Lady Meilin is seduced by her green tea brother-in-law everyday-Chapter 306: Mo Liang’s new demand/threat.
Mei Mei followed the royals and other invited nobles back to the royal palace. Jingzhe went to his office for an hour and then returned home. The neighborhood was quiet as most people were in doors, watching the funeral or hiding from the rain.
Jingzhe was followed inside by the one guard that had opened the gate for him.
"I need a cup of hot milk." He told the butler. "Also, send someone out to buy some crucian carps. I want to prepare crucian carp soup. Buy some tofu too, I think we run out yesterday."
The butler noted down everything that Jingzhe told him to buy and then he found Chen mama and told her to prepare a cup of hot milk for the young master.
Jingzhe went around the house, checking on the pets and distributing food, water, toys or blankets. When he was satisfied that all was well, he returned to the living room.
As he sat down, Chen mama placed the cup of hot milk on the table.
The guard had not left the house just yet. He had followed Jingzhe to the living room and he was standing straight with a hood of a rain coat covering the upper part of his face. The bottom half was covered by a scarf.
After Chen mama left, Jingzhe looked at the guard and smiled provocatively. "How nice of you to drop by for a visit big brother."
The guard went stiff for a moment. Then, he lowered the hood of the rain coat and removed the scarf, revealing his face. Indeed, it was Mo Liang, just as Jingzhe had guessed. He had grown a beard while in prison and his head had yet to grow any hair.
Ever since the seven lightning strikes, it was still completely hairless. It was smoother than an egg.
He had lost some weight, his eyes were sunken and his face had grown some wrinkles.
Jingzhe leaned back in the chair and grinned. "Oomf, you look....err....not so nice. Wrinkles in your early thirties!!! Prison water must be poison."
Mo Liang was already angry and every word that came out of Jingzhe’s mouth only served to increase his anger. "Shut up you son of a bitch."
"Son of a bastard, you mean." Jingzhe smirked. "Or maybe son of a dog." He removed his watch and placed it on the table. "I don’t mind any names that you call your father but if you insult my mother, you might need a new set of teeth after you are hauled back to prison."
Mo Liang clenched his jaw. His eyes scorched with hatred for Jingzhe, his father’s bastard. Jingzhe’s birth was a curse. Something that never should have happened. He took a knife out of his pocket.
It was silver, with a wooden handle. An ordinary kitchen knife which could be found in the kitchen of any home.
Jingzhe did not flinch. In fact, he smiled because he was amused. "You have poor tastes in a lot of things, including your choice of murder weapon." He spread his arms out, "So, you came all this way to kill me?"
His eyes roamed down to Mo Liang’s leg. "I am pretty sure that you are wearing a tracking monitor. If it is not on you, it is in you. Most prisoners don’t realize that the first compulsory injection given in prison under the disguise of a booster shot is actually a disguise for small tracking chips. Why do you think most escaped prisoners are found within the first one hour?"
Mo Liang’s eyes widened. He thought back to the injection which he had received three weeks back. He also looked at his leg. He had paid a lot of money to a hacker to interfere with the monitoring for at least three hours.
He wanted to use those three hours to take care of some business before he was taken back to prison later on in the evening of that very day.
If what Jingzhe was saying was true, then he had screwed up again. But he did not believe it. If it was the case then why hadn’t the police burst in and arrested him already?
Mo Liang laughed. "Nice try. You can try to scare me but it will not work. I already had someone hack into the security cameras here so no one knows where I am. Also, I have been waiting here for an hour and nothing has happened so far." He reached into the pocket of his trouser and brought out a folded paper.
Confidently, he held it up and said to Jingzhe, "This is a share transfer agreement. I want all the shares you own in Huaqi. If you don’t sign it, I will kill you right here and wait for that bitch Meilin to come back and kill her too. I will even kill that little bastard Mingzhu. Doesn’t she call you dad now? I will send her down to you so that you can all reunite in the underworld."
Jingzhe arched both of his brows. Just when he thought this visit could not get anymore ridiculous, Mo Liang took it up a notch. 𝕗𝚛𝚎𝚎𝐰𝗲𝗯𝗻𝚘𝚟𝚎𝗹.𝕔𝐨𝕞
Mo Liang hissed and threw the paper at Jingzhe. "Sign it now."
Jingzhe picked it up with a smile on his face and perused through it. Then he reached into his own pocket for a pen and signed the transfer agreement.
Mo Liang’s eyes lit up with excitement and his heart pounded. He laughed in a deep bass, rejoicing over his good fortune. He had gone from broke to billionaire in a matter of seconds. "Throw it back me." He ordered.
Jingzhe did as told and leaned back in the chair.
Mo Liang was careful as he bent down to retrieve the paper. When his eyes fell on the place Jingzhe had signed, his smile turned into a scowl.
FUCK YOU!!!
Jingzhe had cursed him in writing instead of signing. Mo Liang screamed and he jumped over the table.
