His soul-Chapter 434: Crazy of love
"I’m not forcing you, Gina. I don’t want to get you in trouble if you help me work for our family company."
Diego’s words continued to ring in Gina’s ears even though her conversation with Diego had ended an hour ago, Gina was really very disturbed by her stepbrother’s words that touched on the family company and her father’s health condition. Since the first, Gina has always been weak when it comes to discussing family matters. Her marriage to Massimo was even due to her family’s situation being cornered at the time, because at that time Gina was very confused, especially since she had already made a promise to Diego.
"Argghhh why is it like this, Massimo would be angry if he knew Diego asked for my help," said Gina in her heart.
Being in the car that was ready to go, Gina couldn’t hear the noisy surroundings, Gina didn’t realize that at this time Massimo, who had not slept since yesterday and was in a bad mood, was walking towards her with both hands clenched tightly. His hardened jaw and sharp eyes made Massimo look terrible.
Thump..Thump...
"Jesus!" Gina screamed in surprise when she heard a harsh knock on the left car window from the outside, but it was nothing compared to Gina’s surprise when she saw who was standing next to her car with a clearly visible angry face.
"Open!" shouted Massimo loudly.
With trembling hands Gina pressed the central lock button which automatically made the two-door car open, without another word Massimo pulled the door handle on the left where Gina was.
"Go out!" he said again with a piercing cold aura.
Like a child who had just been caught doing something wrong, Gina got out of the car carefully without daring to look at Massimo who was waiting patiently for her to get out of the car. As soon as Gina’s feet hit the ground, Massimo then grabbed Gina’s left hand and pulled her firmly towards the other side of the car.
"Get in and put your seatbelt on right away," Massimo ordered again after opening the car door on the right.
Again Gina obeyed Massimo’s orders without arguing, Gina seemed smart enough not to provoke Massimo’s anger even more. As soon as he made sure that Gina was in her seat properly, Massimo walked back to the other side of the car and sat in the driver’s seat that had previously been Gina’s seat.
After making sure that Gina had put her seat belt on properly, Massimo then stepped on the gas pedal hard and immediately made the metallic black Mercedes Benz S600 Maybach sped off at high speed on the streets of Almeria. Gina, who was already wearing her seat belt, even had to hold on to the chair she was sitting in for fear, Massimo was really functioning his sports car well at the moment.
"Slow down, Massimo...I’m scared," Gina said quietly.
"Afraid?"
"Yeah, I’m scared. Please."
Massimo smirked. "Too late to be afraid, dear. You should have thought about the consequences of this a few hours ago before deciding to run away from home."
"I didn’t run away," Gina said loudly, rejecting Massimo’s accusations.
"Oh yeah? Then what’s this called?" asked Massimo loudly. "Driving alone so far, running away from Darius’ guard. If not running away what would that be called?"
Gina clenched her fists, trying to keep herself from crying at Massimo’s loud voice. "I just wanted to get some fresh air."
"Tsk looking for fresh air? Oh come on, honey. Use a more reasonable excuse, an excuse that is more acceptable to a sane person like me," said Massimo sarcastically. "Is it difficult to comply with my request, Gina? My request is also not difficult to do, is it?"
Gina immediately turned her face toward the road, refusing to answer Massimo’s question.
"I just ask you to be a good wife, Gina. A wife who faithfully waits for her husband to come home from work," Massimo said again, his voice shaking slightly as he spoke.
Gina, who had been trying her best not to cry, chose to pretend she didn’t hear what Massimo had to say, Gina realized that her defense would definitely be ignored by Massimo. Because of that Gina chose to remain silent, Gina decided to wait for the right time to talk to Massimo. Realizing that Gina ignored all of Massimo’s words and then returned to increase the speed of the car which made Gina even more uneasy, in silence Gina’s hands continued to grip tightly on her seat belt with her eyes closed. Even though in the past Gina used to ride her motorbike at high speed, but when she was in a car driven by a crazy driver like Massimo her fear arose.
In less than an hour Massimo finally managed to get home safely, his face looked calm without guilt after making Gina scream several times as he made a sharp turn at high speed while avoiding another car coming from the opposite direction. Gina, who was already very nauseous, immediately took off her seat belt and got out of the car in a hurry, because she couldn’t hold her nausea for too long, Gina finally vomited the contents of her stomach right beside the car.
Holding on to the car door that had not been closed, Gina vomited her stomach contents. Seeing Gina vomit Massimo brushed his hair roughly, his anger that was still blazing was instantly extinguished when he saw Gina like that. Without speaking, Massimo then got out of the car and walked towards Gina.
"Spit it all out," Massimo said softly to Gina as he gently massaged the back of her neck.
Gina, who only vomited water, looked very weak, she had not eaten lunch yet made her head feel heavy after vomiting. Using a handkerchief, Gina covered her mouth which now tasted sour.
"Done?" asked Massimo again.
Gina nodded slowly, her eyes were already teary explaining how bad she was right now.
Because her head was getting heavier, Gina finally decided to enter the house without Massimo’s help, but just as she was about to take a step her joints suddenly felt weak. Luckily Massimo noticed and easily grabbed Gina’s wobbly body into his arms again before finally carrying her like a bride.
Gina who was limp could only surrender to the sweet treatment from Massimo in front of everyone, at a glance Gina had seen how pale the faces of Darius and his three other friends were.
Although very tired and in need of rest, Massimo still carried Gina up to their room without difficulty. Martin who was standing near Darius could only shake his head slowly at the attitude of his master, it was still clear in Martin’s memory a moment ago how angry Massimo was when he got the news about Gina’s escape from Darius and the others. Massimo, who still hasn’t recovered from the trauma of his separation from Gina, went crazy at that moment, Massimo even pushed a policeman who was still trying to detain him in Red Devil because the investigation process had not yet been completed.
Massimo would rather deal with the law than lose Gina again, so he immediately went to find Gina, armed with Gina’s cell phone signal that he had tracked earlier. Love conquers logic. 𝗳𝚛𝗲𝕖𝕨𝕖𝗯𝚗𝚘𝕧𝕖𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝕞
