I can only smile at the sight in front of me. The sight of Jonathan and Jullian struggling to maintain their composure while Silva and Sonia teach them how to eat using the dining utensil the noble way.

Yeah. I have heard of this news as well.

The Gokuya Kingdom is on the brink of destruction because of its own actions. Only four points of territory still stand and have a chance to get away from this disaster. The first one is the Crown’s Territory, the territory where the royal family directly rule.

The second one is a surprising one. They are a bunch of Baronies Territories that band together to fight against the monster wave. They are located in the easternmost territory of the Gokuya Kingdom. Since they are a border city, they are ready to receive the monster wave and combine it with their mountainous territory; they have an easier time defending their territory.

The third one is the southernmost Viscounty territory of the Gokuya Kingdom. They can defeat the incoming monster wave because most of the monsters coming to their territory are weaker and usually come in fewer numbers than the ones attacking the northern territory of the Gokuya Kingdom.

The fourth one is the Duchy Vortigern territory. It looks like that woman manages to use the items I give her effectively, and she can defend against the monster and even take some of the territory back from the monster.

I don’t know how she uses the items, but I have a feeling that she uses the Golem as the vanguard while the humans follow them from behind to attack the monsters while the Golems hold the monsters. The [Golem Archer] was placed at the very back to attack from a distance.

That is my prediction of what that woman will use to attack the monsters. There’s no need to make a complicated attack against mindless monsters. The more simple the plan, the more it will succeed because the soldiers do not need to worry about following them and can focus on attacking the monsters.

Catharina looks at Jon, and I can see the man sigh for a second before saying.

Catharina looks at me with a frown and says,

"Yes. He is the most powerful being in this world."

I look at Silva and am about to answer her, but Catharina beats me to it.

"He has the power to control Luck. There is a saying when you are facing him. Anything that can go wrong will go wrong when he is around. If there is a possibility of several things going wrong, the one that will go wrong is the one that will cause the most damage."

Silva looks at her and me for a few seconds before saying.

"That is a very powerful ability."

"Yes. That is why we did not want to get him here."

After saying that, Catharina looks at me and says.

After saying that, Lord Verqur gets up on his horse and starts to join his army. I wave my hand at Catharina and her companion inside the carriage. Catharina did not like riding a horse because of how rough it could be and decided to take the carriage.

When we see them get far away, we get back to the city.

The past three days have been peaceful for me and the city. There is not a single trouble happening, and I think I can have some vacation time just for Silva and me. Even when there is trouble, what’s worse can happen?

"Huh?!"

Dammit! I invite Murphy, and he is coming with a vengeance!

I look at my father and say.

"We need to go back to the palace, Father! There is an emergency."

I take out two pendants that will let us fly and say.

Without hesitation, my father put the pendant around his neck, and we flew back to the palace. It only takes us a few seconds to arrive in front of the palace. When we land on the ground, I quickly take my father to the room next to my bedroom.

I open the door and see the Jiran couple lying on the ground, bleeding but alive.

My father and I run toward the Jiran couple, and I start healing them. While I’m healing them, my father asks Lord Christoper an important question.

Lord Christoper looks at my father and says.
