I Just Wanted to Be a Galactic Hunter—Why Am I on the Wanted List?-Chapter 216: Getting Along

No longer monitoring the room next door, Loren stood up and walked to the balcony outside the living room, pulling open the curtains.

He needed to breathe some fresh air and, incidentally, forget the utterly absurd scene he had just witnessed. He was afraid he might become infected by the Nature Sect's crude way of doing things.

As Loren's understanding of the Nature Sect deepened, he increasingly felt that the people in the Nature Sect weren't the sharpest tools in the shed.

Powerful? Traded their brains for it... Loren silently complained in his heart.

Standing on the balcony, Loren gazed into the distance. After taking a deep breath of fresh air...

His powerful mental energy allowed him to sense subtle vibrations transmitted through the air.

Moreover, from time to time, bursts of tremendous noise would echo across the sky above Radiant Flow Main City, even accompanied by the dazzling brilliance of several energy explosions.

The Nature Sect and the Morningstar Family had already clashed.

"The residual shockwaves from the battle are quite significant..." Loren murmured softly as he looked into the distance.

"Master, do you think Radiant Flow Main City will be destroyed by them?" Raven asked in his mind.

"Don't underestimate those hidden cult organizations. When the fighting reaches their secret outposts, they'll quietly intervene in some way."

Loren recalled the intelligence regarding the Radiant Flow Star Domain; it was a base for numerous cult organizations...

"If they were truly weak, they would have been purged by the Security Bureau long ago. Yet they are still alive and well, living quite comfortably."

Hearing this, Raven fell silent.

It couldn't understand why humans, after acquiring brains, always ended up entangled in various conflicts...

Those cult organizations and the Federation government were clearly from the same species. It felt an inexplicable sense of sorrow...

A long silence settled over the balcony.

Standing there, Loren was unaware that Raven was contemplating philosophical thoughts about "intra-species war and peace," nor was he in the mood to pay attention to Raven's melancholy.

He was feeling a bit disappointed about something else.

"Such a spectacular scene, yet I cannot participate. What a pity..." His tone carried a hint of disappointment.

Clearly, even though Loren and Raven shared one body, their joys and sorrows were not the same.

Watching the chaos in the distance, Loren surprisingly felt a flicker of desire to join the fray arise in his heart.

Unfortunately, at present, he really wasn't suited to be exposed to the gaze of numerous Legendary Grand Druids.

Loren kept reminding himself internally that his current task was to quietly see off that Grand Druid Solon.

Afterwards, he would continue wearing the banner of the Nature Sect while committing misdeeds...

That was the rational choice.

Federal Calendar 7708, November 5th, evening.

The battle in Radiant Flow Main City completely ceased after two hours.

For a moment, the entire Main City became eerily quiet.

Most areas inside Radiant Flow Main City were already empty.

Ordinary civilians had long since evacuated under the guidance of the Security Bureau.

As for those low and mid-rank Superhumans, they had already skillfully retreated outside the Main City during this major upheaval.

For these mid and low-rank Superhumans active in the Radiant Flow Star Domain, one didn't necessarily have to be powerful, but escape speed had to be exceptional.

This was a basic condition for survival.

In the Radiant Flow Star Domain, large-scale battles like this were quite common. While not exactly an everyday occurrence, they were certainly not rare.

Just since Loren arrived at Radiant Flow Main City, in the short span of over half a month, this Main City had already experienced three battles with relatively wide-ranging impact.

"The Gray Moon leader attacked the Interstellar Hunter Association," "The Security Bureau purged the Digital Currency Bank," "The Nature Sect is blocking people again."

Although Loren's shadow was somewhat behind these incidents, it also proved from the side that Radiant Flow Main City possessed the fundamental conditions for chaos to occur.

Various powerful individuals of unknown origin and cult organizations were one of the distinctive features of this Radiant Flow Main City.

Loren had merely blended into the local atmosphere, simply following local customs.

And when the commotion of the battle in Radiant Flow Main City completely vanished, Loren, having finished watching the "various fireworks in the sky," silently returned to the lounge.

Two minutes later, Loren sensed that Solon Linton had once again landed outside the castle gates with his War Treant.

Loren directly walked out of his lounge, went next door, and knocked on the door of room 104.

"What's wrong, Big Brother?" It was the little one who came to open the door.

"Grand Druid Solon has returned. He's waiting for us outside the castle." As Loren spoke, he discreetly scanned the inside of Lounge 104.

Inside the room, the three female disciples of the Nature Sect were currently surrounding a potted plant, casting spells and competing to see whose growth-acceleration spell was more proficient.

The ornamental plant, under the continuous effects of their growth-acceleration spells, had now almost grown to the ceiling.

"Excellent, very naive." Loren silently evaluated in his heart.

Upon hearing Loren's words, the three female disciples of the Nature Sect inside the room all stopped their growth-acceleration spells.

"I won!"

"Nonsense! I clearly won! Your growth-acceleration spell almost deformed the plant!"

"The victor needs no words! It's obvious! You two still need more practice!!"

These three female disciples, as soon as the spells stopped, eagerly began arguing about who the winner was.

Finally, the three, unable to reach a consensus, all turned their gazes towards the little one!

"Little Ayla, you watched the whole thing! Tell us! Which one of us three won?" Moody's emotions were clearly a bit agitated; she firmly believed she had won.

The three gentle-natured female disciples specifically brought by Solon Linton now fixed their sharp stares intently on Ayla Morningstar.

The little one sighed silently inwardly. Immature adults!

Then she hopped and skipped to the doorway, hiding behind Loren.

Aunt Tina said that offending people should be done sparingly, or you might get hit with a sap while walking at night!

As the little one moved, the three pairs of eyes shifted to Loren...

Loren looked at this scene with an uneventful expression, saying nothing, and deliberately revealed a hint of his "work-mode" demeanor.

The air grew quiet, and the argument subsided.

"Let's go, you three." After speaking, Loren turned and took the little one's hand, walking towards the staircase.

The three female disciples of the Nature Sect in the room unconsciously let out a sigh of relief after Loren turned around, resuming their breathing...

So scary... my hairs are standing on end...

Teacher, I never want to interact with members of the Radicals again. These guys are all like bloodthirsty beasts...

After exchanging glances, the three obediently followed Loren's steps.
