Hated By The Alpha-Chapter 122: The Soul Reapers
"I can’t forgive him for that," Audrey said in a hurt manner.
Audrey pretended to be hurt and shocked by his revelation, but deep down, her hatred for him ran deep in her veins.
What a cunning and evil man. Good thing he doesn’t know the extent of her powers. If not, he would have found out that she had long discovered where he was holding her mother hostage.
"Don’t worry, dear, together we’ll take down that evil mam. I’m supposed to be the Alpha King, and you’re supposed to rule beside me. I feel your strength, and I believe we shall achieve great heights with it, my dear," Malachi slowly shifted to Audrey and placed his hand on hers in a fatherly manner.
But the moment he touched her, Audrey secretly bit her lips to stop herself from grunting from the pain of his evil secrets forcing themselves into her mind.
She thought she already knew how bad he was, but the visions she was seeing were threatening to blind her.
Just how cruel could he get?
"Are you listening to me, dear?" Malachi asked when he saw that Audrey looked lost.
Audrey quickly forced her mind to focus on the present. She blinked and turned to him.
"Uh, I’m sorry, I’m still a bit shocked from what you’ve told me...hurt too. I never believed Alpha Lake could do something like that, but I guess I was wrong," Audrey said quietly.
"I promise you, we’ll make him pay for the pain he’s caused us," Malachi promised.
Audrey almost scoffed.
She was filled with anger as he stared at him. She had wanted to ask him how he had met his mother, but she didn’t need to anymore.
Everything was getting clearer now. He was a man who used women for pleasure since the beginning of time, and unfortunately, her mother was one of his victims.
She had seen how he raped her mother in front of many men, but in her vision, one man stood out to her. He was standing beside the long table where Malachi was molesting her mother, a satisfied look on his face, almost like what he was watching, brought him immense pleasure.
What kind of sick men were they?
"I’m sorry, I know you must be tired from the travel, and here I am boring you out," He chuckled.
"I’ll let you get some rest," He said and stood from beside her.
"Um, can I get a tour around tomorrow?" Audrey asked, knowing he wouldn’t like the idea.
"Oh, a tour? Why not? Ah, it’s your home now. Yes, I’ll ask Elena to give you a tour. And dear?" Malachi called almost hesitantly.
"Yes," Audrey replied, looking at him expectantly.
"Your powers, would you mind telling me what you can for with them? Tomorrow, of course, I’m not in a rush," He chuckled slyly.
Audrey slowly nodded her head. "Sure, I’ll show you what I can do tomorrow; I’m sure you’d be impressed," Audrey smiled.
"I am, I am, I’m proud of you, my daughter," Malachi praised.
That night, Audrey lay beside Lisa, who was fast asleep as she thought of everything she’d discovered so far.
She had sent Alpha Lake and Miranda what she’d seen from Malachi: how he raped his mother, how he molested his omegas and even other females in his pack, and last but not least, how he planned to use Sullivan to set up Alpha Lake by using Adeline to get closer to him then make her spike his drink and then make a video of them in bed.
He had planned to make the video go viral, which would automatically jeopardize his position as the Alpha King and as a businessman.
Audrey couldn’t hate him more. He went as far as using dark magic to force some officials into signing an agreement with him and using their influence to transport drugs and girls, threatening to expose them if they said anything to anyone.
But his term was coming to an end, she would make sure of that.

Grey Blood Pack...
Miranda was helping Ms. Bridget prepare dinner in the Pack’s kitchen when a girl and boy ran into the kitchen, panting.
Startled, the women turned to them, a worried look on their faces.
"What’s the matter?" Ms. Bridget asked them.
They leaned over, placing their hands on their knees as they panted loudly to catch their breath.
"It’s those girls, they’re killing the guards!" The girl said between her breath.
Miranda exchanged a confused look with Ms. Bridget.
"What girls, Em?" Ms. Bridget asked her.
But before the girl could reply, Maria and Mary ran into the kitchen.
"Mom, the soul reapers are here!" Maria said, alarmed.
"What?! Where?!" Miranda immediately dropped the ladle she was holding and quickly untied her apron.
"Bridget, keep everyone inside the house. No one comes out," Miranda said and rushed out with her daughters, leaving Ms. Bridget in confusion.
"Miranda, we have a situation," Alpha Lake met her outside as she was heading out with her daughters.
"I’m aware, Alpha. Here put this on," Miranda gave Alpha Lake a beaded necklace.
He took it and placed it around his neck, "What for?" He questioned curiously.
"Protection from the soul reapers," Miranda replied.
"Soul reapers?" Alpha Lake asked, confused.
"Yes. Now, let’s go, we don’t have much time," Miranda said.
As they ran into the forest, they thought they’d see the soul reapers immediately, but everywhere was quiet, and not even a scent could be detected.
"Stay closer," Alpha Lake said to Miranda and the twins.
"They’ve masked their scents with very dark and powerful magic. You can’t scent them, you can only see them when they want you to see them," Miranda explained quietly as they formed a protective circle, watching each other’s back.
"I hear something," Alpha Lake pointed to his right, and before the rest could look, a strong gush of dusty whirlwind lifted from the ground and came with speed toward them.
"Behind me!" Miranda immediately jumped in front of Alpha Lake and raised her hands in front of her, forming an invisible barrier that kept the whirlwind from reaching them.
Alpha Lake watched as the whirlwind kept rustling violently behind the barrier, trying to get over to them, and suddenly, three familiar figures appeared behind the whirling wind holding three guys in their strong grip.
They watched as the girls placed their hands on the men’s chest, and almost immediately, they saw as the men’s eyes turned pitch black and their skin turned paler than a vampire’s skin as they fell limp to the floor.
"What the fuck?" Alpha Lake muttered angrily. He’d just watched his guards killed in front of him.
"Mary, hold the barrier," Miranda instructed.
"Where are you going?" Alpha Lake held Miranda back as she wanted to walk through the barrier.
"They have to be stopped," She replied.
Alpha Lake firmly shook his head, "No, we fight them together. Do they have a protection?" He asked her, looking at Maria and Mary.
Miranda knew she couldn’t stop him so she slowly nodded.
"Make sure you don’t lose the necklaces," She instructed.
The three women exchanged a look with the Alpha and nodded to each other before Miranda suddenly pushed her hands forward with force, pushing the girls against tree barks with her strong wave.
"Restrain them!" Alpha Lake ordered as he went to hold down Janeth who was still trying to get herself up from the strong fall.
He managed to knock her out with a mighty punch to her head, quickly looking for a strong vine and tying her hand behind her back.
Maria was still struggling with Grace, rolling around the floor in an attempt to pin her down.
"Arghh!" Mary suddenly let out a scream.
Alpha Lake and Miranda instantly looked toward her and ran to help her.
Cara had her fingers plunged into Mary’s neck while holding her hands behind her back with her other hand.
Alpha Lake took a heavy branch and hit it behind Cara’s head, she let out a loud shriek and fell to the floor, twisting weirdly.
"You shouldn’t have!" Miranda came forward and summoned a shadowy tendril which forcefully reached down and wrapped Cara in a tight grip around her body, lifting her off the floor and brutally slammed her against the hard and strong tree bark.
Cara fell to the floor, no sound coming from her, almost like she was dead.
Mirand wasted no time in healing Mary before she turned to check on Maria.
Maria had somehow managed to hold a shrieking Grace down, pinning her down with her knee on her back and her hands above her head
"We can’t have her awake," Alpha Lake said.
Before he could ask Miranda to Knock her out with magic, he suddenly heard a bone-cracking sound behind him.
They all turned to see Maria holding a huge stone in her hand with a huge smile on her face. "Done." She said, throwing the stone away.
Mary chuckled, shaking her head.
"Come, on, let’s get them chained up before they wake," Alpha Lake said, lifting Janeth off the floor.
