Jingzhe was in bed with her and she shook him awake. "A Zhe, wake up and see something amazing. Guess which Mo was arrested last night?"

He turned and looked away from her, facing the window. Mei Mei was however determined to show him the picture of Mo Wenbin. It was simply too good to miss.

"A Zhe...Mingzhu is looking for you." She shouted.

He sat up like a robot that had just been activated and his eyes roamed around the room rapidly. When he didn’t see his daughter, he pulled back the duvet and started pushing himself off the bed with the intention of going outside to find Mingzhu.

Mei Mei rolled her eyes. "You have sis cons and daughter cons." She muttered before raising her voice. "A Zhe, Mingzhu is sleeping. I just wanted to show you this picture." She opted for hologram display as she giggled. "Look at him in the leaves, he looks like early man."

Jingzhe looked at Mei Mei with a mix of disbelief and exhaustion on his face. He had stayed up late discussing economics and his plans to become a professor. They both went to bed at around 4:00 a.m.

In that moment, sleep was more important to him than a picture of Mo Wenbin covered in leaves with a part of his ass peeking out.

What happened to censorship? Why hadn’t the ass been covered at least? His daughter was only six and she did not need to be looking at asses on the front page of newspapers.

"Which paper is that?" He asked her, irritated.

"An entertainment blog." She answered. "You sound unhappy and I feel very guilty for waking you up."

Jingzhe yawned and pushed himself back up to his original position beside her. He pulled her down and covered them both. "It is 7:30, can’t we sleep in today?"

"I have work and our date at the pottery shop in the evening." She reminded him.

He groaned. "We are self employed CEO’s, nobody will question us if we skip work for a day."

Mei Mei thought about the cold look of disapproval that Assistant Han would give her behind those new spectacles of hers and she shivered. "Assistant Han is an interrogation teddy bear. She is like a robot, very inflexible on many things, especially work matters.

I cannot take a nap in the office for more than one hour anymore. She said I was abusing the privilege because naps are supposed to be short and used for recharging, not a replacement of a full night’s sleep."

Jingzhe was impressed. "She sounds responsible. That is a good assistant to have. She is better than one that just jumps around and pleases you to the detriment of your business."

Mei Mei nodded and leaned her head back against Jingzhe’s chest. His legs tangled in hers and his arms tightened around her stomach.

The comfort and warmth of holding each other brought smiles to their faces.

"A Zhe, there is something that I have been meaning to discuss with you." She said, "I recently made a trip to Hongduan mountain and discovered some buried treasure."

Mei Mei broached the subject carefully after having done so much thinking about it. She had considered leaving the treasure alone but sooner or later, she knew that it would be discovered. Rather than let someone else take the glory, it was better for A Zhe to take it.

"Treasure..." Jingzhe lifted his head. "What kind of treasure."

Mei Mei had pictures in her phone and she exposed them all using hologram as she recounted the parts of her trip she could share.

"Hold on." He let her go and sat up. "You went to Hongduan mountain alone at night!! What were you thinking? Sister, Hongduan is a dangerous...."

Mei Mei turned and covered his lips with her hand. She had a smile on her face. "It is sweet that you are worried but I am capable of taking care of myself. I flew myself there, tracked down the treasure and got what I needed. As for the rest, I left it there for you to discover."

Jingzhe clenched his jaw and grabbed her hands. The worry in his eyes had not been extinguished. "Sister, I know that you can take care of yourself, but I am allowed to worry about you. I am your man and I am allowed to care about you. What man in my shoes would just not be alarmed to hear about such a thing?"

The smile on Mei Mei’s lips stretched wider. She had found a treasure buried in the mountain but Feng Jingzhe was the real treasure. She had just showed him pictures of gold, jade and other things which people would kill to get their hands on and his biggest concern was her!

If it was Mo Liang, he would be on a plane already, rushing to the mountain along with dozens of other greedy Mo’s. They would not forget to berate her first for not having called them as soon as she discovered the treasure.

Her thoughts were disturbed when Jingzhe started inspecting her body, beginning with her arms. "Were you injured? Hongduan has shrubs with thorns. And the rocks on the mountain. Do you even know that they cut like glass?"

"Like dragon’s spines." She said with a giggle.

Jingzhe frowned. "Don’t giggle. There is nothing giggly about this situation."

She pushed him back and gripped his arms. "A Zhe, I am very fine. I went to the mountain and returned whole and this was like two days ago. We should discuss the treasure, I want you to find a team to take the honors of discovering it. You...."

"I can’t do that." He cut her off. "You discovered it and the honor should be yours. Sister, your life was put at risk to find this treasure and..."

"Aiyo...." She cut him off too. "A Zhe, just listen to me. I don’t need the honor because I am already a noble and I am not very interested in the treasure because I have many ways to make money.

Besides, I already took away the two most prized items that mattered and I will show them to you later. For now, we should make haste before someone else comes across the treasure. Discovering it will help you when it comes to conferment of your noble title. A royal advisor might become a baron but you will be more than a royal advisor.
