His soul-Chapter 435: A Love

Too tired, Massimo ended up falling asleep on the sofa while waiting for Gina to clean herself in the bathroom. Gina, who didn’t know that Massimo was asleep, looked scared when she came out of the bathroom, she lowered her head deeply because she didn’t want to meet her husband’s eyes.

"Massimo...."

Gina immediately covered her mouth when she saw the figure of the man who had just dragged her home, sleeping on the sofa in a very uncomfortable position. Gina clutched her chest which felt tight. Gina couldn’t bear and felt sorry for Massimo’s current condition, because she didn’t want to disturb Massimo’s sleep, Gina decided to get dressed immediately.

"Chamomile tea please, madam," Daisy said quietly to Gina, who had just finished dressing in the walk-in closet.

Gina nodded slowly. "Thank You."

"Chamomile tea will make you much better, madam," Daisy explained again. 𝒇𝓻𝓮𝓮𝙬𝙚𝒃𝒏𝓸𝙫𝒆𝙡.𝓬𝓸𝒎

"Really, I just found out."

Daisy gently explained the various benefits of chamomile tea to Gina who had already drank a little of her chamomile tea, Gina smiled several times when Daisy mentioned the benefits of the tea she had just drunk for the first time.

"So this tea can be consumed everyday?"

"Of course you can, madam."

Gina nodded her head slowly, not long after that Gina’s attention returned to Massimo who still hadn’t changed his sleeping position after twenty minutes had passed. Gina looks very worried seeing Massimo’s way of sleeping which is very uncomfortable, Gina is sure that Massimo’s neck must be sore right now.

Daisy, who managed to read the situation, then excused herself from the presence of Gina, as a person who had a lot of experience in life, Daisy knew what to do. As soon as Daisy closed the door to her room, Gina then carefully placed the teacup on the table. After that, with a bit of fear, Gina walked towards the sofa where Massimo was sleeping, already prepared with all the risks. Gina slowly touched Massimo’s face, which had a slightly beard, as he softly called the man’s name.

"Hey, wake up. Go to bed," Gina whispered softly which failed to wake Massimo from his sleep.

Gina chose to wake Massimo from his sleep because she had no other choice, her body which was much smaller than Massimo obviously wouldn’t be able to carry him to the bed like Massimo had been doing to her.

Seeing that Massimo’s eyes were still closed, Gina took a deep breath, facing Massimo who was awake, she had a hard time, let alone the version of Massimo who was sleeping like this.

"Honey," Gina called back. "Get up, let’s move to bed. My body will hurt if I sleep on this narrow sofa with you."

Gina’s words succeeded in making Massimo wake up from his dream, miraculously. In his deep sleep Massimo was instantly awakened by the seductive words that escaped Gina’s lips.

Gina’s sweet smile widened as Massimo opened his eyes. "Let’s go to bed, shall we," Gina coaxed softly.

Massimo yawned widely, he was really tired and needed sleep to restore his exhausted energy. In a semi-conscious state Massimo sat up straight, the next second he stood up and reached out to Gina who was already looking up at him.

Gina who understood immediately took Massimo’s hand, after that Gina obediently followed Massimo’s steps towards their big bed which was still neat and smelling good. As Massimo sat on the edge of the bed Gina moved her hand towards Massimo’s face, feeling it gently.

"You should shave immediately."

Massimo smiled. "Want to help?"

"I can’t, what if I hurt you?"

"No, I’ll teach you first," said Massimo softly, though he had barely woken up to his senses.

"Ok, we’ll talk about that later. Now you have to sleep, these dark circles under your eyes are a little less handsome."

"But you still like me, right?"

Gina chuckled. "What kind of question is that? Of course it still is."

Massimo pursed his lips. "I love you, don’t make me mad, honey."

Gina shook her head quickly. "No, I won’t upset you. Promise."

Massimo who was still sleepy smiled again, the next second Massimo slowly leaned his head on Gina’s chest. "Sleep with me," he said quietly.

Gina, who couldn’t refuse Massimo’s request, couldn’t help but smile, using both her hands Gina pushed Massimo back so that the man lay on the bed. Seeing Massimo lying resignedly under her like this made Gina not have the heart to keep him awake for too long, Gina knew how much sleep Massimo needed right now. Because of that Gina quickly lay down beside Massimo whose body still smelled of magnolia, this afternoon after eating Massimo took a shower and changed clothes before continuing the interrogation again until finally Massimo had to get a report that he didn’t want to hear from Darius at all.

"Go to sleep, I’ll be with you," Gina whispered softly.

Massimo who was really sleepy just smiled a little at Gina’s words, not long after that the sound of his snoring was clearly heard in Gina’s ears who was already lying on Massimo’s left side. Seeing Massimo’s sleeping face like this made Gina feel warm, her fear of Massimo’s anger that previously filled her chest was now gone without a trace.

"What exactly are you doing right now to make you leave me for more than twenty-four hours without a word, Massimo? Don’t you know how lonely I am in this house without you?" Gina said hoarsely, letting out her thoughts. "I can’t sleep without you by my side, Massimo."

Massimo who had actually fallen asleep did not give any response, his tiredness and sleepiness could no longer be held back. Gina looked around, looking around her room which was now brightly lit because all the curtains covering the room had been opened by the maids. Gina carefully got out of bed, trying not to make the slightest movement so that Massimo wouldn’t be disturbed. After successfully landing her feet on the floor, Gina immediately walked towards the wall where there was a button that controlled all lighting and movement of the curtains in her room. Gina pressed one of the buttons in between which made all the curtains fall, covering the large glass that was the wall of her room perfectly.

Once all the curtains are closed, the state of the room becomes very dark and of course comfortable to sleep. With a small smile Gina returned to the bed to rejoin Massimo, Gina rested her head on Massimo’s left arm and began to close her eyes. The four-hour flight that brought Massimo out of the Red Devils had consumed a lot of energy. In a short time, Gina finally followed Massimo into dreamland, returning to live with Massimo making Gina realize that she could no longer live without that man. All the sweet treatment she received at this time was very difficult to match.

Diego, who was still lying on his bed, smiled broadly at the message Gina sent a moment ago, a message containing Gina’s promise to ask Massimo for permission to make Diego happy.

"Calm down, my beautiful sister, I will patiently wait for you to come into my arms. Until that time comes, I swear I will never let you go again."
