I Try To Enjoy My Life But This Woman Keep Calling Me Villain-Chapter 119: Rebellion
After healing Lord Christoper and Lady Julianna, we take them to the meeting room, where the servant serves us some tea. My father looks at the maid next to him and says.
"Tell the others when the others come back to go to this room."
"Of course, my lord."
After saying that, the maid walks away to inform the other servants. With her walk away, my father looks at Lord Christoper and says.
"Chris, what happened? Tell me."
Lord Christoper looks at my father and says.
"Before I explain something to you, I need to apologize to Lord Gwyndolin."
"Hmmm? Why do you need to apologize to me, Lord Christoper?"
"Yes. I lied to you about the situation in Blackmore. I’m telling the truth when I said that I did not know there were monsters nearby, but I’m lying to you when I said that I did not know the reason why. I know the reason. It was Nathaniel. He is the one who did not report back. There is a movement in the nearby forest, and now you need to defeat them."
"I see. I don’t mind that. You didn’t need to apologize."
"Thank you."
Lord Christoper bows a little before looking back at my father.
"Anyway, after knowing this, I quickly took Nathaniel to my office and scolded him for his carelessness. I should know what will happen because he tells me to rebel against you, my lord. However, I thought that he was only saying that and would never do what he wanted to do."
Oh, this is what Jonathan is talking about. I also thought that he would not do what he wanted, but it looks like he is too stupid to think he can rebel without retaliation. Truly, the only infinite thing in the world is Space and Stupidity.
"And his first action is to overthrow me. I don’t know how he gets those people, but they are stronger than the soldiers I train and my sworn shield. Not only that, there are also magicians among those people, so we cannot run away. The only thing that saves us all is the pendants Lord Gwyndolin gave us in the past. The rings protect us from a deadly blow and teleport us here."
My father looks at me, and I decide to explain to them.
"Those rings can block a deadly blow to the wearer for quite an amount of blow. Not only that, but they also teleport Lord Christoper and Lady Yullianna to the nearby ’Safe House’ I mark, and among them is the room next to my room. I gave them those rings because of the recent spike in monster attacks, and I want them to be safe. I never thought that the rings would be activated so soon."
My father nods in understanding and says.
"I see. It is a shame that it needs to be activated this soon, but your gift saved Christoper and Yullianna’s life. Good work, son."
"Thank you, Father."
My father nods and looks back at Lord Christoper.
"What do you want to do now, Chris? As a traitor and an attempted Kinslayer, his punishment is dead. However, this is your son. I don’t want to kill him without your consent."
Lord Christoper and Lady Yullianna shake their heads before saying.
"No. He is no longer our son. He is nothing but a bandit in our eyes."
I hold myself back as I feel some sort of electricity going through my body. That can only mean one thing. The curse has now been activated, and I know that Nathaniel will die in a few hours or even less.
"I see. Then we know what our next action will be."
"Yes. Thank you for your help, my lord."
"What are you talking about, Chris? We are friends, and friends will help each other when they are in need."
Lord Christoper looks at my father and smiles.
=//=
"And that is the situation."
I look at my friends and companions. We are now inside my private room, and I’m just done explaining the situation. I can see Jonathan and Jullian nod their heads while Sonia and Silva smile at the news of Nathaniel’s demise.
"Anyway, we will march north to Blackmore tomorrow morning. However, before we march there, I have a job for you, Jullian, Jonathan."
At the mention of their name, Jullian and Jonathan straighten up their bodies.
"What do we need to do, my lord?"
"Tell me your order, young master!"
I look at the two of them and say.
"I want you to teleport back to Blackmore City and spread the word of Nathaniel’s treachery. Before we leave Blackmore City, I put a magical circle on the hidden location in Blackmore City. I can teleport you there in a second and spread the rumor of Nathaniel’s treachery."
"Can I ask how to do it, my lord?"
I look at Jullian and say.
"You can ask Jonathan. He knows how to do it in this mission."
I turn to Jonathan and say.
"Jonathan, can you lead this mission?"
