an elegantly decorated hall where only the emperor, Yu Tong, and her three companions would convene. As the doors closed behind them, sealing the room in quiet seclusion, Emperor Jiang Wu took his seat and gestured for Yu Tong to do the same.

"Now, Lady Yu Tong," he said, his gaze steady and neutral. "Let us discuss the reason behind your unexpected arrival."
