Heavenly Dragon Doctor Son-in-Law-Chapter 93 - 94 I’ll Take All the Clothes Here!
Beside them, Zi’er knitted her brows.
"Oh, sir, what kind of clothes do you need? I can recommend some for you," the saleswoman who had mocked Tang Xuewu said, immediately approaching with an awkward smile.
"I’ll just pick out a few of your latest styles," Qin Long said in a low voice, looking at her.
"Oh, of course." Not daring to offend him, the saleswoman nodded profusely.
"This one, and that one over there." Suddenly, Qin Long pointed at two dresses hanging on the lowest rack.
The surrounding people followed his gesture. Once they saw the clothes clearly, they couldn’t help but burst into laughter. The girl who had snatched the dress from Tang Xuewu also sneered relentlessly. The two pieces Qin Long had chosen were arguably the oldest models in the store, currently on clearance.
So he’s just a country bumpkin! He probably just came into a designer store to show off, but he ended up making a fool of himself! He can’t even recognize designer clothes.
Even Tang Xuewu shot him a helpless glance, a touch of disappointment in her eyes.
Qin Long should know I don’t like colors and styles like these. He has such bad taste.
"Alright, alright, these four or five pieces it is," the sales associate said, pursing her lips as she unhappily gathered them. Although she would earn less commission, it was still money.
"Wait, and those two next to you," Qin Long said suddenly, pointing at two more items beside her.
"Can’t you just say everything at once?" the saleswoman snapped, her patience wearing thin. These were also old styles, marked down by half. She was speechless. This cripple was only picking out the junk.
"Haha, if you don’t have money, don’t come to a designer store," the girl with the blue necklace jeered. "How embarrassing!"
"These shoes, and this..." In an instant, Qin Long had picked out more than twenty items. They were all half-priced, old models from the clearance sale, and looked incredibly ugly.
But even so, that many items would still cost a fair amount of money. The saleswoman’s expression immediately brightened into a smile.
"Young Master Qin, would you like anything else?" she asked eagerly.
Qin Long recited a set of measurements to her.
The saleswoman was confused. "Should I wrap all of these up?"
Qin Long looked at her, his eyes full of playful mockery. "I don’t want any of these."
As soon as he said it, the saleswoman’s face turned livid.
"That’s hilarious! This cripple is so shameless," the girl with the blue necklace said, covering her mouth and snickering. "I knew you were just making trouble. You can’t afford any of it."
Tang Xuewu, however, let out a small laugh.
So he’s doing this to stand up for me?
Qin Long’s gaze swept over the crowd and landed on a thin, frail-looking girl. He had been watching her, and from the very beginning, she hadn’t mocked him. Instead, she had looked concerned. She seemed to have a kind heart.
"You, come over here for a moment," Qin Long said, beckoning to her.
"Wenwen, don’t bother with that country bumpkin," the other saleswoman hissed through gritted teeth.
"I should go see what he wants," the frail girl, Wenwen, replied. "After all, the customer is always right." She immediately walked over. "How can I help you?" she asked with a small bow and a smile.
"So you were just messing with me? Are you buying these clothes or not?" the first saleswoman shrieked, her face green with rage. She threw the twenty-odd pieces of clothing at Qin Long’s feet. "If you’re not buying, why did you waste my time? Do you have nothing better to do?"
Qin Long simply ignored her tirade.
"I don’t want any of these clothes," he said calmly, turning to Wenwen. "Pack up everything else for me, according to the measurements I gave you. And that includes the purple chiffon dress that silly girl is holding."
His expression was indifferent, but his voice carried an undeniable authority.
"This..." The slim saleswoman was completely dumbfounded. The other saleswoman was equally stunned. Even the girl who had been called "silly" stared blankly.
Tang Xuewu hurried forward to stop Qin Long, glaring at him. This isn’t a joke! He’s asking for all the designer clothes in the store just like that? She suddenly understood why he had been picking out the ugly clothes earlier. He planned to buy out all the designer clothes in the shop from the very beginning! But Tang Xuewu had never dared to even consider such a possibility.
"Could you... please repeat that?" Wenwen asked in utter disbelief.
"I said, except for those discounted old models, I’ll buy everything else. Pack it all up according to the measurements I gave you."
Those measurements, as it happened, were a perfect match for Tang Xuewu. Her size was so close to the store’s standard that fulfilling the order would mean buying nearly every single new item in stock.
Hearing this, everyone was aghast.
This guy must be some super-rich heir!
But the saleswoman Qin Long had just humiliated laughed scornfully. "Haha, you pauper, have you lost your mind? Have you been reading too many War God novels? Do you have any idea how much our new arrivals cost?"
She snatched the purple chiffon dress and deliberately pointed at the price tag. "Open your eyes and take a good look! This one alone is 12,000! And it’s not even our top-tier item. The most expensive ones are over 20,000. Excluding the half-priced junk, we have over one hundred and ninety pieces in this store. That’s nearly two million! Can you afford that?"
She couldn’t forget how Qin Long had made a fool of her and was convinced he couldn’t possibly pay. Even Wenwen looked at Qin Long with skepticism. Was he really a madman?
"Haha, someone call security! This kid’s dangerously crazy," the girl with the blue necklace jeered, hands on her hips as she rolled her eyes. "What if he bites someone?"
THWACK!
Qin Long slapped his Purple Crystal Card onto the counter. "Hurry up. Swipe the card." He pushed it toward Wenwen.
A stunned silence fell over the room.
Qin Long didn’t want to waste any more words. Slapping them in the face with the Purple Crystal Card was the most effective method.
Tang Xuewu was startled. The sight of Qin Long throwing down the Purple Crystal Card gives me such a strong sense of security. How dare they say my fiancé isn’t worthy of trying on clothes? So he decided to just buy out the entire store to shut them up. At the thought, a blush crept onto her pretty face.
"Sir, you really don’t have to buy everything," Wenwen said, trying to dissuade him.
"She’s right, Qin Long. There’s no need to do this," Tang Xuewu added, tugging at the corner of his shirt.
"It’s fine. If you like them, wear them. If not, you can just look at them," Qin Long said, pulling Tang Xuewu close by her slender waist and whispering affectionately in her ear. "This is from the heart."
The intimate gesture made Tang Xuewu blush furiously, and she found herself unable to look him in the eye.
"Hurry up and swipe the card," Qin Long said, looking at Wenwen.
"Oh, okay."
The slender saleswoman, who had never witnessed such a scene, swiped the card in a daze. Envious glances shot toward her from all around. The single transaction was at least two million! Based on her commission, Wenwen had just earned over 400,000 in one go! It was an absolute windfall.
"Hello, Young Master. I’m the manager of this store."