"Of course, my lord! I will teach Senior Jullian how to cause chaos."
"Thank you. Anyway, this mission is to ensure the soldiers in Blackmore City did not side with Nathaniel and inform them we are coming. We did not want whoever was helping Nathaniel to know about us coming."
Jullian and Jonathan nod their head and says
"Leave them to us, my lord."
"Yes! We will do our best, young master!"
I nod and say.
"Good. Go to the empty room next to my bedroom. You can find the magic circle inside the drawer near the bed. Open the wardrobe, and you will find a magic circle inside the wardrobe. You stand on the magic circle and push some mana into it. The magic circle will take you to Blackmore City."
Jonathan and Jullian nod their heads and say at once.
"Yes, my lord!"

|3rdP POV|
Seven people gather in one room. They are the captain of the soldiers that protect Blackmore City and the area around it. They are gathered together because each one of them receives a letter from someone they follow, Lord Christoper.
"The rest of you know the reason why I call you here."
The four others captain nod their head, and one of them says.
"Yes. We get a letter from the special bird that only Lord Cunningham can have. Not only that, but the letter also has a stamp that only Lord Jiran can have. That can only mean one thing."
The first captain nods his head and says.
"Yes. That means Nathaniel is lying, and he is the one killing Lord Jiran and not a group of bandits."
The other captains nod their heads.
"What should we do now? Should we attack Nathaniel and the group that supports him now, or should we follow the order from the direct subordinate of Lord Gwyndolin?"
Before they get together to have a meeting, they get approached by two people. They are Jonathan and Jullian. The captains know about them because Gwyndolin’s group always trains with the soldiers in Blackmore City, and they get to know each other.
Jullian becomes a friend to one of the captains after the Lightning Knight teaches one of the captains a few pointers to his fighting style.
"I think we should listen to them."
The captain with light blue hair says while looking at his fellow captains with a frown on his face.
"I want to come and immediately kill that man, but we cannot do anything recklessly. We did not know about this mysterious group that was helping Nathaniel. We did not know how powerful they were, and by the sound of it, they were powerful. They manage to kill the sworn shields of Lord Jiran and even break the shield that Lord Gwyndolin gives to our lord."
The rest of the captains slowly nod their heads in understanding. The blue-haired captain is right, and they know it. Some of them want to grab the glory of killing the traitor, but they value their life more. One of the captains spar with one of the Sworn Shields of Lord Jiran, and he cannot beat one of them.
So facing someone who can kill all ten of them... is something that they cannot fathom.
The oldest captain nods and says.
"Very well. We will wait for the Cunningham Army to come and open the gate for them."
The rest of the captains nod, and the meeting is over.
While the captains return back to their homes, people in the lord’s office are in a state of panic—his plan to slowly take over Blackmore City and use Nathaniel as his puppet has backfired.
Who is this person? This is the man who gives Nathaniel’s contact to the Assassin Guild in the underworld. He is a rich man, that is true, but he is rich not because of trading goods like he said it was but rather from swindling rich kids like Nathaniel.
His grand plan is to make Nathaniel a lord of this city so he can be rich by controlling the lord. However, it backfired after Nathaniel died from the curse. He is lucky that Nathaniel’s demise is happening in the lord’s office, so no servant is willing to get inside unless asked for.
However, he knows he only has a short time because the servant will notice sooner or later, and his life will be in danger.
He has a few options. The first is to run away, but he knows it is a bad idea. His face will be known throughout the kingdom, and bounty hunters will hunt him down. He also cannot go to other kingdoms as well because he knows that killing a noble is the greatest sin, and his face will be spread like wildfire.
He never expected the Jiran Couple to get away and Nathaniel would die. He did not have any scapegoat to push away the blame as he was the only person that came with Nathaniel to the palace.
"No! I still have a chance! I can hire a mercenary to fight my battle! I can still pose as an advisor to that spoiled brat and get money from the vault. Yes! Let’s do that. I will hire the one from the underworld. I still have time before the news spreads out."
Sadly, he does not know he is in denial, and all his plans will not work.
