Chapter 489: Rachel Is The Real Boss

Garion let out a long breath and glanced at Rachel. "Don’t you think you were a bit too harsh on them?"

He rubbed his forehead, still trying to process everything. "This whole mess started because of us in the first place..."

Rachel, still under the blanket, looked at him and smiled calmly. "Garion."

Her tone softened slightly. "They’re adults. They should be able to handle something like this."

Garion frowned. "That’s not really the issue here."

Rachel tilted her head, her smile deepening just a little. "Then stop thinking about them."

She leaned a bit closer. "Focus on me instead."

Garion blinked. "Wait... what do you mean?"

Rachel didn’t look away. "Let’s continue what we were doing."

Garion stared at her for a second. "You’re serious? You heard everything they said, right?"

Rachel raised a brow. "Of course I did."

She didn’t look bothered at all. "But I don’t care about thin walls or the fact that we went at it for two days straight."

Her hand moved lightly onto his arm. "What matters is this..."

She leaned in slightly. "Do you think I’m satisfied?"

Garion frowned. "You’re... not?"

Rachel shook her head. "Of course not."

Her gaze dropped briefly to her own body, then returned to him. "The moment I started cultivating your path..."

She paused for half a second. "...everything improved."

Her eyes locked onto his. "including my carnal desire."

Garion went still.

Rachel leaned closer, her voice calm but direct. "A short session like two days is nowhere near enough for me."

Garion paused, clearly caught off guard. He stared at her like he was trying to confirm something.

...Is this really Rachel? Where’s the gentle, soft-spoken one?

Before he could say anything, Rachel continued, as if she had just realized something. "In fact..."

She looked at him thoughtfully. "After what Dahlia said..."

Her lips curved slightly. "Did you actually create this cultivation path for... long sessions like this?"

Garion immediately shook his head. "No! Of course not!"

Rachel nodded once, accepting it without arguing. "I see."

Then her eyes narrowed slightly. "But either way..."

Her hand tightened slightly on his arm. "I’m not letting you leave until I’m satisfied."

Garion pointed vaguely toward the outside. "We already arrived."

Rachel didn’t even look. "So what?"

Her voice didn’t waver. "I already said... you’re not leaving."

Garion blinked, then let out a breath. "...You’re serious."

Rachel didn’t answer. She just looked at him.

Garion sighed, then shifted and sat up straighter, his expression changing. "Fine."

He rolled his shoulders slightly. "Then this time..."

His tone dropped a little. "I won’t hold back."

Rachel laughed, clearly pleased. "Good."

She leaned back slightly, still watching him. "Show me how good you really are, Garion."

A faint smirk formed on her lips. "The great leader of God Gym... don’t disappoint me."

Outside the room, Valtor, Clara, the twins, Seira, and Arden were still nearby.

At first, it was quiet. Then... they all paused.

Rynar frowned slightly. "...Don’t tell me." 𝒻𝓇𝑒𝘦𝘸𝑒𝒷𝓃ℴ𝑣𝘦𝑙.𝒸ℴ𝘮

Rynor slowly turned his head toward the wall. "...They started again."

Valtor’s face lit up immediately. "HAHA! No way!"

Clara blinked, then slowly stepped closer to the wall. "...Wait. I need to confirm this."

One by one, they leaned in. Ears pressed against the wall.

Then Rachel’s voice came through. "Garion... come on. Is that all you’ve got? Do it harder. Faster."

Valtor almost lost it. "HAHA! Master’s getting pressured!"

Clara covered her mouth, eyes wide. "This is insane..."

Rynor dragged a hand down his face. "...I don’t want to hear this."

Rynar clicked his tongue but didn’t move away. "...Too late now."

Seira stood straight with her arms folded. A faint smile appeared. "...As expected of Elder Rachel."

Clara slowly turned toward her. "...You’re impressed?"

Seira nodded slightly. "Of course. She’s completely dominating this... workout."

Clara blinked, then looked back at the wall. "...That’s one way to put it."

Then she turned to the twins again. "I’ll ask one more time. Are you absolutely sure that’s your mother?"

Rynor sighed. "I don’t even know anymore."

Rynar shook his head. "We told you. This is new to us too."

Clara let out a long breath. "...That’s actually terrifying."

Another faint sound came through the wall.

"Garion... don’t slow down."

Rachel’s voice followed, steady and firm. "I said harder. Keep up."

A short pause...

Then again, clearer this time. "Don’t make me take control again."

Everyone went quiet. No one spoke for a moment.

Then Clara straightened up and waved her hand. "Alright. That’s enough."

She stepped back. "We do not need to hear any more of this."

Arden nodded right away. "Agreed."

Seira turned slightly toward the exit. "The ship has already arrived."

Valtor stretched his arms, still grinning. "Heh. Let them finish. I’m heading out."

Rynar exhaled. "Yeah. I’m done."

Rynor nodded. "Same here. I’ve suffered enough."

One by one, they moved away from the wall.

Clara stayed behind for a second, glancing back once more.

She shook her head. "...Master’s life is way crazier than I thought."

Then... Right as she turned to leave...

Eliza appeared beside her without a sound.

Clara jumped slightly. "...What the hell?!"

She stared at her. "You’re here? Since when?"

She narrowed her eyes a bit. "...And why do you look completely fine?"

Clara leaned closer, lowering her voice. "Don’t tell me you’re not bothered by all that."

Eliza shook her head calmly. "You forgot."

Clara blinked. "Forgot what?"

"My physique," Eliza spoke quietly. "I can suppress my presence... and my senses."

She paused. "Including hearing."

Clara froze for a second. Then slowly nodded. "...Oh."

Another pause. "...That’s actually broken."

Eliza didn’t react. She simply gave a small nod.

Then she turned and walked away without a sound. Just like that.

Clara blinked, watching her leave. "...Yeah. Of course you’re leaving just like that."

She clicked her tongue. "Goddamn... you’re lucky."

Eliza didn’t look back.

Clara stood there for a second, then sighed and hurried after her. "Hey! Wait for me!"

Her voice echoed lightly through the hallway as she ran to catch up.

Behind them, the corridor finally went quiet except for the crazy voice of Rachel.
